Positive experience: Very glad that I found Rank's. I signed up with Rank's in May 2023 and I received my driver license recently, in under 4 months. Anthony & J.T. bring different teaching styles; however, the 2 of them combined made it possible for me to pass my skills test. The two of them made it especially easy for me to learn how to parallel park and do broken U-turns. I recommend Rank's and will sign up for one of their highway courses soon.

He is an amazing instructor, very caring, understanding and informative. If you make a mistake, his very calm and keeps repeating the correct things to do until you get it. Had my road test 6/16/22 and pass on my first try! Rank driving school works with your schedule. The entire staff were so helpful with scheduling appointments, canceling and rescheduling. I would highly recommend them.

If you don’t understand anything during the lesson, the instructors give a very simple and memorable explanation. This school helped me passed my road test and I will definitely be recommending this school to others. Negative experience: I was told that the school couldn't pick me up from my home I live in Brooklyn and have a busy work schedule wasn't able to make it to the school to get pick up most of the time. After I found out there was another school a few blocks away that picks u up from ur home I was never told and when I call to reschedule cuz I have to work they alway have an attitude they have no understanding misinformation and have too many rules if u have a busy schedule this not the school to go too.

Negative experience: I took my classes here three years ago. One of the driving instructors called me stupid and another instructor was just playing games on his phone the whole time. I barely managed to pass my road test. I’m not sure if they’ve changed their staff recently but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am so blessed to have found Rank's Driving School, Josh was so patient with getting me scheduled right away since I had my appointment sent and my permit is expiring 3/22, he was so nice and understanding. Payment was extremely easy, and I got my receipt right away, the comunication level between Josh, Anthony and myself was smooth, which I appreciated. My driving intructor was Anthony and when I say I never had anyone give me so much attention, patience and confirmation, it makes me cry the fact that he was super honest at all time, when I did good and when I did bad , he made sure to explain everything step by step, always allowing me to feel extremely comfortable with both the car and new informacion; Anthony was such a great partner in this journey, I am so thankful. Fantastic experience: So I was never into driving but since it’s something always good to have so I felt like why not, so I went to google and searched for driving school near me and rank came up and they had five star reviews so I gave it a try and I must tell you I have no regrets, it was a really good experience, mitt and nish they both were amazing instructors. I had such a good time learning how to drive from them, they were really very professional and also very friendly. I was very comfortable the whole time. I had my road test today and I passed literally in one try. I’m so glad I chose rank’s driving school thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: I went in there not knowing anything at all but ended up passing my road test thanks to them. The instructors were great and really helped you understand what you were doing. Driving with them really taught me a lot and was overall a good experience. Unlike other driving schools they picked you up at your house and you would get your moneys worth. Even the owner, Josh, would help you out. I highly recommend this driving school!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Ranks Driving School was great. Not only did they accommodate me at the last minute by squeezing me in for a lesson the day of my road test but Josh also gave me some very valuable tips which helped me PASS my road test. He was patient in answering all of my questions and tried to help me as much as possible during my lesson.

Fantastic experience: This school helped me pass my driving test second time around! In 2016, I took my first road test with a different school (not naming names here). Let's just say with the first school I went to, the instructor wasn't that good of a teacher. In 2017, however, I went with Ranks Driving School, and the instructors there were a million times better than the instructor I had at the first school I went to, and when it came time for the road test, I was able to pass it. I highly recommend Ranks and I may even come back for highway lessons, defensive driving, and individual lessons at some point in the future if I feel that I need more practice driving (which I may need at some point, because I haven't had much driving after my road test, and I don't want to lose my skills)

Positive experience: Size of the car does matter! I appreciate working with Mit he was a great instructor, explained and showed how to turn, U turn, parallel park clearly in 1,2,3 steps. Darien as well, patiently waited and taught me to have more control on the wheel my first class. I would recommeded Ranks driving school because I told them exactly what I needed help with and they helped me until I had it correct. Fantastic experience: Ranks Driving school is amazing. The teachers really care about you as a student and make sure your driving is perfect before taking the road test. A couple of years ago I did the highway lessons with Ralph and he really taught me so well. They don't just take your money and run. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. And I passed on the first try. I was very nervous when I first started driving and they broke that shell. Definitely have them teach you!
