Negative experience: SCAM! I have been waiting for a refund since 2022. Do not trust this company. I wish the best to everyone that had to deal with them already.

Negative experience: This establishment has very poor customer service and are litteraly theives and scammers! I paid $1200 for absolutely nothing! Between the constant rescheduling emails with no show instructors and no calls or returned emails you would think if they had any intentions on being decent people they would have atleast send out and update prior to closing their business and warn people they were not going to get a refund for services not rendered! There is a special place for these crooks!

Negative experience: I purchased 10 hours back in August. The instructor Pedro was great for the first 2 sessions but after that we haven't been able to schedule again. I've tried calling, left several messages and even stopped in at the location. No one ever responds and the last 6 sessions I've tried to schedule have all been canceled. I just looked at the website to try and schedule another sessions and there are no open dates for 2023. Looks like this is turning into a scam. It's just really sad because they had such high reviews a few months ago.

Negative experience: The absolute worst experience I have ever had! My son had 1 lesson in the space of 3 months. No one answers the phone and they cancel lessons without notice. They refuse to refund my money after numerous attempts to contact the office. This company is unethical and unprofessional. It's a scam...save your money and go elsewhere!!!

Negative experience: They were super friendly when selling us the plan, but that’s where it ended. They always canceled lessons. Instructors would come for an hour lesson, do 45 min, and write down an hour. One instructor smelled horrible and our kid couldn’t stand being in the car with her. Another one made our kid pull over and wait for her to take smoke breaks during the lessons. Another one didn’t show up several times, and when we finally got ahold of him, he said “sorry, I quit.” We paid for 24 hours of lessons 8 months ago, and have only received 16 hours. It’s a constant battle just to get an instructor over here. We’ve been put off, ignored, and ultimately ripped off. They won’t refund anything either.

Negative experience: Shady business practices. They have you sign off your right to a refund. Then will no call / no show on appointments. Customer service number is a call center not local. Save yourself time and money and find another!! This review is of the Clermont location.

Negative experience: This company is horrible. I booked 24 hours of lessons that were confirmed and the driver never showed up to my home. This has happened on 5 occasions!! Of course the lessons were paid for up front. I have spent countless hours trying teach them by phone and now have to dispute getting my money back by my credit care company.

Negative experience: I paid 800 dollars in the beginning of September 2022, and I didn't hear anything from them.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Pedro is the best and he's very relaxed, fun, and calming even when i was nervous or anxious.The whole process was nice and smooth.

Fantastic experience: I went to All Florida Safety Institute in Crystal river for my test . I was nervous , anxious and afraid that I would get a mean tester. However , Mike was kind , warm and so patient . Many things happened in my past that made me wary of driving , and overwhelmed that 25 I was finally getting my license . Frankly i felt embarrassed and worried I would feel ashamed during my test . Mike helped me feel comfortable, gave directions with patience and kindness , and I honestly felt safe . I had never met this man before, but I knew he would not make me feel inferior or embarrassed. I hope this man gets a raise or promotion, but I want to commend this company for hiring such a capable individual to teach others to drive and then test. I cannot stress enough how much he helped me , and how happy I am that I was able to finally reach that milestone. I hope God blesses him and his family always! P.S. he is a marvel fan so immediately that makes him trustworthy.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I took my driver's license test there. My instructor was Mr. Mike and he was awesome. He was so patient throughout the entire test and he even gave me tips before we started the exam. I couldn't have passed my test without him. Thank you so much Mr. Mike and all the staff there.

Fantastic experience: Was told that the Crystal River location is not open for reviews but just wanted to give an AMAZING shoutout to Mike & Morgan. Even walking to the office you get a sense of comfortability and understanding. The process to check in was extremely smooth thanks to Morgan. Mike was a great road test examiner with the ability to communicate instruction well and provide good guidance/tips post-road test to assure he is giving 5 star service and creating SAFE drivers on the road.

Fantastic experience: i couldn’t have been happier to have picked this place to take my drivers test. My driving proctor Mike was amazing and helped me ensure i was calm enough to drive undistracted and readily. Lydia also helped me laugh and they showed enthusiasm that i had passed my drivers test. 10/10 HIGHLY suggest

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing driving lessons for their license.

Fantastic experience: I am so excited to finally be a licensed driver! I could not have done it if it weren't for my amazing instructor Pedro who really put me at ease and was a lot of fun. He made sure I was extremely prepared. He is a true gentleman. On my test day, I practiced with Cheryl, a lovely lady, who was most helpful and very personable. She was confident in my ability and told my tester, Carmen, that I would make a 100% score. Carmen was super nice and was very excited for me that I did indeed get a perfect score. Fantastic experience: Today I took my driving test, and I was extremely nervous. Carmen was my driving instructor, while walking to the car she told me to be calm and relax, which helped. During the test she did not make feel anxious anymore was relaxed than, I was before. I would 100% recommended her to anyone who is going to take their driving test.

Negative experience: They took over 300 from my daughter and don't give any appointment and don't pick up the line. They say oh the driver is on his way never arrive. I called back got voicemail all day long. We are trying now to request a refund.

Fantastic experience: THIS PLACE PHENOMENAL!!!! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY FRIENDS ALL THE TIME!!!! My parents signed me up for this place for some extra practice for my license and I was hesitant at first. Mr. Mike talked me through the whole thing and helped eased my nerves while driving. After a bit I was so confident he let me go on I75, 200, and the express way. He is an amazing teacher. I had Jason as my 1 hour practice before my exam and he helped me go through everything I need to know and he gave me feedback through the whole time. Lydia was my test examiner and she was calm and told me everything I needed to do. She told me after my exam I passed and I had only gotten 4 points off. She was very sweet. This place is amazing!!! If your looking for a place to help you drive or even for your kids this is the place!!! Very affordable and friendly too!!!

Fantastic experience: Took our son in for his road test this morning. Mike at the Crystal River Mall took great care of us. Explained things to him and made him feel very comfortable. Mike went over the post test carefully and let him know the mistakes he made and pointed out things he did well and gave him a great handshake to congratulate him.

If you’re nervous about anything, ask for Pedro to be your instructor! He teaches small, simple tricks that make driving simple! Fantastic experience: so making a long story short Id had my learners permit for years but got really scared and stopped driving at all. this year though i decided was gonna be my year and that i’d do whatever it takes to get over my fear and get my license so i signed up for lessons and a test and i’m so glad i did. thanks to mike, jason, lydia and especiallyyy pedro i finally took my test today and passed!! i can’t say enough good things about them. their communication, patience and dedication gave me the confidence and skills i needed and i am forever thankful for that ☺️

Fantastic experience: I had a amazing experience with All state Florida in crystal river mall! It was my first test at 22 years old, and I was nervous of course, but the awesome staff reassured me to just breathe and relax. It was not nearly nerve-wrecking as I imagined, and even passed my first try!! Even after the test Mike took the time and gave me friendly pointers and went over what I missed so I can practice a bit more to ensure I refine my skills. I would 100% recommend them, especially since FLDMV are booked in months in advance, the availability and even accommodations they have, SUPER AWESOME!! Thank you so much for the experience.

Fantastic experience: I signed Amanda up for driving lessons with Pedro. He's knowledgeable and safety tips saved her from an accident in the Publix parking lot just a couple days later. Best money we have spent. This company is truly a blessing to our family and community. Thank you to Jill the manager for going above and beyond to get Amanda on lessons in a timely manner. If you need assistance ask for her. She truly cares. A breathe of fresh air.

Fantastic experience: Went to the Clermont location to take my cousin for a Road test. Staff was amazing and the process was so easy. Manager Jill made us feel welcome and the person who gave us the road test was really nice...my cousin was nervous and he said that once in the car with the examiner she was so calm that it made him feel relaxed. Negative experience: First, they are not listed on the marquis. I called to find the office. Once we found the office, it was closed with the lights off and door locked. I made the appointment 10 days ago online. I called the company number and was told they won't be open until 2.5 hours after my appointment time. But, no appointments available for 3 days. I had a great experience 2 years ago with my other child but will never deal with them again.

Negative experience: Today is April 25. 2022 and this just occurred, My son had 8am appointment. No staff showed up. I got on the web. States 8:30am open. So I waited. 2 other families showed up. Now I decided to get on the phone. I spoke to Anna in Jacksonville and was told the Clermont office staff to conduct driving test for the kids just quit this morning. Just terrible. So 1 star. Thanks Anna for your honesty and getting me a new appointment in Eustis for 11am. I had to advice the other 2 families. My question is why when Jacksonville office didn't even bother to send us a notification our appointment is canceled once their were aware of staff issues??

Fantastic experience: I rescheduled my son's road test appointment due to the threat of severe weather. My son was hesitant to take the road test in unfavorable conditions. On the day of the original appointment it was not actually raining. We decided to stop in to see if he could take the test as originally scheduled. Mike was so amazing and somehow fit him back onto the schedule, keeping a 16 year old kid from being very disappointed. He was also very reassuring and funny, which eased my son's nervousness. And he reassured me that if it would rain, he would not let any student driver perform in unsafe conditions.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today thanks to the wonderful Latisha/Lotisha she handled multiple tests before mine all in a swift and professional fashion. She was also very personable and made me feel more comfortable at the wheel bc of that.

Fantastic experience: Great place to learn how to drive and pass your driving license exam. They can definitely teach you to pass the exam but more importantly I learned the rules and laws on the road. I started from my neighborhood, to driving on 200, and even learned how to drive on I75. I learned what to look out for while driving and how to react when something happens. They helped me work on some of my habits such as coming to a complete stop and not performing a rolling stop. This is the type of institute where you learn how to drive on the road with others around you not just in a parking lot. The license is easy but this institute gave me the courage to drive anywhere on the road. I strongly recommend taking the time to learn from them. I only payed for 8 hours but you can request whatever time you need. My instructor was James request him you will learn everything you need to know.

She helped me through feeling nervous about the test, she was calm and friendly, putting me at ease, which helped me pass with flying colors. It was a pleasure to have her as my instructor and I thank her for her professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Took my drivers test here and they were super sweet. Yomary, Kristina, and venessa were all super sweet and lovely people. Got confused at first with where the location was. If you get confused just know you have to go upstairs and it’s on the left. If ur going from the stairs it’s on the left. If ofc from the elevator then it’ll be on ur right. Suite 204

Fantastic experience: I passed my driver's test today at 26 years old. If you're in the area wondering whether this driving school is legitimate, I'm proud to report that it is! Pedro is an amazing instructor, and even gave some useful tips on purchasing a car. He was also very supportive and reassuring when I was nervous about my test. Latisha was my examiner, and I thought I was going to pass out when she said I passed! I purchased the 12-hour course and it WAS expensive, but it's paid off in dividends. This school has helped me overcome a MAJOR obstacle and source of anxiety and become a confident driver with a license, and that's worth its weight in gold.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took her driving exam with Rebecca today and I cant get over how pleasant and hospitable Rebecca was. We initially had trouble finding the location because they are new there and there were not signs posted. Once we found the office, Rebecca was great about explaining the process and putting my daughter at ease before beginning the process. She was professional in her assessment and thoroughly explained her scoring. It was evident that she loves what does and a joy to be around.

Fantastic experience: First coming here it was a little confusing, but we found the suite 204 upstairs. Then I took the test which was a great experience! Rebecca was my examiner and she was so helpful and understanding of my mom’s concerns and my questions! I recommend Rebecca 100%, if I could take the test again, I’d definitely take it with her!
