Although there were some small hiccups on the logistics side, I wouldn't say it was bad enough to leave me with a negative opinion overall because the instructor, Allen, was extremely kind and helpful. I had a lot of anxiety with driving but he helped me push past the fear. Got my license on the first attempt.

I was so anxious to drive, but the instructors were patient and understanding and also helpful in showing me different skills while driving so I would not make mistakes. Positive experience: I think I did bad but the instructor said I did good. It was in canarsie with many stop signs. I'll try again but idk if ill go back to legacy.

Negative experience: This is my first time going to a school to drive as I just got my permit. I was told a driver would come Wed 6pm. I’m standing there dressed waiting and no one showed up so I called the office around 6:03 and they said the instructor is running late he will be there shortly. Then I realized it’s now 6:55pm so I called back and they said “oh he never came ?! He should have been there !” Then hangs up then another phone calls and says “hey I’m sorry I’m the instructor it was mix up sorry about that tomorrow same time ok ?” I said “yes” . Now in my head I’m already saying this in unprofessional but the reviews for the place are good and it’s close by. So now Thursday 6pm the same thing again…no one shows up so I called the office and they said” I don’t have nothing scheduled for you you never called me to reschedule so do you want to reschedule or do you want a refund ?” I said “refund. I never called to reschedule because I never needed to reschedule! That’s y’all not showing up!” Is this normal for driving schools ! ? This getting a license ain’t gonna be as easy as I thought

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Akeem. He was excellent. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to pass their road test. He is the best and very understanding. He is very professional, patient and an excellent driver. His instructions are clear and he works with you and meet you at whatever level you are at. He encouraged me multiple times when I felt doubtful and gave me a boost of confidence when I was feeling nervous. Because of his instructions, I was able to pass my road test. I would recommend him for anyone who is willing and able to take driving lessons and wants to pass their road test. I also enjoyed speaking with Ms. Martine who is the receptionist. She had a very pleasant and professional demeanor. One of the best driving schools. Definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Allen/Allan(not sure of the correct spelling) but he was excellent. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to pass their road test.he is the best!!! He is very professional , patient and understanding. His instructions are clear and he works with you and meet you at whatever level you are at. Negative experience: Save yourself the trouble and find a different driving school. The drivers are unprofessional and have skipped out on my lessons more than once. The receptionist does not have an organized system and if you look at most of the reviews you can see how unorganized the business is .They don’t have a website ( in 2022?) and you end up having multiple instructors giving you different teaching styles. Invest your dollars in a proper school.

Negative experience: Driving instructor Walter, is unprofessional. He’s disrespectfully towards new drivers. Complained to receptionist about his behavior and she tried to brush it under the rug. Luckily I got my refund. Never coming back to this driving school

Communication and instructions were very structured and understandable, which is the most important thing. I used image driving school before and failed, plus ended up paying way more. Fantastic experience: Passed my second try with Great Legacy, specifically with Loubens. Loubens helped me on those missing areas (ex. shoulder checking) and any problems I faced. Loubens is professional, kind, and open to any questions you may have as a student. Anything he notices that you can do better on, he will tell you and show you if need be. Grateful for my experience.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank danny and walter who were both amazing instructors. I pass on my 4th try lol. This was my first time using great legacy. The prices are much better than image driving. No shade to them. But they were way more expensive and even after canceling like 5 classes out of 10 and ones that they couldn't keep I still paid more than 500. Plus they charge 5$ for rescheduling. Nevertheless if you want quality drivers and with the bonus of a good price, go to great legacy. Danny was patient and made sure I was ready for my test. Just take your time and you'll be fine.

Fantastic experience: Instructor Loubens was very professional, thorough and pleasant. I practiced with him for a little more than a week and passed my driver's test in Massachusetts. (One of the hardest states)

Negative experience: Poor communication, the instructor was on his phone for most of the ride. And I finished 20 minute before I was originally supposed to finished.

Negative experience: I started driving with this school 8/16/21 for 3 days. On the 2nd day the instructor when to be disrespectful to me when I make a mistake buy when it's other clients that he know that make the same mistake he correct them differently. I am not going back their. My instructor teaching approach is not right, he will say do things this way and at other times do the same thing another way. Not spending my money their again.

Negative experience: Save your money and go somewhere else. My driving instructor was okay but the people that work in the office are so unprofessional and unorganized. I regret spending my money here.

Negative experience: Literally my first day of class. The man told me 8AM, to make sure that I’m awake. I’ve waken up early and been calling all morning with NO response. My road test is in a week and I have multiple classes to do.

Negative experience: They have a great instructors but issue is that management has a very poor scheduling system. For all three of my lesson they couldn’t remember my name or address information. I highly recommend an new cloud based platform that would streamline the business and not cause conflicts with customers in the future.

If you have trouble with Brooklyn u turn, parking parallel, how to appropriate Left and right turn , wheel manœuvre , safety driving ask for Ronal as instructor.
