Fantastic experience: I signed up for this class because I wanted to get my motorcycle endorsement. I've never been on a motorcycle before and it was pretty easy to learn. Some of the maneuvers were a bit hard at first but they work with you to help you get it down. My instructors were Sue and Wil. They were extremely patient and helpful. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I attended the saferide motorcycle class in Euitis. Neither he or I have ever ridden a bike. We had several classes closer to us. We chose to drive the 1.5 from our house to this specific class. We are so glad we did. The instruction we received from Susan and Ryan was great. We had class ( book) time and lots actual practice time on a bike. They taught us many maneuvers and safety techniques. If we need corrective critique to do better it was given in a good way so we fully understood. It was very hot out there! We were also given shade. We left feeling well trained and prepared. We are enjoying our new ride! And truly appreciate the instruction given by Susan & Ryan. Highly recommend this class.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you something. Susan and Bob are the most fantastic motorcycle coaches a boy could ask for. By fantastic I mean like flight of the navigator, or fantastic beasts and where to find them. Although, I thought fantastic beasts sucked, unlike this course I just took, which didn't suck. Ive had plenty of experience on dirt bikes and thought I wouldn't really need this class. Boy was I wrong. I did have a slight aversion to heavier motorcycles (350lbs is heavy compared to a dirt bike.) Well, Guess what you get to use during a training class. A 325lb cruiser. This class is a step-by-step(day by day) course where each level builds off of the last. Sort of how you can't just jump into the second matrix and have any clue as to what's going on. I learned way more than I thought I would. But that's because Bob and Susan are gentle yet firm. Similar to perhaps, getting a massage at your favorite massage parlor. Where they can either step all over your back, or grind their elbows into your shoulder blades. Bob and Susan coach you in the same way. Sometimes it hurts, but it's a good hurt. Anyway, I might pop in one day just to see their beautiful faces and get Bob to do one of his silent Bob impressions. If you're thinking about taking this class, don't think, just do.- Maverick from Top Gun. (That's what they should call this class.) Also, ask Bob about his racing stories, I'm sure it'll come up. Fantastic experience: I own a can am Ryker. I’ve ridden four wheelers for many years. I thought I I was quite experienced, then I took this class. Susan ( the instructor ) taught me so many skills and I learned so much about proper riding technique. Now I feel 100 percent confident about being on the open road. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. If anyone is on the fence about getting there motorcycle endorsement, this place is bar none. Thank you so much Susan.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Eustis class. My instructors were Ryan and Susan. I was dreading having to attend a lame government mandated class. I was wrong. This was a great class. After the first 2-1/2hrs of necessary boredom I had a lot of fun. I rode a lot more that I thought I would. The class was well put together, comprehensive, and the instructors were great. They really care about the sport and the students. The bikes ran great and I always felt safe. Kudos to MSF and SafeRide for great motorcycle training.

Fantastic experience: Great instructors and great course. I left feeling way more confident on my bike and knowledgeable about how to stay safe while riding. Paco and Jim were absolutely amazing, kind, and had us laughing. Keeping the mood light but serious all at the same time, while sweating our butts off in 105 degree heat, they even kept water and freeze pops on hand so we didn't over hear. 10 out of 10 I recommend doing your course with them!

Fantastic experience: Took my Basic Sidecar / Trike Course with SafeRide, Doug and Eli the trainers were excellent the facilities, although basic, did the job. I passed the course and used my certificate to get 2% reduction in my insurance - I would highly recommend SafeRide.

Fantastic experience: I rarely review anything, but this deserves it. I took the course with Russ and Michael. They made a very positive, safe, and enjoyable learning environment. I highly recommend them. This is my first ever experience riding a motorcycle, and I was very nervous, catching on more slowly than the others and making many mistakes. But Russ and Michael offered correction with saintly grace and patience. I learned very much during these two days. Despite my slow beginning, I finished the course with a perfect score on the practical exam. Thank you Russ and Michael!

Positive experience: I took a beginner motorcycle safety class here and I enjoyed it. It gave me confidence to hit the road. Russ and Mike did a good job teaching the class maybe a microphone would help alittle more with helpful criticism. The hand signals work but can get a little confusing, some people don't understand them.

Negative experience: very bad be careful if you pay deposits or total, I had an emergency that made me confuse with time and even I was available to make a new schedule they wanted to put me in waiting time just because I had paid my money very bad attention and they do not respect the student they talk to you badly they don't care what you think you only think about money the secretary liz is very bad customer service

I highly recommend requesting a course with them. I worked hard, but learned a lot. They are patient and care about you like family.

They not only explained everything to where I did not feel stupid or like an elementary kid but they answered any questions thrown their way. They both helped me so much and I learned a lot. Fantastic experience: I had Jim for my 2 day course. He is a NATIONALLY certified teacher and it showed! Jim was calm and encouraging. I can’t recommend him more! I had a great time and am now ready to drive a motorcycle!

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was there for 1 out of the 12 hours and was told that I could not advance and would benefit from private lessons. Completely understood but I was not interested in spending additional money. I reached out to customer service and they were rude, declined my request for a refund, said they were going to talk to the instructors to call me back and they never did. Complete waste of my time, complete waste of money, disrespectful company that only cares about $$$ and not the safety of their customers. My helmet was not checked to see if it was secured and fell off after my first fall. We were only given 15-20 minutes for each lesson. Just awful. I was told that I wouldn’t be refunded my money because I attended the class. Most expensive hour I’ve ever spent falling off a motorcycle. Simply disgusted.

Fantastic experience: I live in Orlando and the class there was full so I signed up for the Eustis course and had to drive an hour there and back both days because I had already set a DMV appointment up. I am very glad it worked out that way because Matt was awesome. It is very easy to tell how much Matt enjoys riding and teaching others! He cares a lot about everyone's safety and success. His military background provides him with his clear and concise teaching style. I truly suggest if you are thinking about where to do the endorsement that you do it with SafeRide but more specifically Matt's class.
