Fantastic experience: Excelente escuela de tráfico,100% recomendada!!!!!!!! Tuve una experiencia increíble en ROLY TRAFFIC SCHOOL. Proceso rápido y sin complicaciones!!!!! La escuela ofrece un equilibrio entre calidad y precio. Desde el primer momento, el proceso fue sencillo y eficiente. El personal es amable, profesional siempre dispuesto a responder cualquier duda. Los instructores explican todo de manera clara y hacen que el aprendizaje sea fácil y ameno. Quiero destacar especialmente a la instructora que me dio las clases, su paciencia, profesionalismo y manera de explicar cada detalle hicieron que el proceso fuera claro y fácil de seguir. El material es actualizado y ejemplos prácticos que realmente ayudan a comprender las reglas de tránsito y la seguridad vial. Vale la pena cada centavo !!!! Gracias a todo el equipo!!! Negative experience: Was behind one of their cars on Veterans in Cape Coral. The person driving I'm going to say an instructor since he was the only one in the car, was speeding excessively (65 in a 50) at times. Changing lanes constantly like they were in a hurry. These people are absolutely not the people I would take instruction from.

Negative experience: They should advertise that this school is only for speaking Spanish people!

Negative experience: Lleve a mi mama y a mi hermano hoy aquí a que hicieran su licencia y del mal trato mejor ni hablar la mala educación y lo mal que tratan a las personas le querían cobrar $300 sin ayuda o $420 con ayuda por cada uno pésimo este lugar y el servicio que ofrecen

Negative experience: No paguen esta escuela para hacer su examen de manejo. La clase que vale $50 dura 10 minutos y solo te dicen lo que debes hacer, no practicas nada en ningún momento, el examen vale $150. Durante el examen el sistema de IPad que usan para monitorear no permite cometer ni el más mínimo error. Lo peor de todo es que no te dan oportunidad de repetir si no vuelves a pagar, no hay ayuda ni consideración. Ahórrate los $200 y ve al DMV, y para colmo en la recepción tienen un trato poco empatico y prepotente.

Negative experience: Went on Google to find a local drivers course that is approved to give drivers courses in Fl. These people showed up in my search and I Just called to ask about a BDI Course Which means basic driving instruction course and the woman who answered the phone didn’t speak proper English because they didn’t understand what I was saying, than a man answered and when I asked about the course he had no clue what I was talking about and went on to being very rude and hostile claiming I just wanted to argue because I didn’t understand how they are a drivers course school that I found on Google but they didn’t know what a Basic Drivers Instruction course was. He was very hostile and hung on me because I told him That I found them on Google and they recommended them but don’t know why when they have not a clue what the course is. So sad. If I could give no stars I would.

Negative experience: ONE OF THE RUDEST PLACES I HAVE EVER CALLED, I WOULD AVOID THIS BUISNESS AT ALL COSTS. THE LADY WHO TAKES THE PHONE CALLS NEEDS SOME CLASSES ON PUBLIC RELATIONS.

Fantastic experience: Muy buen trato, la explicación de la clase del instructor fue muy buena y oportuna, pasé el examen en mi primer intento y eso q ni había practicado tanto. Pero Dios es grande. Negative experience: Called the school to make sure that they had availability to take an appointment for my son to drive, when we arrived they were unable to help us because we did not speak Spanish. We offered to use Google translate. They would not allow it. This is just… I can’t find the words.

Negative experience: Disculpa pero creo que no entendiste lo que realmente dice el comentario y lejos de quejarse por suspender una prueba que a cualquiera le pasa y en este caso ella fue la desafortunada ,esta quejándose por el mal trato ,la grosería y la falta de respeto ,porque yo puedo suspender una prueba pero no tengo que aguantar que me humillen y me falten al respeto independientemente de quien sea.Yo deseaba entrar a esta escuela y la verdad no me satisface nada de lo que veo ,ni si quiera del propio jefe,sí,del propio jefe,no lo conozco pero ya con lo que he leído me basta para decir que es una persona poco profesional si vas a llamar a un cliente para amenazarlo en vez de tratar bien los asuntos.Si tanta confianza tiene en lo suyo ,más fácil era ignorar dos tristes comentarios que con el tiempo pasan y quedan como los demás en el olvido ,porque al final si tan buena fama tiene confía en que tiene mejores revew y eso habla mucho .El objetivo no es destruir una escuela que puede ayudar q muchas personas ,nadie gana nada con eso,el objetivo es que tomen control de su situación porque yo no voy a ir a ningún lado para que me maltraten cuando lo que espero es que dentro de todos mis nervios normales es al menos sentirme cómoda ya sea que suspenda o no,sabes por qué ?? Porque puedo suspender y quedarme a gusto por el trato que hará que cuando esté preparada regrese al mismo lugar para hacer mi examen . En fin hay cosas a las que no se debería dedicar tiempo y es triste que tenga que perder el mío por personas que quieren justificar lo injustificable .

Fantastic experience: Soy un cliente que a llevado toda su familia a esta escuela y recomendado a muchos amigos y conocidos durante 6 años. Mis hijos y parientes han aprendido a me manejar con sus instructores los cuales recomiendo mucho por que son muy profesionales y los carros donde hacen exámenes y las clases están equipados con freno auxiliar para la seguridad de ellos y de los clientes. Lo que me parece mentira es que otros clientes por no estar conformes por un resultado que ellos mismos en el comentario reconocen que suspendió ya que tumbó un cono, quieran empañar la imagen de una escuela que ayuda a tantos latinos con sus servicios.

Negative experience: Hoy fui participe de una de las escenas más desagradables e informales de la historia de las escuelas , presencié un trato injusto , poco profesionalismo , falta de respeto y falta de empatia hacia una joven alegando q tuvo un trato injusto en su prueba y ellos justificando todo como , hay q entender q las personas no somos billetes , ni representamos cheques , somo de carne y hueso q acuden a ustedes a resolver un problema tan esencia como es el de tener licencia de conducción , personalmente estaba considerando entrar en esta escuela pq también necesito mi licencia de conducción pero al ver este trato cogi miedo, y aprendi q si realmente kiero tener mi licencia mejor voy al DMV y ahí resuelvo y es mucho mejor xq de 210 dolares a poco más de 50 dolares es muuuuucho dinero y más aun para personas q lo necesitan, a las personas q leen este comentario por favor piénsenlo y tengan em cuenta q este no es el primer caso , hay más, si van más abajo en las opiniones van a ver más malos comentarios o sea q varias personas han tenido malas experiencias, y mi consejo para todos NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR es mejor estudiar y aprender q ir a recibir malos tratos de personas q EN SU MOMENTO también tuvieron q sacar licencia y también estuvieron del lado de los estudiantes , también tuvieron miedo , también estuvieron nerviosos y estoy seguro q así como sintieron ira q fueron los maltratados por ellos hoy , TAMBIEN ELLOS SINTIERON IRA CUANDO ESTABAN SACANDO SU LICENCIA , el DMV te obliga a estudiar y aunke sea el mínimo pero sales con conocimiento aunke sea poco lo otro se aprende en la calle como se dice , pero no es lo mismo ir a una de estas escuelas a q te maltraten y luego saltes a la calle sin conocimiento y con licencia EN AMBOS CASOS ES NUESTRA VIDA LA Q ESTA EN JUEGO Y NO NOSOTROS NO LA CUIDAMOS ESTA MAS Q DEMOSTRADO Q ROLY TRAFFIC SCHOOL NO LO HARÁ

Negative experience: Absolutely do not go here, they charged me and my wife $210 dollars for a driving test, first of all, Yuliet the instructor was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife, after we had to wait for her for more than an hour because she was running late, she confused my wife by stepping on the brakes when my wife was trying to get out of her parking spot, she won’t even let my wife think and she kept interrupting my wife whenever she would try to explain something, she failed my wife when she parked the car because she hit one of the cones, and this lady had the audacity of claiming my wife had tried to park twice and that’s all the program allows, when I witnessed with my own eyes that she only gave my wife one chance, this was an absolutely disappointing experience and I do not recommend anyone to go here, lesson learned, I would much rather go and pay the DMV directly, do not fall for it, they are extremely unprofessional and they will steal your money. UPDATE!!! The owner ROLY had the audacity to text and call me and my wife’s personal phone to threaten us because we put a bad review, this is just ridiculous, I really thought it was just a worker with a bad attitude but now I can see that this is just a whole business issue. Absolutamente no vayan aquí, nos cobraron a mi esposa y a mí $210 dólares por un examen de manejo, primero que nada, Yuliet la instructora fue extremadamente grosera e irrespetuosa con mi esposa, después tuvimos que esperarla por más de una hora porque estaba Llegando tarde, confundió a mi esposa al pisar el freno cuando mi esposa intentaba salir de su lugar de estacionamiento, ni siquiera dejaba que mi esposa pensara y seguía interrumpiéndola cada vez que intentaba explicar algo, no pudo. mi esposa cuando estacionó el auto porque se chocó con uno de los conos, y esta señora tuvo el descaro de decir que mi esposa había intentado estacionar dos veces y eso es todo lo que permite el programa, cuando fui testigo con mis propios ojos que ella solo le dio a mi esposa Una oportunidad, esta fue una experiencia absolutamente decepcionante y no recomiendo a nadie que vaya aquí, lección aprendida, prefiero ir y pagarle al DMV directamente, no se deje engañar, son extremadamente poco profesionales y le robarán el dinero. ¡¡¡ACTUALIZADO!!! El dueño ROLY tuvo la osadía de enviarnos un mensaje de texto y llamarme al teléfono personal de mi esposa y a mí para amenazarnos porque pusimos una mala reseña, esto es simplemente ridículo, realmente pensé que era solo un trabajador con mala actitud pero ahora puedo ver que esto es un problema general del negocio.

Negative experience: I have no idea what’s going on at Apa Driving School. I kindly called to get information about driving lessons because I am searching in this little limited area. Once the lady answered the phone she only could speak in Spanish to me.. She repeated herself saying “ driver only speak a Spanish”. Ok!!!! Highly recommend this driving lessons company to have a bilingual customer service rep just in case people like myself would like to find out about the Driving School.

Negative experience: NO STARS for this place. It only offers driving lessons for Spanish speaking students. When did this happen and how do they stay in business No es Bueno.......

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I have not used this service since you cannot get past the unhelpful woman who answer the phone. I have called 5 times since I moved here last August 2022 and all she says is "we are full" but can't answer if there is a waiting list or when the next available classes are- How full- like 6 months out? A year? Five years? From someone who runs three business- if my office team couldn't assist or answer basic questions- they wouldn't have a job.

Negative experience: I called to ask a single question and the lady was very rude stating “ We don’t do that here” and hung up on me before I could say another word. As a customer, if this kind of behaviour isn’t corrected you could very well lose a lot of business. She is supposed to be the customers first impression of the company and show the hospitality of the service you are trying to provide. Though I may have need something the company couldn’t provide I could very well decide to participate in a this program instead. However now, I feel that it would be a waste and mistake to conduct business with this company based on the curt behaviour of the lady receptionist. All in the span of 30 seconds which is all I was given. Please for you companies sake provide the lady with more training or with a dismissal. Not a helpful experience what do ever.

Negative experience: I’m so disappointed if I could give them a negative star I would. I called 2 months ago for an appointment, they said they will call me in a month (never called) I call today to have information about my appointment and an estimate of waiting time and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Negative experience: Solicite clases de conducción, desafortunadamente quedaron de llamarme asegurándome que he quedado en lista de espera ( de una semana aproximadamente) espere dos semanas y llame de nuevo para programar clases, nunca me contestaron las llamadas, solo me llamaron porque dejé un mensaje solicitando información de nuevo y averiguando si ya estaba cerca a hacer programada y básicamente la respuesta de la señora que contestó es “no se”, le pedí si había forma de verificar y me dejo en espera, posteriormente me dijo que ya estaba de camino a su casa‍♀️.Lo que me hace pensar que estoy en una lista imaginaria y no hay suficientes conductores para todos. Gracias por leer.‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I was there the other day for my drivers test. They made it very comfortable, and it wasn't a bad experience at all! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their drivers test outside of the DMV.

After my bad experience and placing several calls to better inform myself the second time around and I found out that this school has a very bad reputation not only with competitors, but also with a few deputy friends that I spoke to about my visit here.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Called to schedule appointment the lady on the phone sounded like she was moving things around the whole conversation focusing more on whatever she was doing and end up hanging up on me. I called back and she was rude and short but confirmed she scheduled appointment for our oldest to take the test on 12/29. 12/29 we show up for the test to find the doors locked and nobody there. Called the number and the lady on the phone was pretty much we closed and on vacation so you are out of luck and we care less that we just ruined your child's most important birthday. Will never use them or recommend them

Negative experience: I was doing the test fine, parked in the cones and then went to shift in reverse. The button for the shifter is placed differently than in my car so of course I had difficulty with it, rudely she asked "Do you even know how to drive" and she tried explaining I had to press the brakes to shift, I DID! Then we went on the neighbourhood roads and I was doing fine, until I was doing 25, saw a sign that said 30, went 30 mph and she said i was speeding. DONT GO HERE!!! it is a scam, I feel discriminated against because of my tattoos and long hair. Instead of getting scammed for 100$ Buy yourself something nice and go to the dmv.

I did my road test today and I passed, even if I had fail it wouldn’t be because of him. He helped me so much to be prepared. He was so patient, just a great instructor. I strongly recommend him. Negative experience: I would do Negative 5 Stars if I could. All Spanish speaking…. Poor English, miscommunication and deceitful on their part. Waste of money and a ploy to use their car so they can charge more. They asked at least 13 times and tried to push their car onto us for the higher price, when he used the car he’s been driving for the last year, they made him pull into a spot set for their car, or a motorcycle. They failed him immediately and charged us $85.00 for 10 minutes of their time. They said that’s why they try to make you use their car!! Awful customer service! Use another service or the DMV or be prepared to only pass if you spend $150.00 through them and then still have to go to the DMV!

Fantastic experience: We brought our son here to take his driving test. The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain careful driving techniques to our son. He passed his test! I highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had made an appointment for my son to take his driving test. We arrived 15 min early to fill out all the paperwork as his test was schedule for 12 pm. 25 min into what should have been his appointment they come out to tell me that his appointment got lost in the system and they were on the phone with IT trying to get it back-this was AFTER they took my $80 for the test. Take the extra time and drive up to Port Charlotte. Don’t wait your time here. Very unprofessional-and very unnerving for a new driver waiting to take his test.

Negative experience: It is just a waste of money..doing the road test with them.. I cancel my dmv appointment because they said they can do the road test. They said I passed and I go to dmv to get my license. They didn't told me that in dmv there is a retest . If I just knew that.. I should go to dmv directly ... now I have to wait another month to get an appointment for dmv test. I call them.. they explained but they didn't told me that on actual thing... and they hang up...

Fantastic experience: After only 6 driving lessons with APA (and some additional practicing with my mom), I passed my road test the first time. I am so thankful for my driving instructor Willfredo for his patience and professionalism. He is an excellent driver. He gave me constructive criticism and always noted my improvements every session. I took my road test with Juliete who was kind and very professional. She didn't make me feel "judged" or nervous which contributed to me being able to stay calm and focused for the entire duration of the test. I would highly recommend APA Driving School!!

Paula was friendly and knowledgeable when i called and when i arrived she was even sweeter. Very happy with their compassion toward my son and their support They were firm and abided by all rules but they were fair and compassionate and I appreciate how they answered my sons questions as he is a nervous test taker. The car they had as an option to use made his 3 point turn easier.

Negative experience: Reviewing “Road Skills Test” without taking their classes. +Scheduling was quick as the DMV is backed up for months +Casual atmosphere -Unconventional methods and brisk responses if student doesn’t develop quick rapport or asks questions an instruction -Took days to find out the correct answer to an oral examination (substitute for a maneuver) that resulted in an automatic fail Super weird. One of our strangest interactions to date. There was no pre-test review as advertised on the website. My daughter was lead to the school’s vehicle and after the initial signal checks etc... was asked to move the vehicle and park between cones. My daughter asked if she should pull forward to begin the maneuver or reverse as the vehicle was positioned where either appeared possible. Rather than give a respectful reply, the administrator curtly said “get out and look at the front of the car.” (There was a parking block hidden in front of the vehicle.) It was odd that the administrator didn’t reply with, “please reverse” & chose instead to humiliate a student for asking a reasonable question. After my daughter moved the vehicle and parked perfectly as instructed, rather than proceed with the rest of the test, the administrator decided to assess if she could park on a grade via a weirdly phrased oral examination.The administrator failed her without administering the road test and didn’t tell her what the correct answer was. The administrator recorded that my daughter refused to demonstrate ANY knowledge about parking cars on hills (put in park, angle wheels to avoid collision if it rolls, turn off ignition, exit vehicle.) But, after “failing”, my daughter turned off the ignition and exited the vehicle (thereby demonstrating 2 items that she was just supposedly “failed” on.) LOL! It was soooo weird. Of course, my daughter has been driving daily for a year and knows how to park a car! She also knew to turn the wheels to not drift into traffic when parking on a hill. She just didn’t know what the instructor was asking. So, that was her experience. We’re trying to get a refund since the test wasn’t actually administered and the “automatic fail” for a weird, emotionally charged, conversation about parking isn’t standard in the driving skills tests I’ve researched. Currently the school is sticking with their position that my daughter didn’t demonstrate ANY knowledge about parking on a hill because their administrator said so—not even to put it in park and turn off the car (which she clearly did, otherwise she’d still be there!) I would request that any skills that are substituted with an oral exam be recorded—especially if they are pass/fail to ensure consistency and accuracy. So much is subjective when strangers are speaking to each other. Also, I’d suggest requesting that a parent be present for the pre-test review to ensure that it is done since you’re paying for it.

I know the anxiety you will have in pursuit of your drivers license and with this dynamic trio of Mother and 2 daughters you will feel like you're taking your test with family. Paola was very helpful and we carried on conversations like we knew each other for years. She made sure to rid me any doubts and by the time I knew it, I had passed my test. Really a great team.

Fantastic experience: The experience was amazing. The driving instructor was really nice and the test was extremely EASY. I fully recommend going to this place. Know how the basic mechanics of a car work, such as blinker, wiper, mirrors, etc. You first park in between cones, then drive around a neighborhood. You do a 3 point turn and 20 mph and stop. Very simple and easy test. The only way to fail is to crash your car. They are really nice there, it took 20 minutes for everything to be done. Best place for driving test. $80 for test. $20 for the rental car. $5 extra if you pay with card. Also learn the uphill and downhill parking question they will most likely ask for that.

Fantastic experience: Nice place, friendly people. I get comfortable taking the test even when I made minor mistakes. I passed!! With a 93%. First thing I did was park between four cones then she had me reverse out and drive in a residential area for the rest of the test. Did the backing up, accelerate to 20mph then quick stop. Make left and right turns, 3 point turn and then back to the plaza. I would recommend going there!

Fantastic experience: Pretty impressed with how it was. I was nervous but if you use their car the 3 point turn was easy. Only con was that they didn't have free food.
