Fantastic experience: ¡Congratulations to me and thanks to Sharpy Driving School! Definitely the best decision I made was calling Sharpy Driving School to learn and practice to take my driver's license test. Even though English was not my first language, I was able to fully understand all the instructions and comments during the classes. It prepared me to such an extent that I felt confident in everything I had learned and after a few classes I took my exam, which I passed immediately. It's the only thing I could get with an instructor who knows and likes what he does.

Fantastic experience: I can't express how amazing this school was to work with and take lessons/road tests with. My instructor was James, and he was incredibly patient and kind while reviewing all the things I needed to know to pass the road test. I highly recommend taking classes with him, he is a great teacher. Thanks to his professional instruction, I was able to pass my test! I had previously failed my test on my first try while working with another school, so I was nervous, but James was encouraging and prepared me for everything on the test. I have gone to several other driving schools, but none have been as easy to work with as Sharpy Driving School. You can tell that they genuinely care about their students and want to aid them as much as possible in learning how to drive safely and how to pass the road test. Their instruction and professionalism is unmatched! I thoroughly recommend their services if you're looking to get your license or become more comfortable in driving.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend this school. I drove with James and he calmed my anxiety down extensively. I had already known how to drive but James made me more confident in myself to pass the test.James was very patient and caring if I had made a mistake he corrected me and never yelled ever. Fantastic experience: James is an excellent instructor. Professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable and patient! At 38, I had driven maybe a handful of times and had very little confidence in my driving abilities. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me all the tools I need to be a safe driver. Long story short, I passed my test the first go! The man is a wizard.

Fantastic experience: Poly is a great instructor, I took my road test with another school and failed. I took 5 class with poly and passed. She very patient, understanding and clear when giving instructions. She made feel comfortable whenever I took my lessons with her. I would recommend this driving school 100%!! And poly she’s an amazing instructor.

Fantastic experience: James is amazing!!!! I read all the reviews beforehand and that’s why I went with Sharpy driving school. I did not think me out of all people could pass their license and learn how to drive. I failed once and then a year later I started taking lessons with James. He is beyond patient, nice and detailed. If you don’t think you can pass your license, take lessons with James and you definitely will!! I just took my road test and I passed today, I am beyond comfortable with driving. He knows how to communicate and teach you how to drive from the scratch or if you already know a little bit. Thank you James and your wife you guys are awesome

Fantastic experience: I can say one thing, maybe two actually. James is spot on and the best instructor you can wish for and I can do parallel parking like probably as good as those cars that have assisted parallel parking feature. I do not usually write reviews unless I am super enthusiastic about something or someone that my review is addressing to. In this case, James is AWESOME and I am so sorry I cannot give you ten or hundred stars man, they have here only 5. For all of you out there who are terrified about the road test (hey, I was so freaking out that I was talking continuously during my lessons and James still put up with it, thank you James), do not be. Ask James to be your instructor and you will be in presence of a person who is very calm and composed, addressing your every concern and putting your mind at ease. Most of all, listen to what he says and take it in, practice it. I had my issues with turning around to look over my shoulder and then as a joke, James and I decided to behave like I had no mirrors. Oh boy, that actually worked. I was twisting around like a rubbery pretzel and it helped created the necessary reflex for the road test. OK, I seem to start talking too much again so, call James for your driving school experience and I promise you, you will learn some useful things to apply on the road on daily basis after you pass your road test. I still twist to the left and right and every time I do that I say only: THANK YOU JAMES, THANK YOU FOR ALL THE GREAT ADVICE AND OH MAN, THE PARALLEL PARKING WORKS LIKE A CHARM :), still cannot believe I can do it so easy and feeling so fancy about it every time. Fantastic experience: Sharpy is a very caring and good instructor. I had just 1 practice just the hour before my test and he explained everything to me patiently. He is very good at cooling nerves before the test - he kept me engaged in conversation minutes before the test and I stopped thinking of what might go wrong! I got to practice all the key maneuvers a few times each - parallel park, 3 point turn, backing up etc. As an experienced driver, you tend to fall into common traps like not stopping for 3 seconds at the stop sign, going slightly ahead of the stop sign etc. and he helped me correct myself just ahead of the test. I would strongly recommend Sharpy to anyone learning to drive or take the test.
