Fantastic experience: I highly recommend midstate Driving Academy. When I started I never even seen the inside of a semi truck. The instructors and owner ryan were amazing.I struggled so much with my backing, Ryan and the instructors encouraged me and worked with me until I got it. They came in early and stayed back on lunch breaks to give me extra practice. I'm grateful for them and the doors my cdl has opened

Fantastic experience: This is the best trucking school ever the instructor’s are great shoutout to Shay she was my instructor. She is top tier the best of the best. She is very knowledgeable when it’s comes to trucking. She is patient with you and also takes her time to show you the ins and outs of trucking. Mid state driving academy was the best choice ever and I am very happy and grateful that I choose mid state. My life is about to change for the better all because of mid state. If you want to get your CDL go to mid state and get it, it’s worth the money i promise you.

They also have a great time schedule to accommodate your work schedule. It didn’t feel like I was in trucking school it felt like a “Family” business that’s set out to accomplish goals every week until you graduate I highly recommend Midstate too hard working people who want to obtain there CDL’s while continuing to work!

Fantastic experience: Mid state is fantastic for pretty much any one to come learn how to get into the trucking industry, or enhance their already trucking knowledge. with the affordability(probably the more affordable school in the state) and super flexible with the ability to work around personal schedules, this school is very hands on and with very respectable instructors, makes it fun and easy to learn.

They are flexible with weekends and how many hours you can stay and best of all affordable! They have great instructors and trainers, just make sure Willie is there to crack jokes all day to make the time go by! Good up to date equipment to work with! Best of all bout Mid State i was able to work my full time job and run my business with no issues!

I went in not knowing a thing about driving trucks and I’m leaving with a wealth of knowledge and I’ve also obtained my CDLs and ready to embark on this new journey!! The staff were immensely helpful and what I loved is that there was a balance between having fun, joking around laughing, and being serious when it’s time to be . Which in my opinion is the environment you want to work around being that it helps bring out more good energy. You’re treated like family! It’s a place where even after you graduate you’ll want to stick around longer because of the good vibes. MY biggest thing was them being flexible with my schedule as I’m sure it is a big thing for everyone else too. I really chose this school at first because they were one of the cheaper options, but honestly didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did Everything was just a good + .. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Mid state is exactly what I needed. I was working and going to school at the same time which was very convenient for me and the teacher's there was very patient with me. If I didn't understand something they was willing to break it down to me so I understood. Fantastic experience: This is a great school with dedicated instructors. I had the best experience with them pursuing my trucking career. It took me forever to test out due to unforeseen circumstances & also not being confident in my driving(b/c I’m a perfectionist) but they never did rush me out! They were understanding, patient & always there to help me along the way. I would & I do recommend anyone who wants to pursue a career in trucking but can’t afford to quit work or leave those babies with the sitter for too long GO TO MID STATE! My instructors were available for any questions I had even outside of class hours. My peers and I quizzed each other. Midstate offers a variety of class hours that makes it easy for people to attend school in the mornings, afternoon, evenings, and/or weekends. I was allowed to come in early and stay late to practice my maneuvers. Midstate Driving Academy is the place to go if you’re wanting to get your CDL!

Fantastic experience: Thanks for the immediate response of assisting me after business hours. The culture of this academy is to help individuals with their circumstances coming into the program. I transferred from a different school and commuted an hour and thirty minutes one way. I wanted to do weekend classes, but Mr. Ryan assured me that I could finish within three weeks if I put in the work for evening classes. My trainer and Mr. Ryan saw that I was coachable and ran with it. I was able to get in a different tractor and trailer and get my CDL. After completing my class, I had the opportunity to speak with Mrs. Hawkins and we're given life nuggets to take with me. Mid State Academy will continue to strive as they keep having the love to help others and have members on their team that has the same mindset. God will take Mid State Academy places where they NEVER imagined.

Fantastic experience: I gave MidState a try and I was not disappointed! They were ver accomidating to my schedule. Due to my full time job and PRN job, I was only able to train on weekends and it worked out perfectly. My instructor was Will and he was great! He stayed on me until I got my skills down packed as well as pre-trip. Everyone was very professional. I brag about this school all the time to anyone that is looking to get their CDL. They are not like other places that false adverse to get you there and hit you will various fees. They are true to their word and stand on it. If you are looking to get your CDL, MidState is the place!
