Driver's University

Fantastic experience: Drivers University is great for busy adults and students. The ease of online classes and scheduling behind the wheel is convenient. The instructors and owner is responsive, thorough, and ensures students are well equipped to take their permit and license tests.

Negative experience: This driving school’s drive time scheduling will have you beyond frustrated and I recommend not using them. Most driving school’s drive times are usually scheduled a good bit out and this is relatively normal but this school basically expects you to login multiple times a day in hopes to just get lucky and find an opening available. I check daily (sometimes multiple times a day when I can) and my child hasnt been able to schedule a drive time in months! I buy local as much as possible but i would not recommend this local business!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Miller was an awesome in-person teacher! He shared tons of stories and life experiences with us during our short 10 days together, making the class feel like a breeze. On the last day, which was also exam day, he even brought in pizza for everyone – talk about a nice surprise! Mr. Miller wasn’t just a great storyteller; he was super generous, letting people catch up on units as we learned together. He’s a humble guy working hard to make this the most affordable driver’s ed class around, and I’d say it’s definitely one of the cheapest in Cecil County. Pay attention, and you’ll get through it with no problem. Now, all I’ve got left is my drive time!

He will stress what NOT to do in a car (don't be a Brazilian taxi driver) and Mr. Westbrook is a drill sergeant behind the wheel to make the test seem easy by comparison. Don't go to a lame liberal college... boooooring. Go to Driver's University!

Fantastic experience: Great driving school... pricing is reasonable, cars are modern and well maintained and online scheduling works well. The secret sauce however is Ernie who runs the school. He's deeply committed to providing young, nervous drivers with a nurturing environment that sets them up for success and builds their confidence.

Fantastic experience: Very responsive to questions and flexible when we had schedule changes. They were very personable and improved my son's driving and skills in a positive manner. He always came back from his lesson with new insights to help him pass his driving test. They took the time to explain why they would change some of his driving habits rather than just tell him to change. I would highly recommend for any new drivers.

The online service has been practically flawless, I've never been confused or pressured while on the zoom calls. The teacher is super nice and genuinely tries to make Drivera Ed a better time. The stories that he uses make it more entertaining and enjoyable. I wouls highly recommend Drivers University for anyone that needs to do Drivers Ed.
