Fantastic experience: TOP Tier instructor is the one and only Mister Mike. He was a very patient and easy instructor to work with. It was a overall great learning experience. I only took 10 lessons (keep in mind i literally never drove before this). I ended up passing on my first try easy. Give mister Mike a BIG BIG raise and vacation and some more and some more after. Thank you again.

Negative experience: I when to Executive Driving School I got a package and from there I fail my test I was so upset instructor always on the phone instead of showing me. But then thank God i when to AYAAN CDL INSTITUTE in 104 Jamaica Ave that was the best decision I made from there I got my CDL they are the best .

Positive experience: I just passed my CDL B road test today with passenger and school bus endorsements. I passed my road test about 20 days after I got my permit. I had 8 classes with them. I had 0 truck driving experience before, but I had been driving passenger cars for 16 years. Pros: 1. My instructor Devi was very experienced. She was an expert. She had the knowledge and abilities to teach you to pass the road test. 2. Their prices were very competitive. 3. I found it's amazing that they could find and schedule you a road test date in a very short time period. Cons: 1. They didn't have Pre-Trip scripts ready for me to memorize. That should become standard and it could've made my life so much easier. Instead, l had to make my own notes and write down all the words she said. It was such a waste of time. 2. Since their prices were low, sometimes the quality of service was low. It was understandable. You got what you paid for. I was OK with it. As long as they got the job done. Like any test, you need to study for it. I watched so many YouTube videos and read the manual hard. Guys if you study hard and with sufficient training you will pass.

Fantastic experience: My cousin didn't speak English, and they still worked with him and managed to help him prepare for his driving test. They kept in touch with us and made sure things were going smoothly and told us what to expect. He ultimately passed on his first try. Great service.

Negative experience: Ive been calling and texting BEGGING to just get some form of confirmation that i completed the ELDT or something, just to know my Money was not wasted as the expiration date for the course is rapidly approaching and i have completed it. I called my trainer and rather than them dealing with it I got redirected twice and texted telling me I would recieve it multiple times and have yet to receive anything, I am beginning to feel like i have been scammed. If its not a scam then the genuinely have HORRIBLE customer service

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 5 driving lessons with executive driving school and I must say they have the best staff. They’re very knowledgeable and professional and communication skills are very effective. Mike was my instructor and I must say he’s very patient, helpful and understanding and I felt safe and secure throughout my driving lessons. I’ve learned a lot while attending the school. The staff believe that I would have passed my driving test and I did upon my first try. I’m happy and very appreciative of their generosity and dedication at the school. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend executive driving school to anyone who is looking to get their cdl. From the start they were so helpful. We set up a payment plan so I can afford to buy a package and my eldt. My instructor a tall Trinidadian guy, (I'm sorry I didn't know his name), was super helpful from the start. He went over everything in detail when it comes to the pre trip inspection and made sure I understood and memorized everything. He'll explain what you are checking and why you are checking it. He will go over everything with you until you get it 100% right. Even driving on the road and parking he was so patient and helpful, explaining everything to look for, what to do and what not to do and why it needs to be done. I'm proud to say I passed my my class BPS on the first try thanks to this school. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get their CDL.

Negative experience: I’d you need to learn to drive the wrong way this is where you need to go. Teaching new drivers how to cause accidents, not yield, stop no warning, stop short, and disregard for what makes driving safe in New York. There are better options out there. Much better than those who actually know what they’re doing.

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend getting your driver’s license here! Sarah in the office is so helpful, kind and extremely friendly! I must say the signing up process was very easy with her. Mr.Mike is such a gentle and kind instructor, he definitely made my first lesson fun and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I signed up for my CDL Class B road lessons here. This is a great driving school. I went with 5 lessons & the very knowledgeable Natasha was my instructor. With her help & guidance I was able to use the skills I gained to pass my CDL road test with ease. Natasha is very straightforward & a great teacher. She explains everything with immense detail. I'm sure the other instructors here are good too but I highly recommend Natasha. She has every driver's license possible & can help you get the license you're pursuing. She made learning on the school bus fun. Just listen to what she tells you & follow her lead. The other employees I met Ciara & Sarah are both nice & sweet too. I will be coming back here soon to get my license .

Negative experience: One of the ridiculous school in the hood, we paid them 3000 freakin dollars for the cdl test. They have wasted my 6 months giving us the wrong address for the appointment and still blame us. Don’t go there if you wanna learn how to drive because they don’t even know how to run a driving school ( ridiculous driving school)

Fantastic experience: Best driving school in Queens! I recently got my CDL class B with the skills that I learned from this school. Before my lessons I got an additional Passenger endorsement because Executive's class B vehicle is a school bus so the Passenger endorsement was a prerequisite to drive it and I really wanted to learn from Executive rather than another driving school. Each of my lessons were a unique experience and I appreciate the individual personal touch between my 3 teachers (Natasha, Devi & Romage). Obtaining a class B CDL is also dependent on what you put into it. And I feel all of my teachers here we're able to adapt to my unique learning habits and my restrictive schedule. Overall I'm very proud to say that this school was an essential part of my CDL journey and I plan to return when I'm ready to tackle that Motorcycle license!

Negative experience: Worse school ever got a package of $2750.00 didn't learn anything, the trainers are not on the same page. Let's start with the Woman I believe is the owners daughter, she's always on the phone taking care of business while teaching and don't even pay attention to what you doing also have a nasty attitude. I have to way 3weeks for her to set my classes mean while I couldn't do anything because they not flexible. The day of the road test took another 3 weeks and guess what? I didn't pass anything that mean my money went to the garbage. After changing school ( Aayan driving school) passed the first time.

Negative experience: Scam, unreliable and unprofessional. I scheduled my appointment on Sunday to refresh my driving skills for Monday at 8 am in the morning and paid the payment for $50 at the office on Sunday in advance. I asked though, could I make the payment before I see a driving coach, I was advised that the office will be closed when you will arrive here so make the payments now. On Monday morning, while I was on my way to see coach, I received a phone call stating my appointment has been canceled due to unavailability of car. Because that car met an accident. I requested them to reschedule it for next available day. They rescheduled it for today ( Tuesday) as per all parties availability. This time around I was not available due to some emergency occurred. Now, it’s me requesting them to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow ( Wednesday). Now, they are asking for additional money as per their rescheduling policy. To all folks out there, please be aware of these phony people who are there not to guide you but to cheat on you by asking money in advance. Never pay them any money in advance. A lesson learnt!!! Beyond ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate this school! They are very polite and passed on my first try (30 points so barely haha) with 8 lessons, even though my examiner was very rude and just terrible. Special thanks to Mike for helping me out, he is truly a gem of this school–always helpful and calm. But some instructors just like to stay on their phone so try to not do that and teach.

Fantastic experience: I really love this driving school. Passed my road test just after 8 lessons! When I called and spoke with Devi, she was so helpful and scheduled my lesson right away. My driving instructor was Natasha, she was always punctual and patient with me. She helped me correct my mistakes and taught me how to be a safe and better driver. Driving in New York isn’t easy but my instructor made me feel confident and comfortable adapting to the roads, signs and traffic. If your looking for a wonderful driving school, this is the best one! I highly recommend you come here, everyone is so kind and beyond helpful, you will definitely get your license.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Natasha for helping me get my Motorcycle License, although I’ve been riding for many years I still made a few mistakes that I was unaware of, she helped me conditioned these mistakes and I was able to ace my test. Definitely look into her services if you want that M License! And please don’t be a “know it all” just do what she says and you’ll be fine!

Negative experience: They said i can start in 1.5 to 2 weeks. only reason i went with them. a month later they finally get back to me with a schedule that didnt work for me. which was the time frame the schools near my house where giving. then they settled for a refund minus a 10% fee even though they could not live up to there verbal contract. buyer beware. they where full of excuses. if you are desperate at the very least find out there success rate. bet its low

Fantastic experience: The best place to learn how to drive a car motorcycle or A class CDL. At this place people know what they doing and they know what you need to get your any type of license that you applying for. The stuff is well educated they know what they have to do for you to pass. I was there for a short time and they helped me so much that in short prior of time i got my license “A-class”. Management and her entire team was there to offer and render training at my convenience. They went above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. I highly recommend anyone to use this driving school for your training needs, as they are extremely professional throughout the entire process of obtaining your licenses.

Negative experience: This is was by the worst experience I had with a driving school, There was poor communication there was times where my lesson will be a later time and they switch it to a earlier time I wouldn’t know until the instructor called me that he’s outside, This driving school was such a unprofessional experience and I don’t recommend it to nobody else they were unorganized, They did not even tell me where the address was to the road test and I had to find out on my own I called them they told me they will message me which never happened I called them this morning and they told me that they will let me know later when my road test was in three hours so I had to figure it on my own where the Road test site was. They will tell me one thing and they will do another thing, today was my road test and I was told to meet at the Road test area when the instructor called me saying he is in front of my house. If you want to get your license I don’t recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: This is a perfect driving school for those people who are looking for CDL BPS and A class learning. The teacher is wonderful at teaching truck. Also they are using 6 speed manual transmission system which allows you to drive your truck as a normal stick vehicle. You don't need to do double clutch or pairing RPM to gears. Executive driving will offer you an reasonably schedule from day one. That means you will know all your class time from day one. That could be better help you to range your time.

Fantastic experience: Learning driving from Excutive driving school is amazing experience. Staff is so professional and having good communication skills. Before that I was learning from another school but unfortunately didn’t get confidence on myself but once I started learning with Excutive driving, I never knew driving is so easy. Fantastic experience: I drove with another driving school in the area and after completing ten lesson package I discovered that I would not be ready for my road test..I lacked important skills such as three point turn and parallel parking. I was destined to pay her for more lessons because these skills were not taught me early nor enough during my lessons..so I began searching for another school nearby and found executive and omg I wish I had done my ten lessons there !!!!I explained my problem to them and right away they got me on schedule with a male (male by my request) Jamaican driver named Wayne...it's a 360 degree turn around from there .this driver is among the best..I assure u that by lesson two of the five lessons, he had taught me so many things lacking in my previous driving school...omg and then two days before my road test I requested an additional class and they sent me Natasha .again I was WOWED!! Brilliant, talented, Natasha taught me a trick in parallel parking that helped me assimilate it readily. People, now I can proudly say I am ready for my road test!!. To those out here searching for a driving school in ozone park , Jamaica , where people are truly interested in you passing the road test and not just to milk your pocket so u have to pay extra, PLS PICK EXECUTIVE! U GET UR MONEYS WORTH .they are very profession and top of the game...I am happy I found them. Positive experience: I passed my road test today!!!! My instructor for most days was Mike. I just want to start by saying HE IS AN AMAZING INSTRUCTOR. He cares about his students and makes sure they learn properly not just teach them cz he has to! He was the only instructor who completed full 45 mins lesson every time( other instructor I had did not). And he was so thorough about every rules or any mistakes I made he made sure I corrected them and made me practice until got it right. One thing I want to mention is that the school has a tendency of rescheduling your classes. Some days they rescheduled 10 mins before my lesson was about to start. So if you have a tight schedule I suggest you go somewhere else. But if you choose this school make sure you ask for MIKE!

Negative experience: Last week I was on the phone with them I was only getting to know what’s the process cause I need my test date early! which I have talk to them already and then what happen Devi make me send her 500$ dollar by zelle ! and they made my test appointment after 2 month ! Which was not the agreement! And when I told them I want my money back they scam my money without any contract so make sure everything before anyone go there! They be lying to the people about classes and the test J koi punjabi aa diyaan naal jayeo!

Negative experience: Super unprofessional. I failed the test due to the truck being broken (it had air leaks). The owner had a doctor's appointment so left me alone for the test which is not the correct protocal being that she was the one responsible for the truck. When I called her and told her what happend she had to reschedule the road test for me and she offered me 2 hours complentary due to the inconvenience. When I go to the "complentary classes" she wanted to charge me for the classes and the road test again. That is 660.00 for HER not knowing how to run her business correctly. My road test was the next day so I ended up paying being that i had already waited 3 weeks . I feel so ripped off.

Fantastic experience: I enrolled my son over here and he’s just learnt so much from them. His instructors are great, communicative, and willing to spend extra time with him for lessons now that his road test is coming up. I’m really happy with the work they’re putting in to help him get his license and I’m also glad that he has drastically improved in his skills.

Negative experience: I called the driving school on Monday to "rent " a chasing car and a motorcycle to attend my road test on Wednesday, the person who answered the phone told me them wouldn't go to Brooklyn that day and she would call her boss to see if it was possible (who was out off the country)to see if it was possible I called back 2 times to get a answer from the drive school who i never heard back. Finally I got a word from them by calling them for the third time, I had to pay a extra fee YOU BELIEVE OR NOT THEY CHARGED ME 300.00 DOLLARS. At first she said it would be that amount because I would be driven from queens to brooklyn and brooklyn to queens, I said i will drive myself to the exam place, she said it's ok but you still have to have one class with the instructor, and that the price, (and one extra 15 dollars fee to pay on the credit card) to have a chasing car and a motorcycle in brooklyn so I could take the test. At first I refused the offer it's awayyyyy to much money for it, but I called back asked to book it the lady over the phone was sarcastic and unprofessional making fun of my call, - "ohh now you want it, them in 5 min you call me again and cancel" I question her the answer is ether yes or no, I understand the deep resection the city is facing and I do pay proudly to keep business running on my loved NY. Once again she told me she would call me back but guess what? She ner did, I called her, she told me she would send me a email with all details to my test. It just happened on morning of the test where she told me I would see the instructor at 9:45am (god knows how come I would take an one hour class and take the test, because that what was agreed) also asked me for a call back as soon as possible, in where she wanted to use my car as a chasing car,by question her why my car and what I paid she just offered me a refund, she was all the way in queens and had nobody to drive the auto school car. Seriously one hour and half before the test you offer someone a refund because you didn't manage your time? Also what about the extra money I paid to get it set up everything? But its not all I left the location at 10:15 because no one should up at 10:17 someone call me hey where are you? I'm here for your test. If it wasn't for one couple who changed me 75 DOLLAS, ONCE AGAIN 75 DOLLARS I would be lost.

Positive experience: Pretty decent driving school, pricing was great, they’re open 7 days a week which was awesome because it was very flexible in fitting in around school and work life! I was able to obtain my driver’s license on the first try after a month of classes (took about 7) Though I did already have a little bit of driving experience prior. My instructor was Eddy, he might be a little firm but he wants make sure you follow the rules of the road and drive safely. If you’re looking for a driving school with flexible scheduling of classes, this is the one!

Negative experience: The comments with the most likes speak for themselves. This place is a two bit money making scam. Shame to even call this a driving school. Unprofessional lack of knowledge, lack of formality, this place just lacks in all aspects of what makes a good driving school. They are only out to get your money and the second they obtain that everything else goes out the window. The only thing I recommend is you DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This place is a joke and should be re-established as something productive for the neighborhood and not some rip off family mom and daughter drive course.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this driving school. The front desk was organized when scheduling my lessons. I started in November 2019 and left another driving school shore. My driving instructor Ramesh is the best! I would go take lessons every weekend. He was helpful and encouraging and I can say I’m a proud driver now. Very professional. It’s one of the best driving companies around.

Negative experience: Not recommend to anyone. The Lady instructor Davi, she is so rude and Ramesh is the worse instructor in that school.

Negative experience: Owner and management is very rude. I wanted to do the full package but I wanted to pay with credit card (they charge 5% service charge) I was cool with it. It’s there policy if I am not happy I can totally go somewhere else. My package price was $285 and if I had to pay with credit card I had to pay $299.25. I asked the lady if I can pay her in 3 installments ($100 each time). She was like whatever you pay today will be charged 5%. So instead of $100 you will be charged $105 each time. (Totaling $315).Seems like she wasn’t good at math. I wanted to add an additional service to my package and I was willing to pay extra and she told me she can’t add / change anything to the package. I was like it’s fine I respect you and let me just pay your 5hour class fee. Later her mom(owner) came and called out me middle of the session. Started questioning me like what was the issue. If you really wanna solve any issue talk to people with respect and smile at your customers. Don’t give people attitude. People will take their business somewhere else, just like I did. Agh shame ..poor lady was looking for some fight. Some people really enjoy being provocative. Such a quarrel loving lady. Dear lord please help her neighbor.

Negative experience: Rude, Unprofessional and Deceiving! Two woman who train and are on front desk as well are always on the phone and deceiving when it comes to prices. They would quote a price and half way through training show you a different poster that its double or triple the amount they quoted. She even tried to tell me that she made my certificate already and I have to pay for it anyways while the class was half way through. Do not waste your time on them. This business doesn't deserve your business.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been driving for some time and had a ton of bad habits but my instructor Eddie help me out so much . He was so nice and made me feel very comfortable! His driving tips helped me pass the test on the very first try . Go to this driving school and learn from Eddie i promise you , you will definitely pass !

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service, highly trained instructors, if you are looking for quality service and a realistic price anyone could afford this THE Best driving school in queens. I took a 20 hour course for CDL Class A ( Tractor trailer) and passed it on the first shot. Thanks Executive Driving School !!!!
