Dragonfly Driving School

Fantastic experience: I just got my license yesterday and I am so grateful for dragon fly! I heard about dragon fly through my older brother who also had a very positive experience. I feel like I was able to get my Drivers Ed classes done quickly and my drive times. I had Mark as my instructor and he had taught me a lot and was very helpful. Lisa was also very helpful and flexible which was the best! I also felt very prepared for my road test and confident due to all that I was taught through dragon fly. I will definitely recommend dragon fly to anyone I can!

Negative experience: Spoke to Lisa last year for a driving class. It was scheduled early in the morning, and she told me that I needed a learners permit and wasn't informed that I had to take cash. When I got there, the tutor was rude and refused to dive to an ATM. I contacted Lisa again to send a screenshot of the text where she said to carry cash but never got a response. The tutor had told us that he worked at the Leominster RMV, I was so terrified with the interaction that it would affect me that I applied for my test in Worchester.

Fantastic experience: Took the drivers ed class with them over the summer, very informative and taught me lots! Did driving hours with them too and they help me learn all the maneuvers for my upcoming driving test! May I add that all of the driving instructors are really nice and patient with the students including me! Sponsored my driving test with them and it went fantastic, I passed! Please consider going to them for any of your kids next step to get them on the road!

Fantastic experience: I decided to go to Dragonfly for a second shot to pass the road test/getting my license. (First time was a fail) I went there for road test preparation an hour before my actual road test and to learn how to parallel park a few times. That was the only thing I struggled on. But on the day before thanksgiving I passed my road test and got my license. I appreciate Lisa and Joe to have the time to book me and helping me pass. I know how booked you are with the lessons. Thank you again!!

Negative experience: So I went to the DMV and meet with her husband as we are talking he tells me that when going down hill with no curve put wheel to the left I told him that's wrong he said he has done this longer than I've been alive Needless to say I did what he told me knowing it was wrong and they failed me don't listen to this guy also gave him money and he didn't give me my change all In all leominster is racist and fails you no matter what don't use this DMV or driving school

Fantastic experience: Dragonfly driving school helped me get my license. The instructors are really good at their jobs, learning from them gave me confidence on the day of my test. The drivers Ed classes were also very helpful, one thing that I will always remember from dragonfly is that “prior perpetration prevents poor performance.” In all I 100% recommend dragonfly.

Negative experience: DRAGONFLY...IS THE WORST. I UNDERSTAND I FAILED ON THE HAND SIGNALS AND THAT WAS TO MY SIDE....BUT THE JOE TREATED ME....WAS THE WORST....HE LITERALLY CHASED ME OUTYA HIS CAR TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN, WHICH WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM, BUT HE DIDNT GIMME MY ALLOCATED TIME PERIOD WHICH I HAD PAID FOR.... HE DIDNT EVEN GIMME TIME TO RELAX FOR 2 SECONDS IN HIS CAR, CHASED ME OUT AND TOLD ME HE HAS TO GO TO ANOTHER CLIENT...BUT WHY WHEN I HAD PAID YOU.....ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE .....IF I COULD GIVE YOU A ZERO STAR...I WOULD. Positive experience: This wasn't a good fit for my family. Most of the driving instructors were great and the price was very fair, but Lisa's style was "yell-y." My daughter failed her 1st road test and Lisa's response was the opposite of supportive/helpful. I chose the school based on these google reviews - 4.9 stars. Only after we had started with Dragonflydid we hear from many other kids and families that Dragonfly wasn't a great choice.

Fantastic experience: I have a truck and had to go through Dragonfly because I didn't know anyone that had a car with an accessible parking brake. Lisa was very professional and knowledgeable of what the RMV road test administrators were going to be looking for. She gave me a quick lesson and I didn't make any mistakes. Fantastic experience: I don't do reviews often, so you know this place is THAT good. Although my appointments were a bit out of order, the teachers have an awful amount of personality, which is refreshing since most teachers are like bland and boring, which is what my expectations were. Everyone is nice and informative. They show you the basic maneuvers in seconds and they're wicked easy across all 12 lessons they give you. I passed my road test in what feels like 2 seconds because of that practice. They really did blow my expectations away from a driving school of all things. Fantastic experience: Dragonfly was a top-tier experienced, as I learned the basic maneuvers of driving with the amazing teaching of Mark, Joe, and Lisa. I first started with the drivers ed class, as that class was interactive and educational at the same time. They made the environment not too strict, even though we had to wake up early in the morning. The drive times were great with the amazing teaching I received, as the drive times were also not strict and consistent of fun, easy times. I’m grateful for the lessons I got, and will forever use the mechanics that I learned. Great class, 10/10 reccomend.

They all instruct very well according to you level of experience. I had most of my drives with Mark and had a blast, he's really fun to be around. (Always feed him the drives will be better) Lisa is very organized when it comes to scheduling the drives, she makes sure is near your eligibility date and that your well prepared for a road test. Fantastic experience: This school really saved me. Price was incredible compared to prices in my town. 30 min drive was definitely worth it no doubt. Lisa and joe are the best. They get your hours done nice and quick and they are just overall professional and elite business. Can’t forget about mark. I went to my first driving hour really nervous had a great instructor mark the first time then I continued to have him through most of my driving hours. He was the best really made me feel comfortable and that’s the key when running a business. Don’t regret this school at all, great people. Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience with Dragonfly Driving School. Mark is a great instructor to learn from. The way he taught me how to parallel park, make 3 point turns etc. made it so easy for me to pass my driving test. As someone who had no prior driving experience ever in my life, it took me only 4 classes with him to be ready for my driving test which I passed in the first try. Lisa was really helpful in helping me schedule a test with the RMV and expedite the process during the pandemic when the usual wait time at the RMV is 4 months. It took me only 2 weeks to schedule a driving test through Dragonfly Driving School. If you're having second thoughts, don't cause there isn't a better driving school than this.

Fantastic experience: While it is more expensive, believe me it’s worth it. Lisa is an amazing teacher for the written portion of drivers Ed and she’ll makes sure you know everything u need to. Mark one of the many driving on the road instructors might be the best driving instructor of all time as he made me feel calm made sure I was prepped for my road test and relaxed with my vehicle. On top of al that if you go through dragonfly they will advise u if they think u aren’t ready for the test but they do let u know that the decision is yours plus for your test you can use their vehicle that ur familiar with as it’ll be the same one u use during drivers Ed. On top of that the scheduling is worth the extra cash as I tried looking to book an appt through the rmv and they are booked through August however thanks to dragon fly my test was today and I’m convinced that if it wasn’t for the people at dragon fly I would not have my license right now. Thanks so much to all of them. I could not recommend this place more.

Fantastic experience: Dragonfly really provides great training, Lisa is so kind and patient to walk you through the process even when you make mistakes as you train she'll be calm and honest with you but still emphasize on the good moves you made which gives you courage, they work with you as friends and not just instructors. They give you great tactics that help you pass your test. If you need a driving school to trust I recommend Dragonfly they are a 10/10.
