Negative experience: This one was the WORST!!!! but thank God she is out of business now ..but where ever she went BEWARE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Negative experience: For the love of God, please avoid these people at all costs. I paid for 5 lessons at around $300, and I will say the only pro is the price point. Another pro is that the driver I was assigned is an excellent teacher, and conducts his lessons as if it were the road test. Cons: Terrible management, it is so hard to get into contact with them. Sometimes the call hangs up, so you have to call again just to hear it ring. The location listed on Google is not accurate and has not been updated, the real location is 11 Prospect Ave in MV. There is only one driving instructor, who is again great, but he is leaving in a month, so God knows who you will be left with. Terrible communication, I was told the same week when my road test was scheduled. I had already found out a week prior when my road test was scheduled through logging in the DMV app, and I thought "they really weren't going to tell me." Run far away. I was lucky that it ended up working out but it is a risk I will not encourage you to take.

Negative experience: IF THERES A NEGATIVE RATING HERE I WOULD LITERALLY PUT IT HERE. TRY TO FIND ANOTHER SCHOOL THAT VALUES YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Tu que vas a aser el examen te recomiendo que tomes clase de verdad vas aprender para pasar tu examen

Fantastic experience: My instructor was more than excellent. I'm sorry I didn't get his name I'm going to get his name and put it back up here. He gave me the most knowledge out of anybody I've encountered. The more knowledge you have the more safer driver you are. I'm recommending him to everybody.

Negative experience: Cancelan las claves cuando quieren y tienen un montón de notas en la pared que dice que si tú cancelas una cita te cobran extra .perdí muchos días por su falta de organización, pagas 5 horas, las dividen en días y cuando llegan los instructores solo tienes 45 minutos . Si se les olvido el día de tu examen solo te dan otra fecha. No les importa. Yo no pase el examen ni el compañero que fue conmigo ese día. Pésimo servicio

Fantastic experience: I love SafeCruz! 5 stars all around! I passed my driving test the first time and it was all due to my instructors Iris and Emelyn! Even though the lessons go by fast, you get so much out of it. I was a new driver from the beginning and they they give me great instruction and really push me out of my limit to become a better driver not only to pass the test but for beyond. They are patient with you and kind. I'm really grateful for them, and I will definitely be recommending this driving school to my friends and family. Fantastic experience: Safecruz driving school accommodates to your own schedule, has fair pricing and also schedules you for your road test. I had different instructors for the hour- long driving class session but they all give you good advice on your driving.

Negative experience: Their management is horrible!! They have papers all over their office. They would call me saying I have an appointment and when I go they say it was for a different person. And the Cruz lady is so rude. She has an attitude and during my lesson she was on her phone the whole time. I wish I got my money back!

Negative experience: Waste of time and money don't care about customers, unprofessional, no one showed up on the day for me to take my road test, never got to take my road test. she did not schedule my road test until two months after, after I told her how unprofessional she was. then she wanted to offer only one lesson. I paid them in full worst experience. Please go somewhere else

Positive experience: I would definitely recommend this driving school. Everyone there is nice (Iris, Jenny, Jose, Felix, Allen) I did lessons with all the instructors. I failed the road test on my first try due to nervousness. I retook the test -On my last lesson, instructor Allen really took the time to ensure that I mastered all my problem areas and I passed, he is good!

Negative experience: This is one of the worst driving schools ever. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I would never recommend this to anyone. They have a lot of Cancellation due to car problems. Took me a month to get a lesson in which no one called me to reschedule I had to go all the way there to reschedule. Safecruz Driving School is all about making money! I waste alot of money here thank god i only did the one package deal. Don't even waste your time going to this place.

Negative experience: Horrible, horrible.. not resourceful nor reliable. Needed a car for an upcoming road test. Ms. Iris confirmed me that a car will be available however, called tomorrow just to confirm. Called the next day and got a complete different information from Ms. Iris who asked, did you find another driving school who can be available for my road test which I immediately asked, is there’s an issue because if you was not available, I would locate another driver school. From there, Ms. Iris immediately said, I will call you back to find out if the company can be available for my road test...no phone call and not a five star for SafeCruz Driving school.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, rude and unorganized front desk staff with little to no answers for customers and horrible problem solving skills. have been waiting two weeks for a call back to reschedule a lesson and am now being told I will no longer be able to reschedule the lesson even though i PAID CASH UP FRONT!

Negative experience: I don't know who's doing these review's but this place is horrible the owner Iris is Condescending and unprofessional. The only thing I can say is she did give me back some of my money without me taking her to court. If you want people that talk to you with no respect, acts non cholant about your complaints, Argues with staff In front of customers and brings their dog when your doing your lessons than this is the place to go
