Fantastic experience: Excellent experience all around. From the very first contact to the final step everything was scheduled. The staff was very friendly and it made the entire process simple. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. Something I failed to ask about was if some reason there was a last minute change from the student or family be sure to get the number of the drivers instructor to inform both them and the office of the change or cancelation. We would highly recommend anyone to use Hickory for their drivers education and experience.

Fantastic experience: Getting classes, and then taking the license test with Hickory Driving School was the smoothest part of getting a license. (Reading the book and taking the Permit Test was more difficult).

Fantastic experience: We used Hickory for our son to gain driving experience from a professional and we can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone was super professional. Jared's instructor was super patient with him and made him feel comfortable driving. It was nice to have the same instructor every single time. The woman who does the scheduling and was there the day my son took his test was awesome. The woman who tested Jared on his driving and parallel parking was also great. You guys really knocked it out of the park with all of your employees. So great that you are able to take the test right at Hickory too! Thank you Hickory!

Some of the instructors were his teachers which was a plus! Such a great experience! The instructor my son had today was very nice lady and my son felt comfortable. Fantastic experience: My daughter is 21 and a friend told me about this school. I knew this was the only way she would learn to drive and get her license. Indeed she did and has driven every day since. I would recommend this school to anyone especially for those kids who have anxiety issues as the instructors are kind, patient, and understanding. Yes there is the price of the course but well worth it. Plus dont forget the discount on your insurance.

Fantastic experience: All 4 of my kids went thru Hickory and the past owners company. All of them had great experiences with all the driving teachers and are excellent drivers. Yes we could have done all the teaching ourselves, but the kids benefited from the 30 hour class part as much as their one hour lessons with different instructors. Its worth the money!

From the friendly owner to the amazing instructors, I knew I made the right choice reaching out. Due to sports schedules, we had to make a few changes to booked lesson times, this was an easy and convenient process! The instructors were very calming as my daughter completed each lesson. I believe her test was a breeze because of this! Thank you again for everything!!!

A lot has changed since I learned to drive so it was great to have my daughter exposed to current procedures as well as receive instructions on how to utilize the back-up camera to assist with parking. Fantastic experience: The team at Hickory was wonderful. Their communication about expectations and scheduling is excellent. If ever I had a question, they always got right back to me with a helpful answer. Their drivers are kind and patient and the added bonus that they administer the driving test versus having to go to the DMV took a lot of the stress away. Additionally, after successfully completing the driving test, they sent a certificate to us to submit to our insurance company for a driver's ed discount. All-in-all I would absolutely recommend Hickory Driving School.

Fantastic experience: Hickory Driving School is a professional organization that help my son pass his driving test. The instructors were top notch and helped take the stress out of learning how to drive. It was well worth the money to not have to deal with Penn Dot and scheduling a drivers test! I would recommend them to anyone!

She tested at the school, a lot less stressful environment for anxious drivers. From first contact to last I cannot say enough wonderful things about the owner, trainer and even the receptionist. Fantastic experience: We have recommended Hickory to many. Everyone from Crystal in the office, to Brent the owner who does the evaluation, and each of the Nazareth instructors were excellent to work with. Our daughter practiced a lot with us and other family but we appreciated the extra piece of mind and confidence that having extra sets of eyes and feedback gave us. Furthermore, doing the actual test through them vs. police/department of transportation eased some of the stress for our teen.

Fantastic experience: Hickory Driving School is a top notch driving school! Brent was so professional and calm. I had so many reservations about my child and her driving skills. If you’re like me, I could be a bit overbearing and nervous in the passenger seat and that made my daughter more nervous! After a few hours of driving with him, she was more confident and more than ready for the road! Oh and I dreaded having to teach her how to parallel park, but he took her out and she ACED it! It helped ease my mind and I am 100% confident with her driving skills. I couldn’t be more grateful! It’s definitely worth the piece of mind! I highly recommend it!!
