Fantastic experience: My experience here was absolutely amazing!! Kevin was a fantastic instructor! His way of teaching made me more than ready for my driving exam. I passed my exam with no trouble whatsoever, all thanks to Kevin and Jax Driving School!

Negative experience: La Primera vez que fue a hacer lo de alcohol y drogas me atendio una niña pelinegra,muy formal y muy atenta,cuando fui a presentar el examen por Primera vez el teorico tambien estaba ella y super atenta y ya despues que volvi habia otra persona y la verdad la atencion super mala de esa muchacha monita,super.grosera,para nada atenta,me.parece que da la informacion y parase regañando a la gente,fuera de eso si uno llama a esa escuela para pedir informacion no contestan y le Toca a uno ir directamente hasta la sede para que le digan todo y fuera que la persona que me atendio hoy me pidio papelea que la Primera vez no me los pidieron entonces ponganse de acuerdo para pedir los documentos requeridos y no me parece diligente en lo que hace,la verdad no los recomendaria si sigue esa señora en esa sede por que la idea es servir a las personas no generales mas problemas. Fuera de eso el sistema del examen se mantiene caido,cuando uno lo esta presentando,lo saca y cuando vuelve te resta el tiempo y despues que uno reprueba por tiempo,osea no hay logica de eso,si van a dar un examen que todo para presentarlo este en buenas conditiciones y fuera de eso no capaciten a su personal para decir que lleva mas de 6 an̈os,osea solo les interesa el dienero no brindar un buen servicio,por que no contestan los correos y tampoco el telefono entonces no los pongan en ningun lado,digan mejor que se acercen a la sede,no pongan a perder el tiempo a las personas llamando y mandando correos,entidad poco seria e irresponsable. PESIMA ESCUELA NO LA RECOMENDARIA NUNCA.

Negative experience: If you need a class to help pass the DMV Driver's Permit test, do not come here. We wasted $60 for my wife, who is foreign born, to get instruction for the written test. The class had nothing to do with the test needed to obtain a Driver's permit. She, did not pass, and neither did two other individuals taking the test with her at their facility. Waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: Mr Herbert was an excellent driving instructor he was patient and courteous he was extremely well versed in driving rules and safety regulations I learned so much and I am much more competent on the road.

Negative experience: A student driver stopped in the middle of the road trying to make a left turn then went straight and multiple cars went passed by them because how slow they was going but I did not because I obey traffic laws. I honked the horn when they stopped In the middle of the road while trying to turn . note: they stopped out of no where!.your insurance rate will go up if they hurt someone. The instructor raised their hands like it's okay.. no it's not okay .Keep them in a closed track until they know how to drive a car . A accident can change someone's life for worse. The side of the vechile had this company's name on it. The incident happened Oct 31 around 2:15pm in Arlington

Fantastic experience: I took 12 hours lesson wth Mr. Pineda, i never drove before and i passed my driving exam! Thank you Mr.Pineda! You are a great instructor. Very patient also. Gracias!

Negative experience: This place is horrible. The hours on their website are wrong. They have 3 locations listed, 2 of them aren't real spots and there is never anyone at their actual location. I have tried calling and get hung up on, I have tried going to get met with locked doors, and I have tried emailing with no response. How they are BBB accredited is beyond me.

Negative experience: I have been calling for almost 2 weeks and have placed online inquiries to not heard back. Are you closed for buisness?

Fantastic experience: Love this School. Instructor is cool and kind. I pass my road test❤️

Negative experience: Each time I try to call someone that's related to this place, I'm met with attitude or disregard for my needs. I've been trying to get my license for months and have been calling this place but it seems like you're bothering them each time you try to call. I regret spending my money here, you'll have better luck somewhere else. If some of their workers there hate their job that much, please put in your two weeks because there's no way you can call and they already have that much attitude.

Fantastic experience: I meant to post this way before but this driving school it’s expensive but so worth it the instructors are amazing and they are patient and sweet the lessons are easy after the classes I went to go take the test and passed on my first try I would highly recommend this school if you need to get your license I am driving on the road now and loving it thank you driving school!

Negative experience: This company is literally coercing kids to leave them five stars reviews. My little brother was just there and they asked him for review. He wanted to give them 3 1/2 stars because they kept rescheduling the appointment. A lady there proceeded to take his phone from his hand to make sure that he put five stars which is very unprofessional to take someone else's property.

Positive experience: Great experience, very detailed and thorough instructors who give great feedback on road tests. It was a blessing to be able to go to them since it’s hell trying to get a road test at the dmv. Only reason I would rate 3/5 is because the woman at the desk told me to give her my phone (to which I assumed she was giving me my test info) , but when I went back to check I see she just left s review thanking herself (Yoli) to which google wont let me delete *smh. That angered me because I had no idea that she was going to do that and that’s pretty unsanitary during this pandemic anyways.

He was very patient with me and was overall just a great person to have to teach me the things I needed to know for the drivers test and about driving in general!

Fantastic experience: Yanny was a great instructor, he was able to ease my anxiety about driving and I learned a lot. I would recommend his classes. Edit 8/15/2020 : There has been some issues with covid so they’re very busy and had my classes pushed back, it’s not their fault but it’s something to keep in mind if you consider signing up at the moment. I was assigned to drive with Rob on my last days, he also did an excellent job and even checked back on me to ask if I passed the test which I have so that was nice of them.

Fantastic experience: I just had my road test with Julio O, and he was an excellent examinator he is so kind and nice, he helps you focusing on the driving, I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to present my exam with them.
