Fantastic experience: Hi Im gonna be honest from my experience when I bought the 6 lesson package and they were a waste cause the first and second day was the instructor explaining and it was a waste cause I had a friend who had a different driving school and he gained more experience then me and we both bought 6 lessons and saw who had the more value which was my friend. All I wanted to say is up to you if you want to waste your money and there gonna say your gonna need more classes since your not ready also I'm giving a 5 star so everyone could see it and Spoiler some of the 5 star are self promotion. Hopefully they could step up there game cause it was a waste

Fantastic experience: I had one of the best experiences here at The Long Life Driving School. Yesterday I took my road test, by Grand View Ave and passed. Two years ago, at a DIFFERENT driving school, I paid more than $1000 to learn how to drive. At that school, I was placed with several different instructors, in several different cars, and during the road test, (which was my first time) they placed me in at a physical disadvantage and gave me a new car, which ultimately stress me out and I end up failing my road test. Overall I felt discouraged to get my license. In January of this year, I switch to The Long Life Driving School, it was the best decision I ever made. I had a consistent driving instructor, I was in the same car from January till the exam. My instructor Ty was focus on following the DMV rules to a tea. As a result, I was able to pass, and I appreciate that the school bring the car to you during your lessons rather than you having to meet them. I also appreciate that the school is dedicated to seeing student success rather then other places where it a quick money grab. Many of the times when I was practicing, old student who graduated would wave to thank the instructor for his hard work and helping them to achieve their goal. THAT RIGHT THERE ENSURE ME THAT I MADE THE PROPER CHOICE. Thanks again Long Life Driving School.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best thing that happened to me. When you have a teacher like Taiwo and his team to support you, you can not only get your license... you can do so much more. I thought getting my license was impossible. I failed my road test twice and was afraid to even attempt it for fear of failing it again. I didn't try for a decade. I was upfront on my challenges and they were patient and understanding. They worked with my schedule. I've had my license for almost a month now. Driving is starting to feel like second nature. It's done wonders for my self-esteem and my ability to be more independent navigating the island. This is the place to go if you want to learn how to drive and be good at it. Instructor Margaret helped me with learning the pre trip inspection and the air brakes. The people in the office are very nice and we’re able to get me a fast road test. Fantastic experience: Had a great time at Long Life Driving. I was extremely nervous and didn’t know how to drive that well when I started but instructor Tai was really kind and always provided on the spot feedback to fix my mistakes. My mother went to Long Life Driving School for her 5 hour class, driving lessons, and road test and she passed. She told me to go there and I did the 5 hour class, 4 lessons, and passed my road test on my first try. I have known Mr Tai and his son for many years now and I could definitely tell you that they are extremely humble and professional people. They will listen to you and answer any questions that you have on anything that has to do about driving. I DEFINITELY recommend this school to any and all future drivers because at Long Life, they won’t only teach you how to drive, they will teach you how to be safe on the road to protect the ones that you care about, which I believe is the most important. It is an incredible family oriented school and if you want to be a safe and efficient driver, you need to go there!

I payed for 4 classes and car for road test and they scheduled a class once every week and one the Same week as the road test which was great so you get comfortable with the car for the test. Unlike other school such as island driving school which booking a class was nearly impossible which probably was once every month.

Fantastic experience: After many years of struggling to find someone to teach me how to drive, I was grateful to have came across this school. The instructor, Tai, was very professional, patient, and understanding. You can tell that he is someone who really wants you to pass your road test but more so wants you to learn how to be a safe driver for years to come after your road test. I came from NJ to NY to attend my lessons and not a trip was wasted doing so as I successfully passed my road test on the first try as well. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Not a very motivating instructor. He doesn’t motivate his students when they make mistakes. He said something at the end of my driving lesson when I made a mistake. What he said wasn’t very motivating. Seems like he doesn’t want to work there. Is like he wanted to become something else but ended up becoming a driving instructor. Advice = stay away from here.

Negative experience: Not sure who other people is talking about when they say "nice guy". I am assuming the instructor is not the same person as the one in the front desk. That person is very rude and unprofessional. It is very Clear that he hates being there and assisting customers. I did my 5 hrs online there and then asked them to take single lessons he refused with a horrible attitude even though their website offers single lessons for $50. Horrible way/attitude to say "no" it is not like it was for free dude. I just wanted to take single classes before deciding which "package" I would buy. If you don't want to deal with nasty attitudes at front desk, find yourself another school!

I had lil to no experience driving and decided to go to Tai at Port Richmond Driving Course, bought the package deal which is worth getting for beginners! He is the BEST! He built my confidence and all ! I was scared at first didn’t no how to control the car or nothing but after getting lessons by Tai I felt comfortable to drive!
