Fantastic experience: East hill driving school was recommended to me from a friend, I took my written test a week before taking my driving test in the month of November. It took me two tries to past my written test so don’t be discouraged. The experience you will have in acquiring your license will be straightforward, so long as you study for both the written and driving test. The receptionist was very polite and sweet, as well as the written instructor! The driving instructor was also polite, nice and stern about his job, make sure you study and good luck! 5 stars.

Negative experience: I would not recommend taking the driver's knowledge test at this location. Firstly, the test is still administered with pen and paper, while other places use computers. Additionally, the examiners frequently interrupt to ask if you are done. I highly recommend going to American driving school for your knowledge test.

Negative experience: My son had a very upsetting experience during his knowledge test. The examiner made discriminatory remarks and behaved unprofessionally, that caused a lot of distress for my son. This behavior left my son shaken and affected our family deeply. I will further investigate these behaviors and will take necessary actions.

Negative experience: I recently had a very negative experience during my driving test. Despite passing the knowledge test successfully, the examiner was unfriendly and made racist comments about my country, which made me very nervous. She also discouraged me by saying I wasn’t good enough to drive, and it felt like she wanted me to pay the fees again. Her behavior caused a family quarrel later and left me nearly in tears. This was a bad day and a terrible experience.

Negative experience: Gotta love getting yelled racist things on the phone when asking simple questions. You could try to explain yourself but all we heard was yelling and racist words “you aren’t in your own country” and much much more, and for what you might be asking? Trying to get and extended date because we had to do something that day, we couldn’t make it to the driving practice. What great service. You could come up with some lame excuses but I for real just wasted 600 bucks for one of the worst classes I’ve ever taken.

Negative experience: The guy that was driving me went nuts when I made a wrong move and he yells. And he takes time out of drives for some reason, it’s honestly scary.

Negative experience: The driver that drives you takes 15 mins out of the 1 hour that you’re supposed to have and yells at people while grabbing the wheel when you’re doing something wrong. It’s pretty much just a scam at this point.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service, not respect the client, use the client,expensive for bad service, Racist when she deal with the clients. first of all I knew it's 600$ and you charge me 300$ and I have to pay the other 300$ later so I just late 3 days after you call me so don't lay, second of all I just have urgent satuation I called you and I told you i'm stick in the traffic I can't come in time becauce ther's accedant in the raod wht you said this is not my busniess and yelled on my face then close the line wile I'm talking with you so you are not respect the clinet, your school is bad servuce I made a claim, not recomanded ever.

Negative experience: When you get in to this driving school try to pay three times at the first other wise they will fail you to repay.

Negative experience: I passed the first time when I took the driving test but the guy who was taking the test was extremely rude and started cussing in the middle of the test. The test takers need to learn some manners.

Negative experience: A weak and unprofessional service, the person who takes the exam from you does not know anything and tries to find an excuse to make you fail and tells you to come back for the exam the next day. He is just thinking about his business. I would never recommend this place for an exam to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I took my driving test yesterday at the school and finally passed with an 80! Good thing the test was short and took about 20 minutes. I'm glad I had a very nice examiner that helped me passed my test and knew the rules of the road. I can finally go to the DOL to get my license, celebrate, and get a car! Thank you Salah and Sabrina at East Hill Driving School. Congratulations to me and I'm street legal! I am very glad & excited that I'm officially Washington's newest licensed driver!

My confidence was on level zero after having gone to another driving school, I came here and my confidence skyrocketed because of how awesome my instructor was, very patient and humble and was very great at explaining what I should do and not do. Negative experience: I strongly not recommend to anyone, don't go to this school, because the instructor his un professional and very rude and he make you hurry when doing the driving test , my wife went over here for 3 times for driving test in this school and she got failed for all the time, so she got de motivated by the instructor and she got fear to drive a car , An then we went to different school-( 911) she got passed with 85 mark , over here in 911 school the instructor was very professional and they give you time to do during the test. they are very friendly , polite, moreover the instructor are Ex-police officer .

Fantastic experience: Salah is a very good and kind teacher if you are truly keen on learning how to become a good defensive driver. He goes over the main points of the book and allows us to take tests and quizzes to see where our knowledge levels are. He loved my class which was from February 12 to March 15 6-8. There are going to be some students that don’t take the course seriously and that can get on anyone’s nerves but if you show you’re there to learn you can become a favorite.
