Negative experience: Got the same services my husband did before and they charged me $100 extra. I did not even know until later after asking him how much he paid. Additionally, they don't tell you there's a service fee when paying with card on the website. Same a fee for showing up late to an instruction class, as I saw on a sign (things come up, and that's okay! I get being an hour late or something, but 20 - 30 minutes late should not be that big of a deal). But hey, they get a 1 star because they do give you what you need at least. Highly do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my Drivers Education class at Allwise Driving Academy, and I had an excellent experience! During my review session, we covered all 17 chapters of the content in-depth, and I felt prepared for the final examination. Once I had submitted my test, Ms. Fozi, who had gone over all the content so well, graded my test extremely quickly and notified me of my passing score!

Negative experience: I would give it a zero but I can’t. Didn’t even explain how the classes would work the lady went straight to signing papers and getting us to pay. Trust you can find a better place that will explain things better not only care about money.

Fantastic experience: Great people who made it a point to make sure everything went well. We used them for the behind the wheel portion for my 16yr olds license. Very fast and accommodating on scheduling.

Fantastic experience: The School is pretty good itself, but the major benefit of this school is Driving Instructor Raymond. He is one of the coolest people I have met. Going into a driving school you may feel that it would be awkward driving with someone you barely know. Raymond completely destroys that idea from existence. He is an extremely down to earth man who really cares about you and your development as a driver. He cares about the minute details which some may forget. Instructor Raymond had me parking perfectly straight within two days. If you decide to take your kids to All Wise Driving Academy and they get Instructor Raymond, You Have Hit The Lottery!!

Negative experience: This is a scam ,first thing they told me that I won’t pass the dmv test, before even I start a lesson or seeing my driving skills, only to pay them more money to buy the license. and when I refused they kept insisting that Iam gonna fail so I paid them the money but they never arrived in time . and lied and said they came but they didn’t so I took back my money and they refused to give it all back so I took it -18 dollars, make sure to take a receipt after paying Such a disappointment

Fantastic experience: The people here are just so kind and understanding. They teach you so much stuff that you didn’t even know you needed. All in all I’ve been given the chance to meet some of the most amazing people and learn good driving and life lessons from them. I got Tony as one of my instructors and i’m so glad that I did because not only is he a great instructor but he is also an amazing person. He was funny and very kind and honestly meeting him changed me as a person in a good way. He has some of the best advice I have ever heard and he doesn’t seem to know how to make someone not happy. Fantastic experience: Great Driving School! I was able to get my license within a week during Spring Break doing both Driver's Ed and Behind the Wheel. The instructors Tony and Raymond are both awesome and have their own good teaching styles. Just a bit pricey, but that is expected.

Negative experience: A great place if you just want to get your license after five 50 mins sessions. But if your objective is to really learn to drive, based on our experience, I would suggest to look elsewhere and save the trouble. There are opportunities for the management - Integrity, Communication, Rude and Unprofessional 1. Lack of transparency in communication and falsifying the DMV documents: After the five 50 mins behind the wheel sessions, we went to collect the DMV papers. We were rushed to sign the documents were marked and hardly were allowed to read through the document. Once we got an opportunity to read the document, the first thing that got our attention was the number of driving periods mentioned on the document. It said 7 driving periods while we received only 5. Since we were still in the office, we had an opportunity to ask Farzana why it is mentioned as 7 instead of 5. The response from the office manager (Farzana) surprised us. She said it is typical that the students learn in 5 sessions and if you wanted the additional 2 sessions we will have to pay an extra $150. So none of this was never mentioned in the first place. We just felt to leave the disgusting place. When we had the opportunity to read the document there were more surprises for us. The document mentioned that the student was given 36 classroom periods, 7 driving periods and 7 observation periods. This meant the document was falsified and there was a lack of transparency in communication. This questions their intent and integrity. When we went in for the enquiry none of these were mentioned. We were told it is going to be 5 sessions and will cost us $550. It seems there is little care for building a safer community and creating safer drivers but just make more money. So lesson for anyone joining, check all things that need to be covered to meet all the requirements laid down by the DMV and what gets covered for the money you pay. 2. Scheduling: Scheduling was an absolute mess. The schedule was changed couple times citing the instructor had an medical appointment and it happened twice. The rescheduling request came either 30 mins before the class or the previous night. The arrogance level was absolutely at its peak to a degree that we were told to either adjust or get the money back prorated and this was after 3 classes. You are left with no choice after paying $550 and after 3 classes. 3. Instructors: Both Tony and David are great. But there is this other lady who is the nephew of the owners that came on the 3rd day and spent time on how to start the car and eventually wasted the 50 mins. If your intent is getting the license in just 5 sessions, yes this is a hassle free and best place. But if your intent is to learn to drive and create a safe driving community, please look elsewhere and save the trouble.

Positive experience: David and Tony are excellent drivers. They are full of positivity. The reason I am reducing to 3 is because of the management. The management needs to look on how to schedule, so that we don't wait for 20mins on the scheduled date and time. Also the owner cares more about money. When we went to enquire about class schedule and timing, we were told on the face to pay first. We anyway paid because we were in a hurry.

Positive experience: Tony was an absolutely phenomenal instructor. He helped me gain confidence in my driving, pushed me to improve, and taught me how to park in ten minutes. Would recommend All Wise if you are able to get Tony. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because sometimes, the management would claim that we did not have a lesson scheduled despite telling us earlier that we did.

Fantastic experience: Management is very nice and professional, the manger got me in a week after I scheduled and was very flexible to my schedule and Tony is very nice I had him one day and was struggling with parking and that’s what we worked on now I’m teaching my brother how to park!! amari she was very nice as well she is very calm, and gives advice to make you feel even more calm. I was a little nervous driving on the Ashland roads and curvy roads and she made me feel so confident and would encourage me and helped me with defense driving as well. I highly recommend this driving school you will not be disappointed!

Negative experience: I am VERY disappointed with this company. I was overcharged for a class that I didn’t even have to take & My daughter has been in three accidents (all her fault) after taking their “behind the wheel” class. Do not use this driving school that lacks integrity. There are plenty of other driving schools that are GOOD, reasonably priced and provides superior customer service.

Fantastic experience: Farzana was super on top of squeduling. She accommodated to my busy work squedule amazingly, and communicated with me through my entire experience. My behind the wheel instructors were also great. The female driving instructor and Raymond were great at communicating and making me feel comfortable driving. Overall All Wise was great, reasonable prices compared to other driving schools, and a friendly staff who care about your safety and well-being.

Negative experience: Worst driving school! They’ll take your money then refuse to give you all of your lessons. The lady answering the phones is rude and unprofessional. They’ve done this to both me and my cousin where they took our money then didn’t get back to us about scheduling our last lessons. Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else.

Positive experience: My overall experience with All Wise driving institute has been great. Administration is great. Farzana is good at scheduling and she is on top of everything to make sure class runs smoothly. Instructor Tony is awesome. He makes you comfortable and help you build confidence. I had 1 class with Amir and it went well. You don’t get same instructor again, which could be good as you get suggestions from different instructor as well as bad as instructor doesn’t know you well if they keep on changing. I gave 4 star because of my experience with instructor Raymond. Though, he is good instructor, he doesn’t give enough time. I had 2 class with him and he was in rush and I had behind the wheel lesson with him for 35 minutes each time instead of 50 minutes class.

Fantastic experience: Allwise is best institute. I am new into the United state and joined allwise. All process for DL are hassle free in Allwise. Toni is excellent mentor and very good friend too. He provides very good techniques of driving. He makes very comfortable behind wheel for newbies. He gives lot of confidence. Farzana is so very friendly. Fantastic experience: I completed my Drivers Ed class on a Saturday morning and went on to my behind the wheel directly after that. Within my behind the wheel, I had great instructors who were genuinely helpful to my driving, and taught me subtle things that helped my driving. Great place to learn driving overall.

Negative experience: I called today trying to see how much the 60 day waiver class was so I can go head and get it to go get my license sooner then 60 days from the dmv and she insisted on me paying 400 just to get my license through them in a week which I told her that I didn’t want to do that I just wanted the 60 day waiver so I won’t have to wait the 60 days and then she tried to tell me I couldn’t do that. She was trying to force me go through them instead of paying the 250 just to get the waiver then she put her husband otp trying to tell me the same thing and they won’t even listening to what I was saying. They are very money hungry and don’t care about what you saying. I couldn’t even understand them because they are foreign.

Fantastic experience: My 16 year old daughter did her classroom and behind the wheel drivers' education at All Wise. She was able to complete most of the written work on her own schedule, and then it was easy to find a time for her to take the class. It was also easy to schedule her behind the wheel sessions. We were very pleased with what she learned with each of the driving instructors. She was significantly more capable and confident by the end of the sessions. I felt as though the instructors were very concerned with making sure she was safe and comfortable behind the wheel, and when she finished, the lovely lady who runs the school gave her a very gentle and sweet lesson about the responsibilities of being a safe driver. Highly recommend All Wise!

Fantastic experience: Loved the local family aspect of the driving school and how the instructors connected with me on a more personal level then a lot of teachers do. The Instructors, Tony and Scott, were amazing and (along with Farzah/Amir) helped me get my license in about 2 weeks. Additionally, the drivers-ed class was insightful and along with the BTW sessions, well worth the price. It was a pleasure to receive my license from them and I'll definitely be referring friends to this driving academy :)

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with All Wise and I’d highly recommend going there, especially if you’re a teenage driver. The driving instructors, Tony and Scott, were both extremely welcoming and gave me very helpful tips on some of the problems I was struggling in. The school does well in making sure you are relaxed but still mindful whilst driving, which is very good for teenage drivers because they tend to be stressed behind the wheel. The owner, Amir, and the office manager, Farzana, are organized and truly care about the safety of their students. I’m very happy that I got the chance to be granted my license from here!

Fantastic experience: Farzah and staff are absolute professionals and great people. We chose All Wise because of the COVID-19 causing a cancellation of behind the wheel at school after reviewing their customer feedback. My teen gave a summary after each lesson of what she observed, what was discussed and which areas of improvement were needed. My teen also learned by example how to park much more efficiently than what I was able to teach. During one of the sessions there was a heavy rainstorm and I was concerned (more for instructor) but they came back and I was given a clear summary of what was taught, how additional caution was used for braking and proper speed during those conditions and how well it was handled. It’s a big step for any family and I am very happy to have chosen All Wise Academy for her lessons. Very kind staff, great story behind the business and communication was top notch..the signs in Miss Farzah’s office tell visitors quite a bit about her outlook and demeanor in life and that goes a long way when working with a new opportunity such as where you take your student for driving lessons! Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to thanks to Mr Balwinder Singh for teaching me each and every step of driving perfectly in USA, letting me understand perfectly how to drive safely and rules and regulation of USA driving. I felt comfortable while learning and he doesn't make me nervous and panic while driving.The way of his teaching is excellent, He is very nice trainer and also very calm while teaching. Firstly I was worried to drive in US even though I knew driving in India. Then I came to know about Mr Balwinder singh from a friend. Professional clean environment easy to find. Parking was easy and Amir our instructor took personal care to make sure everyone knew the dangers and different types of driving mistakes. As a former insurance person he has seen so many accidents and now tries to prevent them through education. Took the class, passed the test and walked away with my certificate the same day. I recommend this place for anyone that needs any type of driver education or court appointed driving school.
