Fantastic experience: I had to take this course due to an out of state traffic citation. My attorney needed me to take a NSC certified course in order to knock down my charges. Mr. Kim made the time pass by quickly! He is so informative and charismatic! Taking one of these courses, you wouldn’t think you would learn anything new, but I left learning so much. Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about this course after receiving a superspeeding ticket. I can say as a shy teenager that this class was the best I could have hoped for. Jae provided so many amenities and was very easy to talk to. He's very welcoming and upbeat and makes the class really funny and engaging. I would 10/10 recommend him to anybody with traffic violations!!! forever greatful

Offered coffee in the morning and snacks/candy throughout the day along with cold or room temperature water. He was very patient and answered all questions completely and encouraged questions. I prefer to do stuff like this in person it’s better for me but overall if you need to do it for points reduction, court ordered, attorney ordered, overall come here it’s simple relaxing and easy going.

Each table had their own hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, and tissue paper, as well as all the materials you would need for the class. If I ever have to take another defensive driving class. Fantastic experience: Initially, I didn't know what to expect and was dreading a 6 hour class. However, Mr. Kim made the class great. He was engaging, fun, interactive, and informative. There were multiple areas I was able to increase my knowledge of in DD. He also updated us on new trends and areas where rules/safety have changed over the last 20 years (since I took my first driving course/class). I'm glad others will have the chance to take this class with Mr. Kim.

When I first came in, I expected the same monotonous explanation and video that has been seen through out middle -high school, but the instructor Jae Kim really keeps it engaging and easy to understand and makes sure that no one feels excluded from the conversation. If you ever have to take a risk reduction class or a defensive driving course, Compass Driving is the only place you need to look into. You won’t regret it! 5/5

Fantastic experience: Really wonderful atmosphere inside and Mr. Kim is a great instructor. Especially with coronavirus precautions, everything is taken very seriously as Mr. Kim went out of his way to make sure everyone felt comfortable. Very personable guy and enjoyed talking with him during breaks. 10/10 would recommend for a driving class.

Fantastic experience: I have a great experience at Compass DUI and defensive driving School. I was there for a course for improvement of my driving skills and enrolled for a program there for this. Instructor Jae is a very lovely personality. He know his job and make the whole class very enlightening, he make us feel completely at home. He answered all the questions, teach us the course, evaluated our learning. He is an ex-cop and which make his game up. He is also a Taikonwdo specialist. Jae make the class very interactive and interesting. I never realized when all 6 hours passed. I got to know from my friends that these courses are very boring, but I have a totally different experience. I recommend Compass DUI school to anybody who want to learn and improve his it her driving skills.

Fantastic experience: Took the defensive driving course. Jae was an amazing instructor and was very responsive when I called with questions prior to the class. He made the class actually interesting and I feel like I learned something, despite the fact I have been driving for 15+ years. The class is informative but also laid back and Jae was kind enough to have water bottles, snacks, and pens for every participant when they walked in. I highly recommend Compass to anyone who requires any of the classes they offer.

Fantastic experience: I had not taken one of these classes in over 20 years, and based on my last class, I was not looking forward to it. This experience was completely different than I expected and was very educational. The instructor, Jae, made the class very enjoyable instead of rigid or uptight as I was expecting. Jae's past experience of being a police officer put scenarios in real perspective. If you have the unfortunate requirement of needing to take one of these classes, I HIGHLY recommend Jae at Compass DUI and Defensive Driving School in Suwanee! - Jon

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed the whole experience came in with a kinda bored sleepy idea but left with a lot of knowledge I didn’t know and just engaged with everybody and learned a lot of different things not just driving and the safety of it but also life advice and was just amazed how I didn’t fall asleep after 6 hours because the course/class was interacting at all levels all the time. Thanks Jae honestly I’ll visit you in the near future.

Fantastic experience: I kept forgetting to write a review. I don't write reviews at all, but the fact that I left defensive driving school with a smile (and not for the reason of the relief of finally leaving but rather the fact that it was just a good atmosphere) says a lot and made me willing. If you're going to go anywhere for defensive driving, I definitely recommend this place. Jae is a great man, and he tries his absolute best to create a comfortable and bright environment.

We all got to share driving experiences while in class which made the class even more interesting. I highly recommend this location for your class even if you have to travel a distance.
