Fantastic experience: My friend recommended me Braziliza after I told her I wasn’t feeling ready to take the road test. I was driving with my home country license + international permit, but I wasn’t confident about parallel parking. Then I scheduled a class with Jon and passed the test today on my first try. Everybody was super nice to me during the process. I totally recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Minha experiência foi maravilhosa com a Maria, a Rosa e a instrutora karina, extremamente paciente, já dirijo há muitos anos, mas se eu não tivesse feito uma aula com ela com certeza não iria conseguir a aprovação de primeira, pois ela me recordou a técnica do estacionamento em paralelo, e tudo mais que realmente é necessário. Recomendo muito, amei, sem elas não teria o resultado esperado, fiz meu teste 8 de janeiro de 2025, elas são realmente muito competentes..... Fantastic experience: Very affordable and they take their time with you. At first I was scared but they're always there to help you . Even before the test they go through the layout of the course. For the road test they’ll meet you at the place or at the school and then take you there. Which ever is closer to you. Negative experience: Horrible experience. I paid for a tax return that unfortunately the IRS does not accept. I called to ask for help solving it but I was mistreated. Today I have my tax return stuck. Don't go to this place. Bad service and totally stupid people

Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful! I had barely any experience behind the wheel but after a full week of one hour lessons a day, I passed my road test on the first try. The lessons prepared me perfectly for what was to come and I was even driven here by one of the staff members. Definitely recommend this driving school for any newcomers on the road. Fantastic experience: Great school, very helpful and informative. Instructor gave me a reminder on everything I had to do while we waited in line and answered all my questions. The instructor really eased my concerns. I recommend using this school for your practice classes. The prices are good as well compared to other schools and they are worth it. Again, I recommend you to use this school for your driving test, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Just completed my driving lessons at Brazilisa Multi Service, and I can't say enough good things about Karina. She's a fantastic instructor—knowledgeable, patient, and really supportive. Her guidance made learning to drive a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, Brazilisa Multi Service is solid. They have great a facility. The administrative team was helpful, although I did have a bit of trouble with them rescheduling my lessons to another time just the day before my scheduled lesson -they tried a few times to change the times on me. Despite that hiccup, I definitely recommend Brazilisa Multi Service for anyone looking to learn to drive. Karina and the team will get you confident on the road in no time!

Then I took my test a day later and passed only encouraging and positive energy from them. Also the prices were very generous and affordable. I highly recommend using them to get your license.

Negative experience: They were unprofessional.

Negative experience: I only recommend this if you have some sort of prior knowledge in driving and want to reinforce or need a vehicle to keep practicing. Two male instructors had no patience at all and lack strategies ( granted I did not get any female instructors so I cannot speak on that). Phrases such as “I think you’re not listening” or “Well your test is soon and I can’t do more for you” were used. One of them used his phone constantly during the lesson, which was very rude.

Negative experience: I live in a neighborhood where they constantly practice. They practice in the same exact place; week by week, day by day, and consistently cause traffic hiccups and almost hit parked cars and pedestrians which happens at the direction of the instructors. If there’s a way to spread the area of practice so the kids and neighbors who live here get a break that would be nice. The instructors themselves are mean and seemingly territorial. They do not own these roads and they need to learn to spread their area of coverage to give the neighbors a break.

Positive experience: The customer service part of the company has to improve. I appreciate the low cost of renting one of their vehicles, but let customers know ahead of time what to expect. I didn’t like the fact that I had to take an Uber home from a DMV that is over 30 minutes from home. If I’m paying to rent a vehicle for a day, then the least that could be done is to take me back to your office location. Letting me know ahead of time I could have arranged a ride with a friend or family member vs a last minute issue and now I have to Uber home. The service of the company is 5 stars. The customer service is 1 star. So this driving school gets 3. Also, what was supposed to be $130 for the rental turned into nearly $220, with everything else. Be mindful of the money hunger.

Let me tell you about my experience. first of all I paid for the package which includes 7 hours in the car so they take me to Wayne to take the test once I passed the test they leave me in Wayne tell me they're going to come back and never come back for me then when I call them they explain to me that I have to find my own way home rule as ever during my lessons I pay for hours and I will get half an hour because either they talking or you know just the worst experience ever so if anybody want to save their money I advise them to go to another school cuz this is b******* with the school

Negative experience: Ligamos pedindo informações e recebemos a informação equivocada. Chegamos na auto escola e fomos atendidos pela secretaria Raiza (Raissa) com muita grosseria e falta de respeito. Eu não recomendo esta auto escola. Existe milhares de auto escolas em Newark que podem te ajudar com profissionais que te respeitarão e não te trataram como um lixo como essa raissa fez. Absurdamente ignorante! Infeliz com o seu trabalho

Negative experience: I have been doing customer service for about 45 years. I’m very demanding when it comes to that. Never have I ever experienced the lowest customer service as today, to the extreme that perdón even hung up phone at me. But when it comes to collect your money they are right there. I will never recommend this place to no one. If you are in the area pick a different location if customer service is your priority.
