Fantastic experience: Both of our kids received their driver's education and took their driver's test through the assistance of CDA and their SUV package. They both took the online zoom class since it was the only one that fit in their school/sports/work schedules. The drivers were all great, and in particular Michelle went above and beyond to ensure that my son was scheduled for his road test, and she even accommodated as a sponsor at another RMV location that fit his schedule. I would recommend CDA!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend CDA to everybody! Initially I selected them due to their stellar Google reviews but also because of their lower hourly rate and the fact that they pick you up from your home, unlike other bigger companies in my area. As somebody who got their foreign driving license more than 15 years ago and didn’t really drive after, I definitely made the right choice. All the instructors I got to work with, Nabil, Stephanie and Jim, are very nice people and great teachers, and I learnt a lot from all of them. With their help I gained the confidence I was lacking and passed my road test the first time. I also wanted to say a special thank you to Jim, who I worked mostly with and still have 1 highway lesson with (yes, CDA has your back even after you pass your exam in case you need additional lessons). He’s one of the very few if not the only driving school owner in the area who still teaches kids and adults and covers for his employees when needed. So I feel both honored and lucky that I get to work with such a kind, professional and knowledgeable teacher like him, who just gets people. And a big shoutout to Charlene who was always so nice and responsive on the phone, moving around some of my lessons and instructing me just before the road test, and to Michelle who was the sponsor in the car during my exam, silently supporting me.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend CDA to EVERYONE. They are so accommodating to all ages, and are completely judge free. They are all so sweet, caring, and they truly want the best for their customers. I seriously cannot even find the words, to express how grateful I am for all of the wonderful employees. Negative experience: I am very sad to join this school. I joined them and paid $950 and they were disorganized and not committed and did not teach in an academic way as their name indicates and I lost my money and did not get a driver's license because of their wrong teachings and I do not recommend anyone to join them so that you do not lose your money

Fantastic experience: My son passed his road test on the first try due to the Jennifer’s professionalism and dedication these last 5 months. Her communication was clear and to the point so that he could focus on his skills. He felt confident going into the test because she covered all of the mechanical skills which included acronyms for him to remember. At the office, Charlene is always available to assist with the next steps thru the entire program until the road test. Positive experience: While I believe the driving instructors for the actual driving were friendly, made my child feel comfortable & did a great job in preparing my child for road safety and her license, there is a lack of communication, booking lessons was incredibly difficult, and some of the office staff were incredibly rude when you brought concerns to them. Additionally, they canceled the “free/included skills class” and gave an unreasonable couple of days heads up for the replacement date so she missed it due to previous commitments. I have one other child to go and I am unsure I would return to CDA after our experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with CDA! They were super accommodating with booking lessons that best fit my schedule, and I learned so much in a short time. Additionally, all of the instructors are super patient and helpful and give great feedback after every lesson. Most of my lessons were with Michelle, and she especially made sure I had all my skills down before I took my road test. She even took the time to offer and schedule a practice test for me (the week of my test) so that I would feel more confident when I took it. She is super supportive and kind. With that being said, all of the staff here are extremely encouraging. I would highly recommend CDA to anyone learning how to drive!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Centerpoint was incredible!! The classroom time was very informative with plenty of break time. The driving time was also top notch, I personally had Jennifer for most of my lessons behind the wheel and she was amazing! Friends of mine with other drivers from CDA had similar experiences with other incredible drivers. They are all friendly, very safe, and are there to prepare you to succeed. The curriculum was very straightforward and I felt thoroughly prepared for both my learners permit test and my road test which I passed! Definitely worth the money, includes all of your lessons in a very nice car, as well as a free practice test right before you take your road test. I took the online classes over the summer to get my permit and it was great. Very nice teachers online and in the actual car. My experience with CDA was great, would definitely recommend.

He is an amazing instructor that made both the process and preparation for the road test very smooth. Fantastic experience: Pretty solid experience just took a bit to get the lessons in but was understandable as I was noticed the lack of instructors due to medical issues and covid. Instructors are clear and go easy on you, as well as giving you everything you need to know not only to pass the road test but to safely drive after you pass the road test.

Positive experience: I didn’t want to leave a review. I wanted to let the water flow under the bridge and move on. But a 4.8 (as of this writing) is not representative of my experience. On the one hand, the people are nice and my kid was prepared for her test. On the other hand, it took a full year to get enough appointments to satisfy the requirement. It was easier to get Taylor Swift tickets than to book driving lessons. I have the screenshots to prove it (showing how on date after date literally no appointments were available). She missed one. We took ownership of that and paid the fee. But one miss doesn’t explain 12 months. It’s fixable, but I wouldn’t sign up with them again without pre booking the entire slate of lessons.

Positive experience: We were happy with the instructors, they were great and understanding of my son who has high functioning autism. Great communication, but difficult to schedule road tests. They open up availability on Sundays at certain time, but all slots are taken immediately. He got in on cancellations. The whole process took from May-October, he did pass the test first time. My other son is going for his in the fall and I hope the system for booking is better by then.

Positive experience: Since registering in September I have had just one lesson. They don't answer your calls nor do they call back even if you leave multiple voice messages. I was told initially that they are hiring additional instructors and finding appointments should be easy but I haven't seen that happen. I was also lectured twice on how there are no other 'good' driving schools nearby and so I have no other option but to continue with them. I hope everyone reads the more recent reviews before signing up. Edit* : After posting this review the owner called and has set up all the follow up appointment. Thank you! Fantastic experience: My son completed the classes and instructions from cda. He just passed the driving test with zero remarks!! Thru CDA instruction, he learned to be a very smart and confident driver. The zoom classes made it possible for him to do sports while taking the lessons- without the need for pickups drop offs it was great for the parents too!!!The rav 4s were perfect cars to learn with. They picked him up at school or the house. Jennifer was an awesome person throughout the process. I can’t say enough about how amazing she was and was so grateful for all of her help in getting my son ready! If you are looking for a driving school that prepares your child for the driving world …without question this is the driving school for you!!!

Positive experience: Great instructors, very nice, and offered helpful corrections without making you feel very stressed. Lessons were a bit hard to get because of the high demand, but they offer a cancellation list that was very helpful in getting lessons when scheduling was tricky. A couple of notes about the website, it is not always the clearest; when they say that you must register lessons two days apart, that means the lesson times must be two days apart, not that the intervals in which you schedule it at follow that same duration. Also the "half early" if you are the last lesson of the day is typically about 30 minutes early, and they will contact you if that is the case. Would recommend, they walk you through the whole process step by step and are very good about helping you learn what you need to know.

Fantastic experience: Edit: the staff immediately helped me after I left my review and helped me schedule my last two lessons. Thank you! The staff I have driven with have been very kind and understanding. However, scheduling driving lessons is extremely difficult. The office rarely picks up the phone and rarely responds to emails about this issue. I was eligible in November but I still have two lessons to complete and I can find no appointments despite checking every morning, afternoon, and night. Any help would be appreciated!

From the classroom insturction and permit process to the driving lessons where all the instructors are friendly, professional, and experienced to help pave the way to a driver's license. Highly recommend CDA for anyone looking for a driving school. Price is right and all the extras included in the driving school package were second to nobody!

Positive experience: Initially, it was nearly impossible to get a driving lesson. My son was only able to get one in a 48 day period. Week after week there were no driving appointments available. After posting a negative review on Google, the owner reached out to us directly to help. Since then, they have been very attentive, have proactively booked appointments for us, and moved the process along.

Fantastic experience: Best driving school in the state hands down. Very professional and are well trained and passionate with new drivers. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jim and Jennifer for helping me out and being a licensed driver in the Commonwealth.

Fantastic experience: CDA was fantastic! They were so responsive and accommodating but most importantly taught my daughter how to drive really well. When we went for the road test, the RMV tester commented 'what school did you go to because they really taught you well.' Thank you CDA!!!

Negative experience: It has been difficult to arrange driving hours from the very begining. I know they had some issues with staff, but even with that resolved it has not gotten any better. We recieve poor communication and I feel like I have to chase them down to get a response, and we get no follow up. My daughter should be able to get her license on 10/16/23 but has only been able to schedule and staff does not return calls and their online portal has technical issues. I gave it 2 stars because for a little bit they were more responsive. We paid in full and feel stuck here as a result. I have left several voicemails, texts, and even emailed the owner with no response. This has been an overall stressful experiance and while I understand a business can have unforseen issues their is no excuse to not return calls/texts. For clarification my daughter has a different last name and I have spoken to Charlene who keeps telling me she will get back to me with dates and then forgetting to follow up.

Fantastic experience: We are so happy to have gone through Centerpoint! My daughter was able to learn on an SUV. They took care of everything and made sure she had enough practice. She got her license on the 1st try! While friends who went elsewhere did not. Highly recommend this company!!

Fantastic experience: CDA is such a wonderful driving school! Just got my license today and wanted to say that lessons with them have been nothing but a great experience, I feel so much more comfortable being on the road knowing I can be an excellent and safe driver. I would like to give a huge thanks to my driving instructors Jennifer and Michelle, not only did they give me great tips and tricks about driving but they also allowed for the lesson to be fun and comfortable. They were truly great to have! CDA does such a good job at preparing you for the road test and ensuring you have the skills down to pass. Positive experience: We originally had some communication issues but the owner reached out very quickly. We are very happy with the level of knowledge/professionalism that the instructor has. My son is enjoying his lessons. In my opinion, the true measure of customer service is not measured by perfection...rather than how a business responds to a hiccup. We are very happy. Fantastic experience: The staff were all so kind and accommodating to getting lessons booked despite having a busy schedule. They were great at explaining directions and I felt like I had a great understanding of all skills just a lesson or 2 after learning them. They were easy to talk to and made me feel so prepared. Negative experience: Can't get driving hours. Poor communication. No follow up. Zero driving hours available, my nephew should be able to get his license on 10/3/23 but has only been able to schedule 1 driving hour after trying constantly for 3 months. I would give 0 stars if I could. Many of his friends are having the same issue with this company. We have left several voicemails and sent several emails and have only received 1 call back but they were unable to help us.

Fantastic experience: The entire CDA team was amazing with helping my Colombian wife with lessons and her road test. My wife was nervous at first, with english being her second language, but Jim was an amazing instructor who made her feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. They made sure she had all the skills necessary to be an aware and capable driver in multiple situations. Charlene in the office was excellent at answering my questions and working on scheduling. We had a busy travel schedule, and the team did everything to work with us and create opportunities for lessons and for the exam. The Eagles have Take It Easy....CDA, Made It Easy!

Fantastic experience: CDA - Jim & team are great to work with. Very patient with our student. Always flexible around sports schedules. They were very aware of the timing needed to be able to have a timely license date. Trust the process. It all works out!

Negative experience: So far, not a fan. Online classes for permit were a nightmare…Zoom issues, signin problems, system crashes, etc. I chose this place based on a recommendation from a neighbor…unfortunately will not do the same. I’ve had to call at least 6 times to try to get my daughters classroom hours resolved and still not fixed. Can only blame system issues for so long. price is better than Christos, but wish I stayed with them!

Fantastic experience: As a student-driver of Center Point I have felt immense growth in my skills and abilities. They are adjusting to our busy schedules and all the instructors are wonderful people to work with. You end up developing close relationships with them and you feel that they genuinely push you to succeed. The CDA practice vehicles are always clean and well taken care of. The website is easy to navigate and enables real-time booking for lessons. Instructors Jennifer and Michelle especially have been super helpful throughout my driving experience and are supportive of drivers at all levels. Fantastic experience: I never give reviews, but here we go... The people are nice, know what they are doing, provide plenty of practice, and even go over the final test days before you have to go. They even go above and beyond and give highway experience. Jim, Gerald, Jeniffer and everyone else are nice and teach effectively. Just practice in between lessons and you will almost certainly pass.

Fantastic experience: Passed my road test on the 1st try with Jim as my sponsor. I purchased the sponsorship package for $350 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience with cda. Jim is an awesome instructor and gave me the confidence to pass my road test.

Fantastic experience: I waited 10 years to get my license and I'm so happy I went with CDA for driving lessons. You rarely get the same driving instructor, and that variation really helps with having a well-rounded learning experience. Each instructor I had (Michelle, Brandon, and Jennifer) were respectful and patient with my anxieties and helped me feel at ease behind the wheel. Confidently passed on my first driving test!

Fantastic experience: I just completed my classroom and driving lessons with the Centerpoint Driving Academy. The entire experience was great! Jim was so informative with the classroom lessons and I learned so much on all my driving lessons. The SUV's that they use for the lessons are awesome and you get to take your test in their SUV which is great since that is what you are practicing with each lesson. The instructors at Centerpoint are super helpful and kind and Jim is so flexible with scheduling. I had the best experience at Centerpoint Driving Academy!

Fantastic experience: Our family is very happy with CDA. Our first son just passed his license test on his first try. They did very well in preparing him for the necessary road skills he needed for the test. Thank you, CDA! We’ll be using this company again for sure.

Negative experience: I’m not sure how others feel but I feel very uncomfortable with my child’s driving instructor taking pictures of my child’s permit. Isn’t it enough that you have their permit in hand, why take a picture of it. I feel very uncomfortable and weirded out by that. Most of these students are minors so it’s technically taking pictures of minors. I don’t know or question what might be done with such a picture. Driving instructors also need to be patient and understanding of each student. You can’t expect to be short tempered and short with everyone. Also my child once was sitting in the back and the instructors was using their phone, my child never looked at the instructors phone nor wanted to see their texts either. Well anyways the instructor turns around gives my child a dirty look and then repositions herself and the phone. Also we’ve noticed that the driving instructors tend to give feedback and let the student know what they’re writing within the report, but one specific instructor doesn’t do that, she writes whatever she pleases, then has my child sign. Doesn’t even tell what she wrote or anything. Then once a driving instructor came 25 minutes earlier than expected, my child was in the midst of doing homework. The instructor was quite unprofessional eating is fine it’s human nature, but to be eating and trying to talk with a food full of a granola bar, while trying to give Mumbled instructions isn’t. He also was shamming my child for “not paying attention” while not realizing my child actually has adhd. While making rude and rather childish jokes to my child. There was a car infront and the instructor said “We will not be hitting that BMW! I can’t imagine that bill” while laughing my child wasn’t even close to hitting that car infact he left space for the people to walk by on the walk way.

Fantastic experience: Got my license today…Mr. Jim and Caleb Harris was soo friendly and instructions they give was perfect…If u want to drive safely and get ur license just enroll with them….

Fantastic experience: I don’t post reviews, however, the instructors here are amazing, I got practice specifically with the things I need, and the instructors made me incredibly comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed driving with them more than I have in a while!

Fantastic experience: Love all the instructors there, a lot of my friends went to different places which made it so hard to do anything but, unlike them I went to CDA where they made everything a breeze when it came to driving.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this driving school! First, they pick your child up right at home, which makes it super convenient. Second, my driver had the option to take driving lessons on an SUV, which made him more comfortable when practicing on our family car. Knowledgeable/ helpful instructors/staff and a cost effective program made this school tops in our books. Will definitely use them again!

Fantastic experience: This driving academy truly helped me become confident in my driving skills. I genuinely am so grateful for driving instructor Michelle, she truly motivated me to continuously practice my technical skills and helped me shake my original nerves when driving. She is so much fun to be around and is great teacher! At the previous driving academy I attended it was a very stressful process, but when I went through CDA getting my license was a smooth and professional experience. I finally got my license and I am forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: We have 2 boys who both just received their license on their 1st try! They were enrolled in the SUV package which included EVERYTHING necessary to get through this stressful time of getting them trained and ready to drive on their own. The virtual training was condensed into a 1 week class during a school vacation. It was educational but made interesting enough that they were able to absorb the information. There was also a 2-hour virtual class for parents which provided all of the information needed to navigate the whole process. The vehicles were new and were consistently used so that the kids didn't have to keep adjusting to a new vehicle every time they drove. This became extremely important when taking the road test because they used the same CDA vehicles that they had trained in. They had a few different instructors throughout their drive time and they were all great! For my boys I would like to thank Jennifer as she took the time to communicate with me so that I was in the loop regarding their progress. She was always pleasant and professional and took the time to reach out and Congratulate each boy after passing their road test! The on-line scheduling was easy and allowed you to choose whether to get picked up at home or at school. The convenience of having CDA come to us was priceless!! The Road test was booked for us as well as a final lesson which was above and beyond the 12hrs that we paid for. One of the instructors that they had become familiar with was in the back seat with them during their test, which I think brings a huge sense of comfort when you are so nervous. Overall I would recommend CDA to anyone looking for a Driving School.

Fantastic experience: Working with CDA has been an excellent experience, I am outside of the service area but Jim and the office staff have been extremely accommodating. The classroom and in car lessons are extremely informative and helpful in allowing me to feel confident going into my road test.

Fantastic experience: I signed my son up for Centerpoint Driving Academy's drivers education program with driving lessons. It was so easy to sign him up. His class time was scheduled immediately. They sent him an email to login to a portal to manage his class times and schedule driving lessons. As a parent it was hands free. His classes were excellent and the driving instructors were personable and timely. I was able to see his driving results after each appointment with detailed feedback on how he was progressing. Thank you for the great experience for my son and I. He passed his written and driving exam with ease.

Fantastic experience: We didn't know much about CDA as we were new to the driving lessons world, but chose them partly because of the stories we had heard about how hard it was to schedule appointments with other companies. We thought we'd try something else! From day one with CDA, everything has been great. From scheduling driving lessons to answering my constant questions, to the process of getting the road test scheduled. It was a pleasure to work with them (I feel like she had a chance to have every driver they have!) and they made sure she was more than ready to take the test when the time came. So glad we chose them and can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: we were very happy with our experience at CDA. they preapred my daughter very well for her road test, were flexible about lessons, picked her up at home or school, and the teachers were very friendly, helpful, communicative and thorough. The SUV pacakge is geat to teach the kids how to drive on a larger vehicle and the zoom classes over december break were a convenient way to get that done. we'll be back! thank you!
