Negative experience: This is a terrible school ..... would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test all thanks to Ms Reena. She is the best her feedback helped with my progress and thanks to her coaching I passed on my first test not having to repeat. The receptionists were great with scheduling since I’m always busy they were incredibly easy to work with. Ask for Ms Reena if it’s your first time, really nervous and confused she will make sure you understand what you’re doing and explain everything. Will definitely recommend Jk driving school

Fantastic experience: The best driving school on liberty Avenue. This was the best driving school I been to. Anyone struggling with driving or low self confidence please ask for Reena. I promise Reena is 100 percent patient and clam and she will make you feel confident in your driving, she don't rush you, she will explain in a way that you will understand. I took some lesson with reena and I was a horrible driver and I had low self confidence about my driving, but when reena took me on my lessons she change that. I wana thank her so much. Please choose JK driving school, you guys won't be disappointed. And I recommend reena.

Fantastic experience: Undoubtedly the best Driving School in the Liberty, Queens area! I recently took some lessons here that helped me to pass my driving test. The instructors are very knowledgeable and realistic in the way they teach students about handling themselves on the roadways here in NYC. There is indeed a simple and very effective teaching method that this school follows and I highly recommend! Thank you to the owner Mr. Ravi for using everyday examples making the lessons quite understandable and Ms. Reena for being an excellent and extremely helpful instructor!

Negative experience: So let me tell you about my experience with JK DRIVING SCHOOL! It is definitely NOT what it used to be years back, the owner used to instruct, however they have Navin who claims to be with the company for 20+ years from the first day to my road test all he ever talks about is how many ppl took the small package like I did and failed (390) that I should take the big package take 5 more lessons take 5 more lesson that if I pay for the car and appointment again I’m just going to lose it 5 more lessons will make me pass!!! He breaks your confidence all they do for your 45 mins is take u to pick up the other student and having u drive all over busy areas, if u do 1-3 parking in a double session consider yourself lucky! On the day of my test I kept telling him I do believe I need more practice parking he had me do it once ! My best advice if u are new and don’t have a million dollar budget for JK go to Shore driving school they are all about you learning and making sure u know what u are doing not about the $$……. However I must commend Miss Tara was awesome she assisted me alot I spoke with mister Ravi once he helped me as well however he never called me back! I would have been pleased to do my classes with him since he instructed my entire in laws family and they all passed first shot !!!!!! I’ve also heard so many great things about the girl there reema or reena, not sure ! However kudos to me losing $600+.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I’ve made so far was taking my lessons with JK Driving School. I’ve driven with three of the instructors during my time there. All three were great, but Reena was the absolute best and I took most of my lessons with her. Reena is the best driving instructor I’ve had. I attempted my license with a school called Baychu. It was the worst decision ever. I learned absolutely nothing from that school. I failed my test terribly with so many automatic fails. I drove so slow and didn’t even know how to turn the car. However, when I drove with Reena a year later, she built my confidence back up. The best qualities Reena has as an instructor is that she is patient, knows how to keep you comfortable and calm when you have anxiety with driving, and is picky. I love that she is picky and wants to perfect every detail about your driving. Therefore, if you make a minor mistake on your perfect (according to Reena’s standards) driving, it may not even be noticed or considered a mistake. I did fail my test a few times, but I will say it was my fault and anxiety, which Reena helped me over come over time. The ladies at the front desk were amazing at helping me to reschedule all my new tests and lesson dates. Very easy to schedule and pay. Also, the cars they use for the schools are really nice and modern, not old.

Fantastic experience: I took refresher lessons here after not driving for years. Reena was a wonderful instructor and helped me so much not only with the technical driving skills but with overcoming my anxiety and improving my mindset about driving. Fantastic experience: I just want to start this review off by saying. I went to another driving school and failed twice. I come to JK driving school and I have my lessons with Reena, and I passed she made sure I felt comfortable, helped me with my nerves after being in 4 car accidents. I was kind of traumatized from it but after my lessons with Reena, I've never felt more confident. She was very good especially letting me know quick if k was doing something wrong. Im a visual learner so she will have a stick to improve my parallel parking and it worked! God bless your soul! Reena! ♥️

My lessons were split between Reena and Joel who were excellent teachers that helped me learn to do a proper parallel park for the first time in my driving history. They have an excellent staff who promptly keeps reaching out to schedule appointments and sending out reminders the day before each driving practice. I took the package that contained ten lessons which was worth it because it allowed me to have enough time to practice and be comfortable driving. I had the opportunity to drive with Rena as my instructor. She is very patient and makes driving so easy. Rena would allow me to make my mistakes, and then she will correct me. Negative experience: The customer service is really bad !! They hang up the phone on me calling them back they didn’t answer maybe the girl in the office blocked my number. Anyway I did lesson with them and I fail so maybe it’s a good reason the person in the office behave like that !!! Don’t get me wrong you have some wonderful instructors only if you didn’t have to deal with the office !!!

Fantastic experience: I had Reena for the most part of my driving lessons. She taught me well and I passed on my first try. She’s a great instructor. Also try to not have your classes three to five days apart from each other. Have it close so that you can remember and get a hang of it more. Wish you all best of luck!

Fantastic experience: JK driving is pretty great with instructors and communication. They worked with me when I wasn't able to take all my classes at once. I had Navin, Joel, and Reena as instructors and they were all great! All are calm (which is so important for new drivers )and quick to correct your issues. I passed test on the second try and I can't recommend this school enough!

Fantastic experience: My husband recommended jk driving school after he and his brother went years ago and passed their tests. I had gone to a different school and failed with a lot more mistakes than I thought I would get on my test. After a 2 year hiatus from driving, I took about 13 classes with Reena, on of the instructors at JK. Anddddd I passed!!!! Reena really helped me learn from my mistakes from my first test but also taught me about everyday driving and most importantly defensive driving. She really helped me to understand why drivers do what they do not just “oh you will get it with experience”. Driving has been such a hurdle for me. I am sooooo happy and worth every penny!!!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend JK driving school to all. The staff are all committed humble individuals willing to help. Instructor Joel has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages. His ability to connect with his students and his skills at teaching concepts that may seem challenging is truly superior. He teaches you all the skills needed to ensure a successful pass and he corrects you by highlighting your mistakes in the simplest ways possible. I strongly recommend Joel and JK driving school.

Negative experience: Great driving instructors but Worst place ever when it comes to the receptionist. I had to cancel a lesson and I did it a day before and this guyanese lady that picked up the phone was so rude about it and raising her voice at me and asking me how long did I know I had to cancel my lesson. I cannot believe she had the nerve to ask me that when am clearly canceling my lesson a day infront instead of the day of. Her disgusting attitude made me completely break down becuse i was already having a terrible day..someone with an attitude like that shouldn't be working a job that demands high customer service.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend JK Driving School as one of the toppest driving school in New York. The instructors at the school is serious about their jobs teaching you how to drive and also pointing out mistakes and helping you correct them. Fantastic experience: My husband was originally a student at Jk so when I decided that I wanted to drive he couldn’t think of a better company to choose, to help me learn how to drive. JK did not disappoint! The availability for the 5 hour class was accommodating to my busy schedule and happened at a reasonable time on Saturday. It was informative. I came to JK with no prior driving experience. My driving instructors were helpful and diligent. After My first 5 lessons I feel like I knew basic road skills but I still was not confident enough to take my drivers test, they were understanding and assisted me on rescheduling. My last 5 lessons were with Joel! I highly recommend him !! Request him for your lessons ! He is patient , respectful and so helpful. I truly feel like he took his time to explain my mistakes and give you time to practice. He ensured that your practiced all of the main items needed for the road test. All of my lessons consisted of : 3 point turn, parallel park, stop, and stop all way. He was encouraging and truly gave me the confidence I needed to succeed. I passed my drivers test ! Thank you JK
