Toro School of Truck & Bus Driving: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to Manuel, Sandy, Antelmo, and Emmanuel. Great instructors! Will get you ready for your dmv appointment
Negative experience: I went there to get 500 dollars, they didn't give me my money and I said I would go to the police, they threatened me by saying that if you go to the police, I'll report you to the immigration branch, they extorted me and I filed a lawsuit against you, I hope to see you in court as soon as possible
Fantastic experience: Thank you Toro for the amazing opportunity and support! God is good!
Negative experience: I was told by staff that they will pass me no matter what. But one day I grinded the trucks gears and the trainer lifted his hand to strike me. Not only did they not pass me. They wanted me to pay again. Trust me when I say this. Cheap training trucks and even worse teachers who are willing to hurt you. Don't even give them a chance. You can see they recently tried to add good reviews back to back on the same day to increase their positive reviews. Fake snakes looking for a quick buck.
Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a school that’s affordable and is good at teaching with patients and giving you one on one classes wether it’s with driving or anything that has to do with getting your license, toro school of trucks is the way to go they do not let you fail, they push you to strive and bring the best out of you!!!
Fantastic experience: Excelente servicio Inglés español
Fantastic experience: Flexible hours. open Saturdays open early open late knowledgeable employees great equipment
Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all representatives of toro trucking school both in office and on the yard. Particularly I would like thank Emanuel, Sandy, Manny, Tomelo, and the lovely Yuvia for their hard work and dedication as instructors which really helped me believe I really do this and pass. I’ve finally received my license and can now work towards a more stable and exciting future. Thank you Toro!
Fantastic experience: Great school each instructor shows you something different and i learned something from all thank you for the guidance to all involved
Fantastic experience: Thank you Toro Instructors and staff for all you help and support through out this journey.
Fantastic experience: Ms. Yuvila and Mr.Antelmo (Toro Trucking school) instructors were very encouraging and informative they were the main reasons to my success in accomplishing and obtaining my CDL. Thank you...
Fantastic experience: My Experience at Toro School of Truck Driving was excellent. The Staff inside the office treated me with the up most respect The Staff on the Yard were very hands on an explained the Skills an instruction very well once I was DMV Ready Ms Yuvia. Was so encouraging and kept me calm before the Exam I really appreciate the Support. Thanks Toro.
Fantastic experience: Good school recommend to anyone .....just passed got my license class a Manuel, Sandy, Emanuel , antelmo ....Great instructors ignore those bad reviews go put in your work you'll thank yourself later
Fantastic experience: Yuvia
Fantastic experience: The instructors are nice. It takes a while but it gets done. Thanks
Negative experience: This is the worst CDL schools around California. You will learn nothing in this school , the teachers are not care about you ,they get mad when they teach you . All the girls and women in in Bellflower office they are very miss respectful. This school just take your money . If you get your CDL in this School in 4 months, you are lucky. The process is very very Slow . I have very bad experience of this worst school. Please do not think about the low Fees , think about the quality. In this School the quality is lower then zero .
Negative experience: School runs really slow ,office lady’s are rude.it take for ever to get yr next class . With 1 to 2 weeks in between classes instructor are good but time line is not .for every step it feels like yr taking 5 steps back. If you want to finish truck driving school faster THIS NOT THE PLACE.
Negative experience: You cannot start school without permit. Go to DMV and study their handbook to pass permit test. Don't pay for class til you get DMV permit. Toro study guide not as informative as Dmv. Don't waste your money.
Negative experience: All the bad reviews are spot on. The admin is all nice before you sign up and then once you're in, they definitely change personalities. Scheduling all that time to practice the inspection and no behind the wheel time is ridiculous. i taught myself the inspection. WE NEED HOURS BEHIND THE WHEEL. In 6 months, i only spent a total of less than 2 hours behind the wheel. Smh. Also When you go to your dmv appt. some lady named Yuvia is there to try and give you a orientation to the driving test. She is unprofessional and tells you to do things you didnt learn on school, like not turning your wheel all the way when off track backing. She is a pointless distraction in my professional opinion. There will be a lawsuit soon
Fantastic experience: The best most affordable and efficient trucking school in all of L.A. County. I am an actual student who graduated and obtained my Class B license there. I was given the resources such as operating a full-size school bus in where I was able to practice my air brakes steps and procedures as well skill maneuvers that pertains to the DMV driving test. I give all the thanks to the experienced and knowledgeable instructor by the name of Manny Who taught me all the important components of the engine and outer exterior parts that helps identify a commercial bus. He took his time and was patient in making sure that I obtained all the information needed to succeed in passing at the DMV. Because of Manny, I was able to pass my probationary period at my job with the county of Los Angeles department of Parks and Recreation. this definitely enhance my career and living status and security for my family. Thank you!!!!!
Fantastic experience: Good place to learn on how to drive a big truck
Fantastic experience: I obtained my CDL in one month attending Toro. I quit my job and was onsite 10-12 hours a day. I want to shout out instructors Manuel & Sandy two really great guys that’ll only steer you in the right direction to getting your CDL. I 100% recommend attending Toro, study and apply yourself and you’ll be successful.
Fantastic experience: My name is David. I got my CDL license at Toro School of Truck Driving. Class B. I work at Tom’s Truck Center and I got the license to sell Class A trucks. Edgar was my point of contact for the school in Santa Ana. He is very helpful. I had a wonderful experience and I got my license working full time as a single full time dad. I also live in Victorville so the drive was very long for me. Sandy, Emmanuel, Manuel and Antelmo are excellent instructors. Try to become friends with them they each have a different style of teaching. I see a lot of bad reviews but honestly my experience was great. You have to put in the work. Study the you tube videos and remember the rule at the DMV change all the time. You have to be proactive and not just depend on the school. You can’t expect to take the classes and not study and pass. I met several students at the school that I become friends with. The people who were lazy and came to Toro for competitive pricing and didn’t study struggled. The students that showed up every day when they had time off work and practiced and asked questions were very successful. Ask a lot of questions. Go to each class. Study everyday at least 1/2 hour. YOU HAVE TO STUDY EACH DAY 1/2 HOUR OR YOU WILL STRUGGLE FORGET EVERYTHING. Listen to my advice and learn from my mistakes. I passed on the 1st try at the DMV.
Negative experience: This is the worst school ever .instructor are so rude .if anyone reads this .don't wasting your time coming in here
Negative experience: DO NOT APPLY TO THIS SCHOOL!! It’s cheap, but you will take MONTHS to get your license. TAKE YOUR MONEY to a school that can help you get your license in weeks.
Negative experience: La realidad es que tienes que aprender por tus propias fuerzas, porque ahi no te enseñan
Negative experience: It's not even worth giving one star. Don't ever get your CDL training here. The women in the office are friendly before registering, but after that they are very rude. And they do not give you a driving practice schedule that is as much as necessary for driving. 30 minutes at a time...but they only give it once or twice a week, and even then it's often canceled. There are times when there is no practice schedule for up to a month. That's why it's cheaper here than other places. Get your education elsewhere, even if it means paying a little more. Don't waste your time and money on Toro. In other places, it takes 2 months to obtain a license, but here it takes 4 to 6 months.
Negative experience: Don't waste your time at this school honestly.
Negative experience: Should have listened to the reviews. Staff is extremely unprofessional. Go to any other school but here!
Negative experience: Go to SWIFT!!!!!!
Negative experience: La peor escuela de todas no la recomiendo, no gasten su dinero ni su tiempo
Negative experience: This place has great customer service when you call at first once you’re under contract they don’t help you they can cancel your training days when they want to up to 3 weeks the “instructors” don’t help at all they just give u the trucks but you have no idea what to do so the instructions are your other partners that are also learning the instructors are just there to chat with the ladies but if u have questions they ignore you so save your money or go somewhere else unless you want to be in “training “ over a year or beyond once u go on the street good luck with the instructors they only take u for lest then 1/2 mile and that’s it they have no patients with u Emanuel is one of the worse instructors there is in there and he’ll intimidate you instead of being helpful because he’s the “best of the best” when it comes to trucking this people is so unorganized from the office to the yard
Negative experience: Rude females at the front and get upset when you ask questions about the truck driving program I felt sketched it was the cheapesst one however I’ll just keep looking
Negative experience: Really is a bad experience, Don't waste your money, much less your time. Money returns, but not time. I'm really disappointed in that school. The instructors don't help or give you enough time to learn. Find out before signing up there!
Negative experience: Pésima; cobran y muy amigo pero en la práctica,no enseñan,es una basura,1 maestros para 20 alumnos y en manejo solo 5 min,no lo vale,la yarda,pésima condición,
Negative experience: Trash school! I wanted a refund and had to wait 90 days ! They deducted 350 for registration which wash just signing papers! Deducted from the one class I attended !!! Then charged 399 for an exit fee ??? So charge for the class I attended and the ones I’m not !!! RIP OFF !!!!!
Fantastic experience: !!!! !!!!
Fantastic experience: The price and attention is really good. It is up to you too put in the effort to study and learn the material. Don't give up. Do it for your future self. You will thank yourself in the future. God bless in Jesus name.
Fantastic experience: I finished school and passed the DMV tests on 1/18/23. It took me 4 months to prepare myself for the DMV appointments. This school offers very flexible payment plans and at a price that is very competitive. For only $1650 you could get your CDL. They give you all the tools and recourses you will need! Its up to you to decide how soon you’ll get your CDL. The instructors are very professional and helpful. TORO makes it fairly easy and understandable for new students looking for a solid career. Proud to say im a Toro Graduate!
Fantastic experience: ITS A VERY GOOD SCHOOL THE KEY IS TO TAKE ADVANDAGE OF THE UNLIMITED TIME YOU CAN PRACTICE ON YOUR OWN ABC SECTIONS INCAB INSPECTION ETC. AND WHEN GOING TO THE ROAD DO WHAT THE INSTRUCTORS TELL YOU AND PRACTICE PRACTICE BLESSINGS FOR ALL OF YOU THANKS
Fantastic experience: 12/27/22 just pass my test cdl class A awesome staff school is cheap don’t espect one on one training but what they teach you is the basic enough to pass you behind the weel you not need more that what they teach all the instructors are highly trained to educate special tks to Manuel tks for awnser all my questions Emanuel you to loud on the street orientation but appreciate because of that I pay more attention sandy tks for all those tips at the dmv help me better understand the layout of the yard and tks to the staff on the office highly professional definitely recommend
Fantastic experience: I just got my license today, and all I can say is thank you to all my instructors at Toro. They literally had a lot of patience with me. First and for most HUGE thank you to Manny if it wasn't for him I would of been stuck on reverse, I literally was not getting. All the other instructors where trying to help but it was not clinking. And after that it was a breeze. Emmanuel thank you for getting on me for yanking my foot off the clutch. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve not passed again, lol. Hugo thank you for reminding me about the splinter down. And Antelmo thank you for answering all my questions you came into toro later so I already had my skills down. Finally the PROFESSIONAL STUDENT that HELPED a lot of other students pass their walk around and air brakes is finally done and on to a new chapter. Wish everyone their the best and hope it's not the last time I get to say hi and thank you.
Positive experience: I passed my dmv test on 10/12/22 with toro school. It’s not the best school but they’ll help you finish everything just be patience with them. Office people are very friendly & nice. At the yard is a different thing but you have to understand that they get new people all the time and don’t listen. Just go in there do your thing and get out. Practice & study everything and you’ll pass with no problem. Majority of the instructors are nice n friendly. Best of luck to everyone trying to get their CDL
Negative experience: Don't waste your time spend the extra money and go somewhere else. Absolutely horrible.
Fantastic experience: I just received my class A license today I really recommend toro school of truck driving good service they train very well instructors are very good on training you the office staff members are really kind and generous flexible with schedules ✅people their very helpful Im very happy to chose toro school team Blessings to toros recomendado
Negative experience: Don’t go to this school you’ll be very disappointed, the staff lie and will disappoint you and waste your time.
Negative experience: They don't live up to there name. Will hesitate to teach you on have preference over others
Fantastic experience: Best school of all times. Even though I come from a trucking family but it feels like I'm learning it the better!!! Everybody so friendly and motivates me that I'll pass the DMV test. 5 Stars for Toro!!! Si Se Puede!!!
Positive experience: School is good , you have to put in the work they leave it open for you to practice.. you are lucky they have more then 3 trucks. and u paying only 1500 or something.. and the set up is genius..
Fantastic experience: Great School Highly recommend. I just received my Class A I was fully trained for DMV. Toro instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful.and very patient with us students they make sure you fully acknowledge every maneuver and Inspections that DMV requires. Office staff members are very helpful and courteous as well. Every question I asked they went that extra mile to answer it. Once again Toro trains very well I had zero experience on a 10 speed manual transmission they fully train me until I was able to fully put in gears and downshift. Toro is a great school they fully train you for DMV when it’s time to go to DMV your more than ready to pass. Not only is it a great school when it comes to training a student but they also work with your availability they have flexible schedules from 7am-7pm M-F & 7-2pm on Saturday’s. BIG THANK YOU TO ALL TORO STAFF WOULD OF NOT DONE IT WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT. SI SE PUEDE IF YOUR TRYING TO GET YOUR CDL Class A or B I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO ENROLL TO TORO.
Negative experience: Do not waste your money going here! They give you the run around and no one has answers when you have questions. WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!
Negative experience: Don't waste your time and money in this school. Very bad management. You wait 1hr to get in the truck for 15mins or 10mins.... it is cheap compared to other trucking school but at the end it is a waste of time.
Negative experience: I had to rent a truck from another school just to take my test, because they didn't help me at all. There's people that have more than 2 years trying to get their license and I know that isn't the same process for everyone but they don't help people, they just care about your money. If you go to the office to make a payment for sure they'll be nice to you but if you go to ask for something else about your progress they'll be mean to you.
Negative experience: This is the worst thing I could ever imagine. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT get involved with this joke of a school. I find crazy that all the people I went with here had all been there for YEARS trying to get their CDL. This "school" will not take you serious as a student. All they want is for you to make a payment every week for no reason. They pressure you to pay them when they have done nothing for you. ABSOLUTE TRASH. I also find it hard to believe that the main guy takes time to write back to these reviews. Lol You should take that time and actually try to give people their money's worth you thief.
Negative experience: I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up to this school.
Positive experience: Primera impresión: iniciando en Información e inscripción, la atención de la recepción muy buena, la atención de la orientadora muy buena y clara.. Estaré actualizando
Negative experience: The parking situation is horrible. You will have to be prepared to walk at least four blocks.
Negative experience: This school is the worst one over. I been there a year and they never gave me a DMV appointment. people don't come here look into Nixon trucking school in commerce i went there and in 2weeks and got my license so trust me don't waste your money and time.
Negative experience: Waste of time and money. Hardly answer phones. Getting a call back from the scheduler is impossible. Classes are scheduled once a week or twice a week. Lucky if spend more than a hour in the truck. Urge to not waste your time. Go else where to get the hands on training.
Fantastic experience: YOU WANT YOUR CDL, GO HERE. PLEASE READ MY REVIEW ON MY PICTURE UPLOAD.
Positive experience: Very good nice people and respectful
Fantastic experience: 100% Recommended, Instructors are very helpful, I got my CDL there, also staff at the office are very nice including the Owner Mr Jesse.
Fantastic experience: Very very good school , they make sure you get it and understand it and won’t let you go to DMV uneducated and unprepared….. the guys on the yard Emanuel and Manuel and Manny all are very helpful and make sure you know what your doing … GIVE THESE GUYS A RAISE BECAUSE THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND… very affordable and organized trucking school .
Negative experience: You literally get what you pay for! You’re in there trynna learn the truck and parts along with 50 other people…impossible! Then they send you home to watch YouTube videos to watch and pass the test?! All your motivation and money will go out the window if you don’t apply yourself in your own way! Pay your money somewhere else and read reviews before committing
Negative experience: I have been waiting on a refund for several months they haven’t returned my money from withdrawaing every time I call and speak with the young lady Loupita she never has a answer , Not a good school only nice to get your money, then drops you without any help don’t give them your money this is a terrible establishment very very unprofessional
Negative experience: Started trucking school here but got my CDL elsewhere, the price is good but the quality of the training is a joke. don’t go to toro trucking school.
Fantastic experience: Best of the best I came to this school without knowing how to drive a manual car and i got my comercial driving license on 6/09/2022 I recommend this school. Try it you will have success. Do not waste time and come toro you will have a license in -1-2-3.
Negative experience: Scheduling is horrible Will cause a lot of anxiety trying to get your license with this school Been here almost a whole year! Friends told me others school help you get your license within 4-6 months Better off finding somewhere else Do not come!
Fantastic experience: Very nice school
Negative experience: Do not come here!!! Stay away!!!! This place is a scam!!!! Do not spend your hard earned money here!!! I came here
Fantastic experience: So far so good
Negative experience: Do not go here you have to learn everything urself with no help
Negative experience: Stay away from this school guys, the instructors and trucks are trash. You pay $1500 just so the “instructor” can yell at you and not teach you shh. And if you complain to the owner Jesse he don’t care about you. Go somewhere else. Warning
Negative experience: There should be negative stars !!!! The worst of the worst , the worst experience been offer by a business gave them to many a opportunity’s and followed every procedure and to do never get called back , i always showed up their office to followed up same words “WE WILL CALL YOU “ . I paid school fee upfront , thank goodness found different Career after stressing and struggling with this school .
Negative experience: La escuela mas mala de todos los angeles llevo un año y no puedo sacar la licencia te dan 2 o 3 clases a la semana de media hr y cuando sales a manejar 2 vueltas y listo no sirve no tiren su dinero.
Fantastic experience: Great School, great people, great price
Fantastic experience: Really good school enrolled Feburary 12 passed my Driving Test on June4th id like thank Manuel Emanuel Camacho &Antelmo very good instructors they show you all the skills and the pre trip inspection there very strict when it comes to the inspection i also would like to thank Lupita & Maria they work in the office there very helpful & really nice and of course Mr.Jesse the owner of the school .. Toro Rocks
Negative experience: PESIMA ESCUELA ES LA PEOR ESCUELA DE TODO CALIFORNIA!! SI TE INSCRIBES CON ELLOS, TEN POR SEGURO QUE DURARAS UN AÑO OH MAS DE UN AÑO TRATANDO DE SACAR TU LICENCIA!!! SOLO TE DEJAN USAR LOS CAMIONES POR 20 MINUTOS AL DIA. LA GENTE EN LAS OFICINAS SON GROSERAS Y NO DAN UN BUEN SERVICIO. SOLO TE DAN CLASES 2 OH 3 VECES POR SEMANA Y NO TE ENSEÑAN NADA. VE A OTRA ESCUELA AUN K PAGUES UN POCO MAS PERO CREEME K ESTA ESCUELA ES LA PEOR!!! WORSt SCHOOL!!! IS THE WORST SCHOOL IN ALL CALIFORNIA !! IF YOU REGISTER WITH THEM, BE SURE YOU WILL LAST A YEAR OH MORE THAN A YEAR TRYING TO GET YOUR LICENSE !!! THEY ONLY LET YOU USE THE TRUCKS FOR 20 MINUTES A DAY. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICES ARE RUDE AND DO NOT GIVE A GOOD SERVICE. THEY ONLY GIVE YOU CLASSES 2 OH 3 TIMES A WEEK AND THEY DO NOT TEACH YOU ANYTHING. GO TO ANOTHER SCHOOL EVEN IF YOU PAY A LITTLE MORE BUT BELIEVE ME THIS SCHOOL IS THE WORST !!!
Negative experience: I’ve had a very bad experience with this school, DO NOT COME to this school to get your Bus passenger endorsement license! take your money somewhere else where they care about your education and help you finish getting your license. I was stuck here for 6 months since October of 2020 everything went good and smooth until the bus started having an air brake knob problem the first 2 months that had to be fixed. The school would fix it but it would keep braking down (the school purchased a bus with no air brakes system installed). Anyways the schools service was the same cycle with it being the lack of communication with the office assistants and the bus breaking down every time and not being able to finish my program with no sight of finishing. The training yard only has one passenger endorsement bus versus the dozen of trucks of class A there would be tight space to practice. In my opinion the school doesn’t care about the bus program at all they have no intention of making sure the bus was good to go they would delay fixing the problem , they pay more attention to their class A trucks because of this experience I’ve had im suing the school of what it put me through and for my money back to pay a school that will actually help me get my license. THINK TWICE BEFORE ATTENDING HERE !!
Negative experience: I’m taking the school to small claims court!! I paid in full from the beginning and it was a constant struggle to get a good working schedule! They don’t communicate properly and WATCH OUT IF YOU COMPLAIN! THEY ARE KNOWN TO RETALIATE!
Fantastic experience: Amazing trucking school. Pay once and get unlimited lessons until you graduate. The instructors are the absolute best!
Fantastic experience: nice people friendly and really helpfull with the information
Fantastic experience: Best of the best
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this school works with you and prioritizes you really want you CDL A or B, and for the price is good and even more so are the teachers that really go out of there way to help you out you just got to ask and communicate with them, remember close mouths dont get fed so speak up and show that you want this and trust they will not let you down highly recommended
Fantastic experience: Ever since my first day on 7/22/2020 my experience about this school was excellent. Every school office staff member were very helpful and courteous . Every question I asked they went the extra mile to answer it. Specially all the teachers at the school yard Emmanuel, Manuel Fuentes , Hector they were very patient with me on my first week that I started to study and practice the exterior and interior of the trucks. I definitely will recommend my friends and family to be apart of this trucking school.
Negative experience: El toro school don’t care about students only about your money. The instructors aren’t instructors they just leave you alone and you have to learn by yourself. But if you ask something to the instructors they will get mad at you and make you feel back. I never ever will go back to el toro school I prefer speed more money on another school who cares about the students.
Fantastic experience: I am a recent graduate from Toro and finished the DMV on 8/5/20. I am very happy that I chose Toro as my school. My experience there was nothing but GOOD. The office staff have always been very nice & respectful. Always willing to work with me with payments and scheduling. Working full time during the day and trying to attend school, they've always worked it out to not interfere with work. Thank you Ms. Maria, Ms. Lupita & Mr. Jesse for always being so helpful & understanding. Being at the yard was always good. Yes the training trucks are a lil old, but i've personally seen students bang up & crash these trucks. LOL. So its understandable. The instructors have always been very helpful in doing there best to help me learn. My questions were always answered & problems were always solved. Kelvin, Gustavo & Emmanual, thanks, you guys are awesome! When it came time to go to the DMV, Emmanual was on the sidelines hootin & hollerin & cheering us on. It felt good seeing how much they care. And after seeing other students from other schools who looked no where ready to be at the DMV and failing, it made me feel lucky, happy & very proud to have chosen Toro as my school. We had 2 students there that day, and we both passed on our 1st time there. So to all of you with the Toro Family. I can't thank you enough. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic experience: Passed in 6 months!Everyone there makes sure you succeed!Driving a semi truck&trailer is harder than it looks but Toro makes sure you get your class A.No matter how long it takes you to learn.
Fantastic experience: I been here before I had a great experience,I'm going again!
Negative experience: I put $1000 down in cash for a refresher course since I already have my class A license , not worth the school to attened for 5 to 10 minutes a day for practice.
Positive experience: You get thing done, as it should be , you already know that sometimes you dont have a good day like other people do, so it is , what it is, yet you do home with what you need plain and simple
Negative experience: DO NOT COME TO TORO! I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT TORO PLEASE! The office staff is very rude. And not to mention the way they operate on you getting your license is extremely slow! You’ll be here your whole life messing with toro. Lastly, they have the oldest trucks ever that you can think of that they make you practice with! This place needs to be shut down immediately!
It is Unfortunate that situations reach this point. I’m sure we were all brought up to respect people in general especially women (#metoo). Our Office personnel were brought up in the “Trucker World” and most are tough but very polite and in control of their emotions. A trait which is a must if you are going to be responsible while driving these “BIG BOYS” When someone decides on going to our School the # 1 characteristic which is constantly stressed is (Patience). If you are not patient you can hurt someone on the road. As Owner and “hands on “ Director of Toro it is never to my advantage to have anyone spend unnecessary(“their whole life”) it makes no business sense but i do not sign off people to go out and test and until you are ready, (no extra cost). On the subject of our trucks enough!!! Already! Our trucks are in very, very good shape CHP and Dmv approved and we have our own in-house mechanic(20 years with our school). Note, we have over the past 2 years constantly upgraded our fleet and the public is welcome to check us out. So enough already about our trucks they more than do the job. Thousands and thousands of graduates can attest to this So join our “Toro Team”join our Graduate-Winners Think positive and be successful ! THANK YOU Jesse C. Veliz President/Owner Toro School of Truck Driving
Negative experience: The worst and most unprofessional school. Its worth it to pay a little bit more somewhere else. You would be finished a lot faster.
Negative experience: Cheap school, super bad.I studied for 7 months and lost time and money$1400.All are super old trucks, you need to spend all your energy to step on the clutch and use the gear shifter. Teachers without teaching experience will only give you 10 minutes at a time, they will not help you , they will only chat, talk the phones, and you can only learn by yourself. The experience here was very terrible. I had nothing but headache and heartache.
Negative experience: This school is a waste of time do not recommend. They only give you 20min sessions. They also don't help you practice on pre-trip inspection. They expect you to learn it yourself.
Negative experience: I don’t recommend this school at all , they are so unprofessional , is been 7 weeks since I pay them , I did my permit by my own is 1 weeks and I only saw the truck 3 days is 7 weeks , I passed my reverse 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for new schedule , cause you can’t come any day, they give you a schedule 2 or 3 days a week. This school for $1500 is not worth it,
Fantastic experience: Thanks to Angel Moran for the most respectful and helpful person on there team ,highly recommend.
