Fantastic experience: Personas muy amables que te ayudan con muchos temas importantes para el día a día en esta ciudad incluyendo taxes, llenado de diferentes tipos de documentos y solicitudes relativas a Uscis; también lo relacionado a la licencia de conducir. Las amigas Natalia y Santa están en disposición de colaborar con todos estos temas. Muy cumplidas.

Negative experience: No pierdan su tiempo, la peor escuela. No explican bien y mal trato en el servicio, los profesores le hablan mal en vez de enseñarle como debe. Es difícil de pasarlo en esta escuela.

Fantastic experience: Ebeline is the best!! She knows what she's doing when it comes to divorces. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Evelyn perez evelyn perez is not a responsible person in divorce procedures apart from stealing my money she did not do my procedure i had to wait 2 years and she never did anything about it because i do not recommend this person named evelyn perez

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. One of the female driving instructors is very rude and inpatient. She needs to understand that one is taking a class is because we need to learn. She stressed the students while "instructing them", she constantly criticizes the students to their face and bad mouth the other instructors. She thinks she is so perfect. She constantly makes her students cry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Negative experience: My boyfriend bought a package from them back in November for everything it’s is now March when they decided to schedule his practice and rode test. He went to his practice no issues. All of a sudden now he has to pay $80 to use the car for his road test when the package he paid for originally was all included. Imagine that. A pop up fee. Don’t go here they are going to take your money and forget about you, then hit you with pop up fees. Don’t recommend save you money and literally your time and go else where. UPDATE they called boyfriend today May 2nd to tell him that he has to take the road test May 4th & that he has to pay $125 to use the car for his road test; They didn’t even try to accommodate him because he works and who can take off on a Wednesday on such short notice. Mind you he got his license last month with another school. This place is a Joke. DO NOT COME HERE

Negative experience: I have been waiting for my road test from last year October and now is July and every time I went over there they keep telling me different stories, at first they said the dmv system was down, then they keep telling they can't get no appointment with the dmv the told me that about 10 different times so I call the the dmv and the dmv customer service said that's a lie ,now I went for my 5 hours certificate to book my road test oppointmen with the dmv myself the are telling me they can't find it ,but the can make a duplicate one, but the can't find the book. will I recommend the driving school no .They are going to take your money and lie to you.

Negative experience: So unprofessional don’t have no drivers available but kept on taking people’s money and making them wait for months. I have been waiting for several months and I was put on waitlist just to take the test however no one has responded to me yet. I called them and they were very unprofessional making silly excuse. Don’t go there if you don’t want a headache

Negative experience: It’s unfortunate that I have to write this because the workers in the office were nice. However, they’re extremely unprofessional. When I payed for lessons with road test and car, they made me wait 2 month! After 2 month passes by, I got fed up and returned for my refund and 5 hour class certificate that they withheld. They tried to convince me to wait until another month which is ridiculous. I then ask for my certificate back and they said that they can’t find it and that they’ll give me a call back when they do. A couple days passes and still no call... So I called telling them to find it at that very moment as I waited on hold. It was very frustrating!

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my road test and I'm so happy thanks to Alfonso for being so supportive and for teaching the most important thing of all is to be confident, breathe and to be a safe driver!

Negative experience: I honestly had a bad experience. The day I got a call about my road test I was told my test was at 12 pm. Then I was told to go to the school at 11:45 am and when I go I was told my test wasn’t until 3 pm. I wasn’t told this until I was actually there. When I took my classes I didn’t feel like I learned anything. Due to COVID-19 I felt uncomfortable when my class was almost over and my instructor made me go pick up the next student. While I was sitting in the back seat they had the student drive me home. I didn’t really like my experience here. I was never told by my instructor if he felt I was ready for my test. And I ended up not passing the test. But thank you any ways.

Negative experience: Just went to register for driving classes. Per NYS guidelines, all expired learner's permits are able to be used until further notice due to covid-19. The people at the school would not allow me to register for classes even though I showed them the NYS website with that issued directive and I had already spoke to someone over the phone earlier in the week and they said it was fine. I will be bringing this up with the state and the Department of Consumer Affairs for their refusal to allow me to register for classes and refusing to accept a state issued notice. UPDATE: I am adding the photo from 311's website to this after speaking to someone there. I was also told that this should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and not DCA in case anyone else encounters this issue with this school.

Fantastic experience: This is a must go driving school. I had alfonso as my driving instructor and he was great. Honestly became friends with the guy as lessons were going on while learning a lot. I passed the road test the first time. 10/10 experience.

I took classes with all three instructors, and they were all patient with me and were super honest when it came to me making even the smallest mistakes! Front desk staff were so sweet. I had a bit of driving experience but rarely. I took 7classes with them and my last class I took the day of my road test(highly recommend to do that so you won’t get too nervous the moment of). Passed it on the first try

Fantastic experience: All of them are really patient and really welcoming, and the ladies in charge of scheduling also are really nice. I had two try’s but the second time I got my license. All of their instructors are pretty straightforward with what you need to do and know for the road test. I got most of my lessons with Alfonzo and Lucy. Great team!

Fantastic experience: In response to Ms. Elida Ramos, unfortunately we can not satisfy every single individual that comes to our office. Some clients are extremely demanding and want things their way only, which we are not able to accommodate since we work with a schedule for our instructors. I am sorry that she feels that way and hope that where ever she goes she gets the service that she wants. As a Manager I get only compliments on the 2 young ladies that work for us.

Also, the office stuff ladies, they are really professional too. They take care all of my schedule and called me Everytime one day before for confirming the lessons schedule. Negative experience: Lo peor que existe en atención al cliente, esa mujercita que está atendiendo, realmente se cree la última cocacola del desierto, no sabe explicar Lo que uno necesita saber, no se si será la dueña...,y si no, los dueños pónganse las pilas por que esa los va llevar a la quiebra, denle unas clasesitas sobre atención al cliente, que al final de eso vive .

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing driving school. Alfonso was very patient and honest with me and understanding of my concerns. After 3 lessons, I passed my road test! I would definitely recommend this driving school any day!

The receptionists were very patient and helpful when it came to scheduling driving lessons and they were very prompt with their phone call reminders. As for the driving instructor I had Alfonso and he was very patient, professional, helpful and wonderful. He gave great feedback on fixing mistakes and he has great techniques on the things you struggle the most with. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this driving school and I will recommend everyone to come here if you really want helpful and sufficient tips along with your licenses.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Highland Auto Driving School. I've always had a fear of driving and at 33 years old I thought I would never learn. I took 10 lessons with instructor Alfonso who was just AMAZING! He was always on time for lessons, kind, patient, made me feel comfortable and a great teacher. I was able to pass my road test on the first try. Customer service was great as well. Secretary Gaudy was super sweet and always accommodating. I would refer family and friends to this school.

Positive experience: The school is great, I recommend to family and friends. My experience was semi okay, as a first time driver..ever.. and being a women lol i felt that I would feel more comfortable with a female instructor but I regret ever asking for that request because I was giving an instructor named "Lucy" and my experience was not great. Shes a great person but for the money i spent on 5 lesson i prefer someone who could of been patient, understanding and nice and I did not feel that way with her at all. I also regret no reading reviews before hand because luckily i had 2 lessons left with an instructor named "Alfonso" and he was excellent. He was very patient, informative, nice, helpful and so much more. Please if you ever plan on getting your drivers license I highly suggest TO READ REVIEWS, COMMENTS do not do my mistake of spending all your money and regretting it the last minute, money i cant get back. I also had to reschedule my road test because i was not ready and did not feel confident after only 3 lessons with lucy.
