I had Simon as my instructor, and he is absolutely wonderful and amazing! He’s always very kind, calm, fun and easy to talk to, and gives fantastic tips to both prepare you fully for the driving exam, and to prepare you for all driving situations beyond so that you are fully ready for anything that comes your way! I was extremely nervous about driving when I began but through my lessons with him, Simon eased my nerves, increased my confidence and comfort with driving tremendously, and has taught me invaluable skills that I know I will continue to carry with me each time I drive! He is extremely knowledgeable, and made driving feel natural to me, emphasizing that it is something to be enjoyed and not to stress over! I cannot emphasize how helpful he was and how thankful I am to him; he is instrumental in my ability to now drive safely and confidently while enjoying it! Fantastic experience: I just took my driver’s exam today, and I wanted to write this review as a token of gratitude to Simon and Alex. I haven’t been driving with them for too long, but in the last four weeks or so, my lessons with Simon have made driving much more natural to me, to the point where it feels instinctual and intuitive. From the first lesson, they’ve always been really flexible with my times, and have helped me feel confident in driving around all the streets in my area, even Queens and Woodhaven Boulevard (we drove there once or twice, initially to my nervousness, but it turned out just fine). The anecdotes and tips that they give are great, and my experience learning under them reminds me of an important lesson that Simon taught me since day one: driving is meant to be enjoyed, and can be with patience and confidence. On that note, they’re super patient, personalized in their instruction, and it’s my pleasure to put in a good word for them as I would highly recommend them. In fact, as it turns out a lot of my friends and family friends in the area are also now learning under them. Thank you so much Simon and Alex, and I just found out I got my license on my first try! (Simon and Alex also know the test locations inside and out, and they gave great tips before I took my exam)

Negative experience: Today, I attended my class with Alex, who I consider the most inadequate and most unprofessional teacher I have ever encountered due to his anger issues. I informed him about this problem on three separate occasions. Since I am a beginner, I reiterated this fact and expressed my lack of familiarity with the basic principles. Despite this, he expected me to already possess knowledge beyond these rudimentary concepts. He displayed his frustration by yelling, cursing in his native language (Russian), and even breathing heavily whenever I made mistakes. Furthermore, he engaged in conversations with his friends over the phone, neglecting to teach me anything of value. It is clear that he lacks professionalism and ethical conduct. His exact words, delivered in a disrespectful manner, included phrases like "Are you a robot?" and "Why are you sitting like that? Is your back hurting?" I am uncertain about the origin of all the positive reviews for this place. It is possible that they have been obtained through purchased reviews. However, based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against choosing this establishment as it is of low quality. I sincerely believe that it would be a waste of your money. Fantastic experience: Alex is the best Driving instructor that I have ever been with. He helped me pass the driving test from the first try! He told me my weaknesses and how to improve them. From both of my parents 12 years ago to me today he taught us all. I would definitely recommend him. He helps you relax and drive without being too anxious. I don’t know what others are talking about when saying he is rude. 5 star service all around. And most importantly, his car is a newer model and up to date and makes it extremely easy to parallel park or do a 3 point uturn!

Fantastic experience: I have had my drivers license for over 30 years but never practiced driving. Now at the age of 60 I have decided to buy a car and start driving. The fear was tremendous but Simon's patience, encouragement and great instructions made it happen. I will be driving to work after taking subway for over 30 years!. Even my biking has improved when Simon thought me the secret of using my vison when driving. Thank you Simon. God has found the best instructor to fulfil my desire of driving.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my driver's test after taking lessons with Simon. He is very patient and has many tips for beginners to be a successful driver, to drive correctly. During lessons, he made comments on what I need to focus on, and what exactly to do in certain situations, which was very helpful for me in remembering those certain points. Fantastic experience: Today I passed my drivers test in the first attempt. I learned with Simon and it was the best decision I made. From the beginning he explained to me the parts of the vehicle and how to use my mirrors to observe my surroundings. We also worked on my turns and confidence behind the wheel. I really appreciated his keen observations of what I was/wasn’t doing properly and provided me with tips to improve every step of the way. Fantastic experience: I had lessons with another driving school and failed my road test before having lessons with Alex. Without a doubt, Alex was a much, MUCH better teacher. He is patient, understanding, punctual, and will constantly and consistently tell you the mistakes you’re making and why what you’re doing is wrong. As long as you listen to what he tells you and follow his directions, you can easily learn how to drive with Alex. It is thanks to him that I passed the driving test the second time around. I really recommend him for anyone new to driving or unsatisfied with their current driving instructor.
