Positive experience: Paradise Driving School was the school that helped me pass my road test yesterday after failing TWICE before. Dwight was my instructor, and the quality of instruction was excellent. Even if I made repetitive mistakes, I did not feel judged. He quickly pointed out areas of improvement, was very personable, and helped me to feel confident in myself as a driver. If you’re lucky, you’ll also get Miss Cookie for a lesson or two. She’s excellent as well! She will most likely take you to the road test, and she gives GREAT pointers right before. Whenever I called the school, they were always kind. They also have a text line which is convenient. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because lessons do tend to be rescheduled fairly often, sometimes very shortly before the lesson is going to begin. I didn’t mind too much, but this may frustrate someone who has a stricter personal schedule. Also, there were a couple lessons where my instructor was on the phone (calling) for a good portion, however he is the owner so he was called often. The school could use a bit of improvement with communication, but other than that they are the best school that I’ve learned with (and I’ve used three schools). I will be taking highway lessons with them soon :)

Negative experience: Bad Communication Skills. Lazy Instructor - Dwight Too many Cancellations. Ms.Cookie I would recommend you request at this school , I had her for one day. She is very good.

Fantastic experience: After using a different driving school and failing the driving test twice, i decided to try Paradise Driving School and was happy with my choice. The staff was great and my driving instructor Lemar taught me the right way to drive which resulted in me passing the test. He was patient and very relaxing to work with. I had given up driving until i started with this school and will recommend it to anyone i meet.

Fantastic experience: The staff was wonderful, all questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner and they made me feel comfortable. I learned a lot from my driving instructor and they do make sure you are prepared for your road test. I was so nervous about the test but thanks to Cookie for her extra advice, she made me feel comfortable and less nervous and I am happy to say that I made my first attempt at the road test and I passed. I absolutely recommend this school because the staff actually cares.

Fantastic experience: One of my friend refer me to Paradise Driving School because she had a great experience with them. I decided to go ahead and go there, i did not regret the decision and i still don't regret it. The lady behind the desk which i don't know her name unfortunately is very nice, she's like family the way she addresses things to you. My instructor, Mr. Dwight teach you not only to pass the road test but also to be a great driver. He is very calm, patient, and able to make me feel relax. For the road test, they send me Ms. Cookie that i met for the first time was very helpful as well. She was extremely excellent because I was a little bit stressed but she has a way to calm me down. She shared with me some last-minute tips on what is needed so i can pass the test. Indeed, i pass the test. I want to thank Paradise Driving School from the bottom of my heart. Fantastic experience: I saw Paradise Driving School for a few months while driving around the neighborhood. I decided to use this driving company for my son. That was the best decision I have ever made. I paid for the 15-lesson course just for good measure, and today I can say with a smile on my face and happiness in my heart that my son passed his road test! His instructor, Mr. Dwight has a knack for teaching the driving lessons. He is understanding, empathetic, always calm, patient, and able to relax his students so they can grasp the rules of the road. Negative experience: Went here in 2020. Very disorganized, lacked communication, and barely any availability. the instructor was always 10+ mins late. (That took up my time that I paid for)

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Paradise Driving School to anyone who is trying to learn how to drive and get there license. I did a 10 lesson package, my 5 hour class and I took my road test today and i passed on the first try all thanks to my driving instructor Dwight. He is a very good instructor and i couldn’t have done it without him. The driving instructor Bernard also helped me out as well he’s a great guy and he gave me tips to use and apply when I'm driving. Also Cookie the lady at the road test site is a great person and is very helpful as well she tells you and explains what you have to do on the test before you go and take it. The secretary is pretty good too she told me what i have to do to schedule my lessons and what to bring with me and she sent me all the details that i needed for my road test. Overall this Driving School is very good I really recommend it to anyone

Negative experience: This school is horrible!!! Very unorganized. I signed up for 3 more lessons before my test & I’ve been calling calling Dwight to no avail. If you tell me a certain time & I tell you I am available, & you don’t show up, or you reschedule last minute that is frustrating because now I have to hold off on my plans just to accommodate you & it should be the other way around. I have literally one lesson left to do w/ Dwight & all now I cannot get my lesson from him. He keeps calling to cancel or reschedule. He’s the one that tells me the time just for him to cancel last minute. he’s just very unfair & has no care for time. I have a deadline to get my license & he is holding me up. I call the school & they ain no better because I STILL have to wait on Dwight for an answer because he is the owner. Like I don’t get it. Please don’t waste your time & money going to this school.

Positive experience: They lacked communication skills. And working with them was frustrating. Being made the middle man with my classes and 5 hour class. I decided to leave given the fact that I was waiting to finish my package for close to a year. It was unprofessional. I had classes scheduled but had to reach out to them for classes I paid for. Some good things are that I was comfortable behind the wheel which made me a more confident driver. It a few things that this company need to do better at. I had deadline that wasn’t met. Further more they were accommodating with a few different things and it was well appreciated.

I was able to do it without remembering that I was nervous he won't let you go until you got it .I recommend this school. Negative experience: Every time I called the office to schedule lessons the lady on the line always gave bare attitude. Not only that, she continuously scheduled my lessons for different times than what she would tell me over the phone and then assert that the wrong times were not what I was told. Honestly, I gave this place a chance cause of the good reviews but goodness, all of the miscommunication and attitude for the price, it’s not worth it.

I worked with both Robert and Dwight and they are both great instructors. They were both very personable and friendly which made it easier for me to learn to drive. I struggled with test anxiety when it came to taking my road test which was effecting my results but Dwight continued to encourage me in my ability to drive and I was finally able to pass my road test 2 days ago. Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Dwight. He’s amazing and very patient with his clients. Dwight gives great feed back and answers all questions. I took 5 lesson to make sure for first time driver I got thing right. Dwight will teach you what you need to know and more.He took away a lot of my fear of driving. I went to the site today to take my road test. I was nervous but I kept hearing Dwight in my ear giving me instructions.When the road test was over and she handed me my envelope saying f you fail p you pass.I opened that envelope I passed tears of joy and dedication. Thank you Dwight for your time and dedication much appreciated.

Negative experience: Paid for classes before Covid hit and I had one class left with my road test but the company failed to reach back out to me after multiple attempts to obtain my driver’s license now since everything is opened back up. Would not recommend this company very unprofessional to their customers.
