Negative experience: Scammers. I know 2 others who have gone here, all 3 of us have all had the same experience, expect to pay double the yime and $$$ for the test. They will find any reason to fail you the first time. They make everything seem confusing because they are trying to be both a school and a driving test location. This might change if you enroll in their driving school ... Their bathroom is closed because people kept leaving them a thank you message after presumably having the same experience as the rest of us.

Fantastic experience: Driving 101 is an excellent school. My daughter has a learning disability and they knew how to modify and work with her to the state standards. I was able to communicate via email and phone calls. And the communication for classes was top notch on how to complete things and what needed done. The building is beautiful and very well kept. The cleanest facilities I have ever been in. I thought it was great that one class talked with special guest from IQCU and gave good insight. Thank you for doing such a great job. Nikki

Fantastic experience: I went and took my test at driving 101 and I had a wonderful experience! My instructor was so sweet and she definitely made sure I felt comfortable. She made the expectations of the test very clear before we started it. During the test I felt very comfortable and in control. I didn’t feel any pressure from her at all and I think that really helped my nerves during the test. I drove their car, it was a little Toyota Corolla, very easy to drive, very smooth and easy to maneuver. She passed me with a 97% and we were both thrilled. Thank you so much driving 101 I’m so happy to now be a licensed driver!!

Fantastic experience: Staff are very helpful and friendly. They make a stressful situation less stressful. Chris who conducted my driving test had a very calming demeanor which greatly helped my anxiety for the skills test.

Fantastic experience: Great Driving School. Both me and my mom did both of our tests here expect my mom did it in 2013 and I did it just last week. Passed my knowledge exam here on first try also though my driving test I passed at the second try. Even though I failed my driving test the first my examiner was clear on what I had to work on so I could then worked on what I had to work on and 2nd attempt I passed. Plus my examiner was great both times I took it. Much better school than on target driving school which was a scam for me but thankfully it went great here.

Fantastic experience: I came in just for the driving skills test, slightly nervous about having to use the school's vehicle, which I'd never driven before. It was such a relief that I was given a nice little Toyota Corolla with easy handling. My instructor was very sweet, calm, and helpful. We talked during the entire drive, and it was no different than talking to my friends and family while driving. We spent most of the time driving through neighborhoods and wrapped it up with the journey back to the school. I'd highly recommend testing here!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. Excellent communication. My son has felt comfortable the entire time. The instructors have been extremely patient and very informative. David was very thorough during the drive- I got to observe this drive and he was very clear with communication and honest in what my son needed to work on. Really happy we chose Driving 101.

She knows that I am not good at English, but she is patient, speaks slowly so that I can understand, and I can pass the test today. I like her very much. She is a really good driving test instructor. I am glad to meet you, Kathi.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous to go here because my friends said the driving instructors were rude, but it’s safe to say this place was great! I got good education in my online classes, I did all my drives in a quick manner, and I met the nicest driving instructors shout out to Brian, Larry, and Kathi! They gave me the best constructive criticism! If you’re nervous to go here just know I was freaking out to take my test and I passed with a 100%!! So put yourself in a good place and go get that license!

Positive experience: Not a horrible place, additional parking behind the building, only problem is getting in and out of the location.

Fantastic experience: Stevie was wondering and went above and beyond to assist me. She was, professional, kind, compassionate, and understanding She knew the driving laws well & was able to help me get scheduled. Ps....this is more than a driving school. If you need to take a test to renew your license etc. they are an official drive test (BOTH written & drive) site. All the staff I worked with were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and the school had a sense of calm and tranquility even though it was very busy. It was a quiet and calm atmosphere. If you struggle with anxiety and chaos at other testing sites and/or schools, I highly recommend this testing site/ school. It was really, for lack of better words, a welcoming friendly atmosphere. They were very much about business and upholding state standards for testing and answering questions; and, they did so in a manner that makes you feel listened to. They were very willing to help and actually seemed to like and appreciate their jobs. Because I had lots of questions & didn't have time to take the drive test the same day as written test, I was there a total of 3 times. Their level of confidence and quality of assistance was CONSISTENT across all three visits. Thank you kindly everyone!

Fantastic experience: I got my skill test today!And the instructor was the very nice person I've ever seen, she helped me a lot, explained everything as it is, people who say that they are failing on purpose, no, there really is no such thing, if you know the rules and how to drive, then there’s nothing to worry about, rely on yourself and do the best, but I passed from the first time and I’m very happy and I want to say thank you to everyone who was there, I highly recommend everyone to go there, the team is very friendly and all the people there, don’t listen to people who say all sorts of things,DO your best and you got this!

Negative experience: I came in with my boyfriend so he could test at this location. Luckily I was there to translate for him because I witnessed another Mexican man walk in wanting to test also. He was late so he wasn’t able to but the blonde lady (Kaci) at the desk was so extremely rude and racist. So frustrated with him because he couldn’t speak English. She was yelling as if somehow if she talked louder he would understand her. I’m sorry for anyone who comes into this location and doesn’t speak English well. The other lady was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with.

Negative experience: Not worth your time!!!! I'm sorry to say this but this is a very pointless driving school. I have PERMIT FOR ONE YEAR, and my skills aren't bad, but she somehow managed to get the hang of it, I failed this exam. I'll try somewhere but only not here!!!

Negative experience: no vayan a este lugar si no hablan muy bien ingles,el trato alas personas que no hablan su idioma es un tanto racista,la maestra que me toco no me dejo nisiquiera encender el auto,ella me puso hacer la señales de brazo y yo no entendia muy bien,porque tampoco me hablaron sobre eso,lei todo lo que decia que podria esperar en la prueba de manejo y no decia mada sobre eso,en fin ella se notaba molesta y poco tolerante,es su trabajo pague por eso,podrian ser un poco mas empaticos,no me dieron ni una segunda oportunidad me pedian otros 65 dolares mas para repetir,cuando ella no se tomo ni 5 minutos conmigo!!

Negative experience: Never answer their phone when am trying to schedule a drive for my daughter some of the driver teachers are rude and not patient with the kids learning to drive.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! They will teach you the wrong information and both their written and driving exams are faulty. The written has questions that have questions that can be answered 2 ways and the driving they're too critical on. I went to 911 in salmon creek and they passed me first try (after I prepaid for a couple practice drives). When they asked if you drive so well why don't you have your license until now? I told them the past experience I had at another school and thought I wasn't driving safe enough.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Driving 101 are competent, helpful, professional and informative. As a parent of a new driver, I appreciate how they are friendly and put nervous new driver’s minds at ease.

Negative experience: Does not prepare drivers for testing. Or, will intentionally fail students in order to collect more driving test money, it's one or the other. My kiddo passed all class drives without a problem. All 5 drives passed on first attempt with nothing but praise from the instructor. However, when taking her drivers license test, the testing person failed them multiple times. We'll go elsewhere from now on. Don't send your kids here.

My son just completed the driving school program at Driving 101 and they’re so professional, kind and every single staff member I spoke with were helpful and happy to answer all our questions. Every time I picked my son up from a drive, he was smiling and felt more confident behind the wheel. Each driving instructor was patient, calm and helped him feel safe while learning to drive. If you are searching for a wonderful school then look no further!

Negative experience: I'm very upset with this school, incompetent instructor who doesn't even give me the opportunity to finish the test. I am not a native English speaker, she was constantly nervous and said that everyone from my nationality drives badly! I think it’s unacceptable to talk about another nation, I will never recommend this school to anyone again!

Negative experience: Kind of disappointing. You don’t get anything special from this place for the price you pay, the zoom classes and exams are useful and the people who host them are nice and encouraging. The driving instructors however, are genuinely just rude, some like to prey on the anxiety of student drivers. I understand it isn’t their job to be super kind, and I don’t even expect over the top politeness from the instructors, but I was basically made fun of for the entirety of one of my drives, and there’s this weird passive aggressive tension with the others, usually accompanied by the occasional scoff and attitude. I would like construction with the criticism given, like, even slightly. The staff aren’t very welcoming and seem disinterested and scatterbrained, in person and over the phone. Just go somewhere else.

Negative experience: The worst place to deal with. They won’t answer their phones. They don’t check their voicemails. The staff is so rude and awful to deal with! Never again!!

Negative experience: Took my boyfriend here to get his permit test, failed 5 times all with very low scores and as soon as he went to another driving school he passed with a 96! I don’t know what they’re doing here but it’s very shady. the testing rooms are not blocked off from the lobby where staff are being very loud and it makes it very hard to focus. The staff was also very rude and demeaning towards my boyfriend, please don’t go here and go somewhere else!

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. Unprofessional. Risky. Run by fools. Happy to take your money ($650+) but won’t follow through w paperwork that shows that your student actually took the course. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE - nor do they RETURN CALLS. Just the absolute worst. They have a monopoly on the student license process - otherwise these fools would of been out of business already.

Negative experience: Would never recommend to anyone go there. If you have to drive an extra mile do it, you won't regret. People there is so rude, so unwelcoming. Such a bad vibe. Written knowledge text is just a joke.

Fantastic experience: Amazing school with awesome staff! They don't treat you like a number, and your success in studying there is important to them! Incredible people! I had a very sad experience with another school before and was feeling hesitant when I've started my adult brush up course there, but they showed such concern and sincere care for me that I was able to overcome my fear and passed all tests from 1st attempt. Thank you for your work, guys! Great place and amazing teachers! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Can't even get an answer on the phone. Their web page says they open at 10am. I called at 10:13 left a message and still no answer, called multiple time's throughout the week and their ridiculous automated response was to leave a message. If it is this hard to simply schedule my student for classes I can only imagine what they are like once they get you're money. WAKE'S HERE WE COME.

Negative experience: I took a friend twice already to get her written test done, it’s in another language. At the end of the testing, a worker comes in and tells us that the tests in another language are really hard because they use Google translate for their translator. I have no idea why they are using this type of format, why they wouldn’t even worn anybody taking the test and how they take no accountability at the end of the day. This is not a government building so don’t go there.

Negative experience: All classes are online with over 100 people with short quizzes with no effect at the end of each class. I was failed my 65$ final because I was asked to pull over on a two way road with no curb. The only thing this school is good for is the defensive driving discount on car insurance.

Fantastic experience: Не могла сдать в другой школе три раза. Из-за плохого знания английского. Здесь отличное место для сдачи . Сдала с первого раза. Честно я волновалась и тупила но экзаменатор меня поддержал не торопил и сказал что все отлично. Большое спасибо этой школе.

Fantastic experience: Сдавал и теорию и практику в этой автошколе. Теорию сдал с первой попытки (сдавал на русском языке), вождение сдавал два раза. Первый раз сдавал Stevie, не сдал. Но причина не в том что этот инструктор меня заваливала, наоборот она пыталась поправить, но я запарился и ехал по знакам, но скорость была в километрах в час, а не в милях. Плюс шел дождь и я сбросил скорость еще на 10 км, вот и медленно крался, инструктор 2 раза намекнула про медленную скорость, но я продолжил ехать по спидометру в км/час. Естественно завалил вождение. Stevie после сдачи объяснила мою ошибку. Через несколько дней я спокойно сдал вождение. Инструктор старалась мне помочь с языковым барьером. Перед сдачей принесла распечатку, где на английском и русском было написано что нужно делать. Мы обговорили терминологию и сдача прошла очень легко. Специально, ни кто не заваливал. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Мои жена и дочь будут сдавать на права в этой автошколе.

Fantastic experience: We had such an excellent experience with DRVN101 in Vancouver, WA. The classes were through zoom which was really convenient for our schedule. My son had 3 different instructors and enjoyed each of them. They were friendly, kind, and gave excellent constructive criticism and feed back. I loved that he could take his state written exam and final drive with DRVN101 which made it so easy to take to licensing to get his drivers license. I highly recommend DRVN101 and will be using them for my four other kiddos.

Negative experience: Tried to take a knowledge test here but they refused to tell me which questions were incorrect afterwards. How am I supposed to learn from mistakes if I'm not given a chance to? Other driving schools don't do this and will help you to do better on your next attempt at the knowledge test. Nice people here though.

Negative experience: There customer service is horrible, they never pick up the phone although I’ve called multiple times during opened hours. it’s a waste of your 600 dollars and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, take your money and kids somewhere else if you don’t want to waste your time.

Negative experience: Today, my friend had a driving test with Stevie. She is so racist! People came from Ukraine with nothing in their hands and trying to survive in a new environment. Instead of helping them, she just trying to make money!

Fantastic experience: the staff is incredibly sweet & they show much they care for their customers. Perfect place to get your testing done & feel comfortable & welcomed while doing so :)

Negative experience: The in-vehicle instructiors verbally berated me to the point of tears on multiple occasions, so I just gave up completely. It's wildly inappropriate to treat anyone in such a bullying and condescending manner, but even more so to talk to another person's kid like that while they are operating a 3000lb death missile with no experience since. Even beyond the driving sessions, the curriculum was terribly offensive. I get needing to show new drivers the potential consequences of driving a car but is putting techno music over clips of real people getting hurt in tragic accidents and mocking them seriously appropriate? What if that was your spouse or child? Unless you hate your child just save the money and teach them yourself or go somewhere else.

Negative experience: At $500 a student you'd think that they would be more polite, absolutely wrong Rude on the phone, rude in the office. And they charge you $25 for the written exam and if you don't pass it's another $25. What a scam

Negative experience: I have tried to get my permit and have failed each time and they would not even tell me what questions I have failed so I could study the questions for next time I will not be returning to this driving school and I will tell my friends not to bother coming here

Negative experience: This place is extremely difficult to work wit and schedule needed drive exams. The people are rude and short and fail to teach students are certain aspects but will grade them on the final without respect to common sense.

Fantastic experience: Had to take the written exam and drive test. They were very kind. And even though I was bummed I didn't pass my first drive test, I completely understand why. The lady doing the test was thorough in explaining what I needed to work on and encouraging as well. They really make sure you understand how to be safe on the road.

Negative experience: I don’t like the way the instructor and the receptionist talked to my girl when she went to take her drivers test here. They’re attitudes are unacceptable and I do not recommend this school for people with anxiety and mental health problems.

Positive experience: Wouldn’t recommend to anyone new at driving. A busy area and it’s quite stupid that they have a chancel fee for drives.

Positive experience: Everything for the most part went very well and it was a nice place to go being a first time driver. The instructor I had for my last 2 drives however really stressed me out and it was irritating to be praised one second and then be told "why would you do that? That's not right" the next without giving constructive criticism iinstead. I feel like I would've made less mistakes if I wasn't feeling so stressed and tense the entire hour of driving.

Fantastic experience: Scheduling was fast and efficient. My driving instructor Kathy was calm and clear in her instructions, professional and very friendly. Office was clean, front desk was very nice and the office was decorated very cool. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Took my written exam failed 2 times not reading the book just online studying, they actually give good advice and how to pass. They tell you to read the book and they let you study the driver book it’s a binder with highlights of questions to study. I followed there advice read the book 5 times, until I understood everything thing. I passed only missed 4 questions 36/40 on the 3rd try. Passed the skill driver exam 80% on the first try. I was really nervous I haven’t driven a car in 10 years in Oregon when I had my license there. The examiner said I passed with 80% I made a lot of mistakes I felt. At the end she told me to work on the things I made errors on. I’m confident now and a safer driver. I’m slowing getting comfortable with driving. Also there are some situations where the book doesn’t mention on what to do correctly. Like streets roads you got go 15 mph where there are houses and the book says 25 mph it’s a street the book never mentions 15 mph anywhere. Anyways at least I passed. The bad thing is if you are even few minutes late you will have to reschedule and pay again no refunds. they tell you to be here 10 minutes early, witch I did, I had to wait 30 minutes because the driver examiner was running late she was still with the other client before me. The cars they let you use are really wide and it’s difficult to turn your head to see to the left when driving. Anyways Great place, great service, great staff.

Fantastic experience: Hi I actually did everything to get my license like 3 years ago except the final drive through your driving school I was wondering if I'd need to pay again to do that I asked the DMV if I'd have to redo the written and they said no. Very good driving school didnt finish and get my license for personal reasons.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an excellent experience. I didn't get the instructor's name but she was awesome. She demonstrated patience and understanding. I really appreciate the instructor taking the time to find out why my daughter failed the first exam (which was taken at a different school) and offer ways to be successful this time. She asked my daughter to get in the driver's seat, take a deep breath and then make adjustments and get familiar with the inside of the car. Before they started the exam there was conversation that my daughter said helped her feel more relaxed. My daughter said she felt the instructor offered positive non verbal cues that made her feel confident while she was driving. It was an awesome experience for both of us. I hope the instructor sees this review and if there was no covid I would have given her a hug
