Fantastic experience: I was anxious about learning to drive especially in Philadelphia. From the first lesson, Pierre was calm and did a great job conveying this. He was reassuring even when I was not. We drove through local streets, downtown and on the interstate. I was able to successfully pass my driving exam on the first attempt after 4 classes. I would highly recommend this school and ask for Pierre if he's available.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 100 stars I would!! Such great service, Anthony, was super nice and extremely patient with me (being a nervous person) truly the best teacher ever! I feel like also for the price the service was awesome, it was door to door and when I went to take my exam I was able to practice for a little bit so that I wouldn’t be as nervous. Honestly so so great, I had a bad experience with another driving school and coming to stars a strips was a breath of fresh air. I only wish I took a picture the day I got my drivers license, I was so excited I forgot! Only good things can be said!

Fantastic experience: The driving instructor was very patient, calm and competent he really taught me how to pass the test 1st time. He taught me an excellent technique for parallel parking (which was my weakness) and took me over the test route many times to build my confidence. He always called to confirm the lesson and the test appointment the night before which I really appreciated. I can absolutely recommend Stars and Stripes Driving school.

Fantastic experience: The process of the 1 hour practice before the test exam was very helpful. I learned great parallel parking within 20 minutes due to Anthony’s precise instructions. I even got a compliment from my driver test examiner who complimented the parking. Anthony also showed me the test route and we were able to get great practice in with everything within 1 hour. I passed the test from his help! This driving school will put you in the right hands within no time and you guys should book with him immediately. Anthony is that guy!

Fantastic experience: My son took 3 lessons throughout a month or 2. He had the same instructor every time and he picked him up at home. He was able to use the driving schools car AND received lessons the same day he took the test (which he passed). The gentleman that gave my son lessons has a wonderful temperament. He was always polite and calm. He called me the day before each lesson to give me reminders. I wouldn’t have changed anything. I’m glad I found his business. Also I used a previous driving school with another son so I was able to compare. I didn’t like the previous school but LOVED Stars and Stripes. A+

They take you through the test multiple times so you know exactly what is coming and take you parts of Philadelphia so you are fully comfortable driving in different situations.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend! I went from having never sat in the driver's seat of a car to passing my exam on the first try. I'm anxious and neurodivergent (and probably annoying), but the instructor was calm and patient enough to make me feel comfortable behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best driving school. My 16 year old daughter passed her driving test on the first attempt. Not only was she prepared for her road test, she is well prepared to take on the city streets! She was not nervous or anxious. The instructors very patient and also gave me updated and recommendations after every lesson. I would recommend to anyone!

It was money well spent. She got her license on the first try. This is due to stars and stripes amazing driver instructor. He was amazing. After passing my test, I still have a few scheduled classes with him to go on the highway and to gain more comfort driving which is nice sine I don’t have access to a car of my own yet.
