Fantastic experience: I passed!! I really cannot say enough great things about Hybrid Driving School, Gigi, and her team of instructors. I'm embarrassed to say that I have been on a journey to get my license for quite a while, and have taken lessons with a number of driving schools. At Hybrid, I felt a genuine care and interest in me being successful and achieving my goal. I always learned such great practical tips and clear techniques to help with my driving. I took lessons with Gigi and Panna; both were always encouraging, positive and uplifting. Also, everyone was always friendly and personable during lessons (which, I think, helps a lot when you're nervous or unsure...driving can be a little stressful when you're still learning)! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Hybrid Driving School, especially their Filipino instructor, Ms. Gigi Conde. Because of her, I FINALLY GOT MY LICENSE. One road test was all it took and I passed! Getting a driver's license in New York can be really tough, with so many people failing multiple times. Honestly, I was one of them—I failed several road tests and at some point, I just left it up to God, hoping to find the right instructor who could TEACH me well. Negative experience: Very unprofessional. I bought a Groupon so I can take my 5 hour class online and when I emailed them with my permit and voucher the communication after that was very slow. I had to keep texting and calling and getting left on READ when Inquiring about when the zoom call would be. They only returned my calls AFTER I disputed my charge and then I blocked them. In a voicemail that was left to me there excuse was that they were busy and that they called and emailed me. As a student I’m in my email every day. I’ve never gotta an email from them and I’ve only gotten a call back after the dispute. Just a mess and a waste of time

Fantastic experience: Gigi was very helpful in any way just to make sure her students will pass the driving exam. She is highly knowledgeable in teaching standard driving, and it exactly is the same thing you will do in DMV driving exam. All you have to do is listen to whatever Gigi says during your driving course and consider yourself good to go. Hybrid Driving School is highly recommended if you want to pass DMV driving exam in one take.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Gigi as a driving instructor! In my experience, I had already taken the route test last year and failed. that made me very frustrated, and i didn't try it again. Then two weeks ago, i started my search for a new instructor, so i contacted the school, and Gigi helped me, i only took ONE CLASS with Gigi, and i passed my test, so I already have my driver's license. Gigi was very patient with me, she helped calm my nerves a bit and she also made me feel confident, which I think is key. (If you are nervous everything goes wrong)

Fantastic experience: I took my driving lessons from GiGi at Hybrid Driving school, and it was definitely one of my best decisions. I requested my instructor to be only Gigi based on other’s reviews and yes, she was great. Her methods of teaching was just the right one for me, she was comfortable to talk to, and she had been patient with me when I made mistakes. Yes, I did fail my first road test because I forgot to maneuver and gave up trying right then and there, but she made sure I knew everything I needed to know before my second road test, and I did passed. Negative experience: These lessons are not happening. I was scheduled w outside of my availability without consent and have requested a refund for services not rendered but the owner (Gigi) is being unresponsive.

Negative experience: I attempted to (and paid for) obtain driving lessons from Gigi at Hybrid driving school. If I could give negative stars, I would. I was unable to schedule my own lessons, after giving availability - I was scheduled for lessons completely out of the given times. I then was never able to get in contact until finally after searching locating Gigi's phone number (the number on my $750 package receipt and on the website are not active also the chat feature is unmonitored). I was promised that working with Gigi directly would improve my experience and to disregard all the incorrect confirmations as the person was getting fired/they were moving offices/etc. I gave them another chance and today (first lesson), Gigi shows up late, with another student in the car (a young girl). I am seeking a full refund as it is clear these services are not going to be rendered.

Negative experience: I am totally disapointed in the way the woman that run this school acted towards me being that the mistske was her fault in may myself and someone Else i know ( we call then my friend for the purpose of this review ) purchased a Groupon for the 5 hr class online due to covid-19 after taking rhe class my friend had to reach out to them back in june 2021 to send the 5 hour class certificate that should have been sent since May 2021 the woman said she was still trying send everone there certicate but was backed up and she will send that day she was sorry my friend was happy with her Response. So i assumed she would Eventually get to mine and also send it to the address that I provided her at the time I’ve taken a class being she was backed up i Expected it to take some time but months went by and days went by and I’m not going to lie I totally forgot about it so today March 2022 I decided I was going to proceed with trying to obtain my license when I went to go register for the road test I discovered I would need my five hour certificate that was never sent to me in 2021 I reached out to the woman who owned the school who my friend originally had spoke for 2 weeks she said she would look into And get back She never did then final when i readed out again today she was very naste and disrespectful yelling and screaming at me scolding me as if I was her child and said to me that she sent the certificate with my friends certificate what was kind of strange to me she never knew me and my friend was affiliated myself or my friend never indicated this too her we also have used two different addresses and two different cities So I found it very strange once she said that to belive anything she said that right there indicated to me that she was lying she refused at first to send me a copy of my certificate and gave me a very hard time And was very disrespectful and rude even used disrespectful language to me I found this to be very unprofessional I have also reached out to DMV to let them know the kind of people they have representing them and this situation should be looked into maybe this woman doesn’t realize it’s people like us who do not have licenses they keep her in business and if she continues to treat her customers like this and stealing from then she will not be in business for long I would not recommend going to the school to anyone just off of the experience that I had with this woman she is not good Representation for the company they should fire her or replace her and if she is the owner then I feel sorry for the business. No good at when it Comes to Customer service

Fantastic experience: Hybrid Driving School is by far the best place to go to if you want to pass the road test and get your license fast. Regardless of your driving ability, the instructors at this school will make sure you know what you are doing, while also not pressuring you or making you feel uncomfortable while driving. I was not the best driver when I first started learning but I passed the road test with ZERO mistakes after practicing with Gigi, the school owner. Their office is also very communicative and will remind you of everything so you won’t forget.

Fantastic experience: When looking for a Driving School close to me, I came across the wonderful reviews of Hybrid Driving. I decided to give it a try, as a new driver who had barely touched a wheel. Now, after having completed the 5 lesson package, 5 hour class and road test. I am happy to say that the Hybrid Driving School lives up to all its Google Reviews, and MORE. The staff is professional, caring and very detailed when it comes to helping with any weaknesses. Not only did I learn a lot from Gigi and Hector, but I actually enjoyed the lessons and the insights that they gave me in order to pass my road test. It was not hard to notice that they truly care about making good drivers, who can successfully pass their road test, so I can't recommend Hybrid Driving School enough. I can't thank Hybrid Driving School enough for their dedication, attention to detail and assistance through the process of getting my driver's license. You will be in very very good hands! :)

Fantastic experience: This review is longgg overdue; nonetheless, Hybrid Driving School provides excellent service beginning from the initial contact up until my road test. My experience with Jenica, Gigi, and Hector have remained consistent throughout my 8-9 lessons. Jenica was always willing to work around my schedule (whether for payments or availability) and Hector always showed up with a friendly and positive attitude, and lots of patience while providing comprehensive lessons. As for Gigi, she was a bundle of joy and went above and beyond to support me in my upcoming road test by providing me with a lesson two days before my road test and one 45 minutes before my road test. You honestly can’t find a better school to teach you how to drive - flexible and reasonable priced lessons with fully engaged instructors and staff. Thank you Hybrid for preparing me to get my license!

Fantastic experience: I signed up their driving lessons program knowing i will have to take multiple classes just to he comfortable behind the wheel understanding that my 2year old child is at the back seat of the vehicle, their Passion for safety and care for people made the learning process simple and easy. taking in as much knowledge from the instructors, i was able to pass the driving test on the first try, other driving schools should learn from Hybrid Driving school for sure.
