Fantastic experience: Mi experiencia con interboro comenzó con un pequeño tropiezo, puesto que me citaron a una hora diferente a la que se encontraban disponible, sin embargo, una vez nos encontramos en la cita para el road test, sus claras instrucciones y su acompañamiento fue muy útil para presentar adecuadamente la prueba.

Negative experience: They take your money and then don’t show up for your lesson and then don’t respond to issue a refund. Scammers and thieves.

Negative experience: Not a very professional place. First, they lied about the fact that the 5 hour course was included in the price so I had to pay that $50 extra. Then, the instructor could barely speak English and didn't give me hardly any feedback on my driving. The location is convenient for me, but next time I'd recommend finding a more professional school.

Negative experience: Las clases no me parecen nada buenas, después de que pagas no contestan los correos ni tus solicitudes, si adquieres un paquete con ellos para ir salga a un “mejor” precio luego que dicen que tenías un tiempo límite para usarlo. NO lo recomiendo en absoluto, se les nota la desorganización

Fantastic experience: Nasly is such a great driving instructor! If you're looking for someone to help you pass your road test, I definitely recommend her. I learned so much in just a few weeks and felt completely prepared. I passed with only 5 points thanks to her. Thank you Interboro Driving School!

Negative experience: This is comprehensive review but I recommend reading it through. I paid well over $630 for 5 motorcycle lessons and a 5-hour course online. I cannot recommend this school to anyone who is interested in learning to ride motorcycles. Here is my horrendous experience from Winter 2022 to Summer 2023. They initially had a motorcycle instructor for weekends. I paid and signed up for motorcycle course in the winter. But when the spring came, he was no longer there. Until June, I tried multiple times to schedule my lessons on the weekends. I've only got occasional responses; telling me my messages were being reviewed. I could not visit in-person, as my work ended around 7PM. Their office at College Point Blvd would be closed around 5PM. They were never open on the weekends. With my motorcycle class vouchers expiring soon (they put expiration date on class vouchers while refusing to schedule classes) I had to make a move. I used up 2 weeks of my vacation days from work, to push all 5 motorcycle lessons together. I had to constantly call, send texts, and emails for weeks in advance, just to get 5 lessons scheduled. As everyone else mentioned, they are exceedingly difficult to reach. They'll put you on hold and hang up. Or send your calls straight to voicemail. They do not return your calls if even they tell you. For all 5 lessons, the following issues were prevalent: 1) Instructor Carlos was late to every single session. We're not talking 5 minutes late. We're talking anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes late. He did give extra time at the end to make up for his tardiness and this is highly unprofessional. 2) Few lessons were suddenly canceled out of nowhere. Never bothered to call me. Instead, they would send me a text, saying that 'your class was canceled, we couldn't reach you on the phone.' This was 20 minutes before the scheduled lesson, while I was on my way to the office! If I text back or call back, surprise... No one picks up. Sometimes, the weather was too cloudy. Sometimes, the air quality was too bad. Sometimes, Carlos had to train some employees elsewhere. Sometimes he was on vacation and was unavailable. Each time, I was told via text that they could not reach me via phone (There were no phone calls from them about any changes). 3) Lessons/equipment were extremely low quality. All you'll be doing is slowly riding around College Point, while Carlos is in a car around you (his radio is so cheap; you can't hear what he's saying half the time) You get 15 minutes of circles and figure 8s on your last lesson. You do not get to learn slow speed maneuver, manual transmission or hard braking (arguably most important). You get to ride a tall 250cc(?) old scooter with heavy engine vibrations. Engine vibration is so bad that the scooter can collapse on itself while on its stand. This scooter has non-adjustable levers. You cannot adjust the front or rear brakes. Brakes are extremely soft and mushy. It feels unsafe. I'm 5' 9'' and I found levers extremely hard to grasp. Scooter was for someone very tall like Carlos. Seat height is very high. I could not flat-foot with both legs (I have 32 in. inseam) All of these make the scooter not suitable for students. 5) Finally, Carlos was 1 hour late to our appointed road test day (he was training another student...) Unlike his promise, we did not have time to practice before the road test. In fact, we arrived 15 minutes late to the road test and I failed it spectacularly. Didn't get enough practice from lessons and the nerves got me on top of that. He offered free lesson to make up for it. But I had to pay over $120 for scheduling another road test. I cut my losses and never went back. In summary: Don't use Interboro for motorcycle lessons. Sign up for MSF course like everyone else. You'll save hundreds of dollars and months of your time. At Interboro, communications are nonexistent. Others are saying that most 5-star reviews are fake for free road test rescheduling. I believe them at this point.

Negative experience: A group of unprofessional people decide to open a business and the result is this school !!! It’s a waste of time , effort and money , once they collect their money , they stop answering the phone and the emails , and if you try to reschedule the class , forget about it . Zero coordination between the Managment and the driving instructors , it’s took me 3 months to finish 5 classes with them , I DON”t recommend this place for my enemy !

Negative experience: Purchased 3 lessons as well as a motorcycle road test accompaniment. I had Mr.Osario as an instructor. Upon meeting him i told him ive been riding for about 2 years and just need practice doing circles and 8s. The 3 lesson were all booked one after another so i had 2hours and 15min to practice in one shot. Instead of using the majority of the time practicing my slow speed maneuvers he instead made me drive around college point for most of it. I probably had 30 min or less out of the 2hr and 15min to actually practice my circles and 8s. When it came to the test date, my appointment was at 11. I meet him there at 10:15. At 10:30 he claims his car was low on gas and hell be right back. At 11 the dmv instructor comes to be asking where my instructor is. Already this lady was mean. Mr.Osario didn't come back until 11:10 seconds after the lady threatened to reschedule. Upon finishing the test and feeling like i did well. I look back at Mr.Osario giving me the thumbs up and i felt confident that i passed as well as he did. Much to my surprise i didnt just fail but i failed miserably. I called the office after to explain everything and all they can offer me was another lesson and road test tag along for $260 dollars. I dont recommend going to this place theres way better options in NYC.

Negative experience: I got a pre-licensing course from there. Before paying and while taking the course they said that they are registering the certificate automatically to the system and we dont need to get physically. But they did not do that. I called them, there was a rude girl speaking, you want that to home? Ok i dont know how long does it take. we are not post office bla bla… dont get any course online from here.

Negative experience: Malicima experiencias me robaron 130 dolares despues que mi permiso expiro no quicieron responder nisiquiera con darme una cita para él bmv querian hacerme pagar todo otra vez tube que pagar 65 dolares extra por un certificado y queria cobrar 30 dolares mas por tomar la cita aun sabiendo que ya había pagado 130 excusando que el tiempo expiro lo cual jamas se me dejaron saber

Negative experience: Pague por adelantado una clase para presentar mi examen de conducción y también el alquiler del vehículo. Me tocó viajar e intenté llamar pero nunca me respondieron para reagendar, luego me escribieron que tenía la cita y les dije que no podía ir porque me encontraba fuera de la ciudad. A la fecha de hoy se venció el certificado del curso online y les pague para renovarlo. Ahora les dije que me programaran el examen práctico y me dieron fecha pero me la cancelaron que porque no les he pagado el alquiler del vehículo y las clases cuando ya se los había pagado por adelantado desde el año pasado. Realice el pago con mi celular desde Houston. Me dicen que no aparece mi pago, que falta de seriedad y respeto para el cliente.

Fantastic experience: Interboro is the best driving school! I was coming from another driving school because the other driving school was not giving me the support I needed to be a good driver. As soon as I started at Interboro I had more confidence on the road. Scheduling my lessons was very easy through there website. I had a lot of anxiety starting to learn how to drive but my instructor Soli had a lot of patience. She gave me very honest advice on my driving skills and taught me how to fix my mistakes with many different tips. She is very patient and went out of her way to make sure that I was ready for road test. Thank You Soli for the being the best instructor!

Negative experience: Never recieved the refund after months of waiting, no answer from emails, or help from calls, do not recomend this place.

Fantastic experience: I contacted them to provide a car for me to take my road test and schedule my appointment. They were really great and made me feel less nervous about my road test. They provide so many different services from actual driving lessons as well as defensive driving courses. The prices are reasonable and the overall vibe of the staff is great!

Negative experience: While I was trying to initiate the process and sign up for classes, Interboro would diligently call me trying to charge payment and schedule my first lesson. I received my first lesson the driver was knowledgeable and friendly. I payed for 5 classes but only received 2. Since then the company has been radio silent for me despite my attempts at reaching out. No classes or refund. I guess I was scammed out of my money.

Fantastic experience: Interboro Driving School is a great driving school. When choosing a driving instructor, I highly recommend you choose Soli because she is the absolute best. She is very patient, calm, kind, and she always makes sure to correct any mistakes you make in a positive and constructive matter. By having these qualities, Soli makes the driving experience both fun and relaxing which is everything you would want from a driving instructor.

Negative experience: I believe this is a scam and the other reviews are likely fake. Spoke to someone via phone, scheduled a driving lesson for same day and gave payment over the phone to confirm my appointment. Get there the place is completely closed no one is an answering the door and the lights are off. Call and no one answers, but I received a text message from them to text and they'll reply faster... Text them 3 times no answer. Called multiple times and no one answers anymore. Call private and they magically answer. When I tell them what I'm calling about they put me on hold and hang up twice. Very likely a scam so beware. Called my bank to stop payment they won't be getting any money from me. Such a shame!

Negative experience: My parents purchased their first home back in March of 2020 through Carlos Osorio and his realty. At the time we were very pleased with the service and the process seemed to be going smooth and problem free. Unfortunately for us, the process behind the scenes was unorganized and uninformative. Fast forward to 2022, my parents have been hit with a load of issues and inconveniences. This realty failed to inform us about the homes previous tax exemptions. We learned that although this is public information our realty was suppose to let us know about any exemptions the property might have had. Because this was our first time purchasing a home we were unaware of this and fully trusted our realty to guide us in making the best decision to purchase our dream home. We are now being forced to pay last years taxes combined with this years taxes and our mortgage has completely doubled and then so. We are now trying to work with our mortgage company as well as our towns village to save our home. Please be aware in any business that you make with this realty moving forward.

Fantastic experience: This place is a scam 100% beware!!!!!!! I paid for the 5 hour pre licensing course and took the course 3 months ago! I called a million times to get the certificate mailed to me and I live in nyc, so it doesn’t take more than a day or two for mail to arrive. I never received the certificate even though I paid for shipping!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND ARE NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS OR TEXTS. I am disputing the charge with my bank because it’s a scam!!!!!!!!! Sucks for them because now people will know the truth and they will fail with their scam.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a driving school. Zero communication they made me lose 3 road test appointments due to their lack of attention and communication as I already mentioned and some of their vehicles are not qualified for the road test, due to that. I missed my second appointment….

Positive experience: Had some trouble making my road test appointment with the school at first, which was part of my package, but received help after speaking to the manager. People at front desk were not the most helpful and were a little dismissive when it came to stuff like this. However, the instructors were good and very friendly. I recommend Alex for anyone taking driving courses here. He is very patient and does a great job at preparing you for the road test.

Negative experience: Booked a car for test. Arrived to the school. No one was there, come to find out I was never put on the schedule. I missed my road test and this was very urgent.

Negative experience: Definitivamente es una escuela de conducción muy desorganizada! Con mucha falta de comunicación entre el personal administrativo, profesores y estudiantes! Al momento de tomar la clase nunca estuvo el profesor más de una hora de espera y cuando fue el road test el profesor nunca llegó! Pero al momento de hacer el pago el débito fue inmediato, pedí la devolución de los valores tal es el caso que sigo esperando! Definitivamente juegan mucho con el tiempo de las personas. NO se las recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Fantastic experience: I had Alex as an instructor and he was great! He told me what to do, how to do it, any mistakes i made, and how to not make the mistakes again. I like to talk about random stuff and he kept with me and made good conversation. Highly recommend this school and Alex.

Negative experience: Don't do nothing in this school!!! I did my 5 hours class in this "school" (if you can call this name) in February and we are in June and they never sent me my certificate. I called, sent email (a lot) and they never gave me my document. I payed $10 to shipping and also nothing from them. So please if you are looking for a real school don't go to this place!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY !

She loved how respectable he was and how knowledgeable and transparent he was with her. Thanks to him she finally learned how to parallel park! Negative experience: I would give them 0 stars if I could. Awful service, and no replies to multiple emails / phone calls over two months. I took the 5 hour pre licensing online course with Interboro (got a coupon from Groupon). While the course was okay, they said they will not share an electronic copy of the completion certificate. When I asked them to mail the physical copy to me, they charged me $10 extra to mail it - which is all fine, but it has been over two months now, and I still haven't received the certificate. I live in Manhattan, and pretty sure mail doesn't take 2 months to reach from Queens to Manhattan. They refuse to answer my multiple emails inquiring the status, refuse to share the tracking number of the package and don't even pick up my calls these days. Save yourself the trouble and find another place. These people are extremely unprofessional, and not worth your time or money. P.S.: Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews you see here. Interboro offers to book you a driving test for free if you leave a good review on Google. Hope this review helps you save money and a lot of mental stress. Happy driving!

I took their 5 hour zoom class and paid an extra fee to have the certificate mailed to my home. This was completed on Easter Sunday. It's now the middle of May and still no one from this company has attempted to rectify this. I've stayed in constant contact with their offices to keep getting excuses on what would happen next. After coming into contact with the owner Carlos, he attempted to show he understood then stopped replying or providing any updates. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, due to the complete dismissal of their patrons concerns. This has caused me a great delay in moving forward with getting my license. SAVE YOURSELF AND FIND A TRUSTWORTHY SCHOOL FOR YOUR DRIVING NEEDS!

Negative experience: Horrible service first time went there waited 3 hours they said have some Patients it will be done in the mean while accepted different customers who came in after me wouldn’t recommend it in the milllion years

Negative experience: They are so unprofessional! I took my pre licensing certification 3 months ago and they promise me that they will send it to me after I paid but up to now I haven't get it! When I called them they keep on telling me that they will send but no they are not! I already canceled my driver's test for 3 times! They are wasting my time ! And once I called them they put me on hold ! And blocked my number ! Never again !

Negative experience: I've purchased online course from this driving school. After I choosed the day, they sent me cancelation e-mail. The e-mail says; we don't have any certificates right now,we are hoping To get by beginning of the May but we are still not sure. After this e-mail I wrote to them, I called them but no result. And I checked they still selling course on groupon and on their websites even though they don't have certificates. Wouldn't recommend
