Fantastic experience: My son started with Parent Taught, and I have some questions for him as he prepares to get his license. Sarah took the time to explain everything to me, go over my paperwork, and schedule the driving test. I would highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Just took my test with Sarah. Did a pre test to help my nerves and practice my parallel parking. The method i learned for parking is super easy! Sarah is amazing and I highly recommend anyone with anxiety to do a pre test. Super smooth process as well and she showed me everything on how to get an appointment with dps Thanks again!

Negative experience: Rude!

Fantastic experience: So my daughter didn’t do drivers ed here, however I felt compelled to leave a review for how amazing they were to help me in a crunch. Went to DPS on the 3rd for road test and license (my daughter’s 16th bday). All systems for DPS were down and not expected to come up until later that afternoon. I was going to have to reschedule with could mean MONTHS. That is crushing for a 16 year old not to mention 1 stressed out mom that made the mistake of doing parent taught. Anyhow, I called this school to administer road test and the lady I spoke to around 9:15 am on 10/3 was A M A Z I N G. She said we could head up there, she confirmed I had all the right paperwork first and was going to do her road test when we got there. She even made a comment about turning her bday into a good day :) Before pulling out of DPS, my daughter went in and somehow got them to say they could do road test and check and make copies of all paperwork and wouldn’t be months for get license so we stayed put and cancelled to road test at Ultimate. With that being said, I was so so very grateful the lady we spoke to understood and was about to make a really crappy day (that we practiced parallel parking for in the dark the night before) into a good day. I have a son that will be getting his permit in less than a year. Knowing I am not built for parent taught, we will absolutely without a doubt sign him up at Ultimate. Thank you guys soooo much!

Negative experience: My son is Special Needs student and he get his Leanings permit from ultimate school. But when we start Road lessons from them the teacher name Richard is very RUDE with my son Yelling him . Shouting him. I told them he is special needs student But maybe they don’t care.

When I was about to start driving school i was nervous and afraid about how things would be, but the people there really do make it enjoyable and now i’m not so afraid. I trust that I am in good hands :) .

Fantastic experience: These past three weeks of uds was the best learning experience for me. The staff and teachers were really kind and understanding. They help teach you when you dont understand and are reliable. Plus, very clean and smells good in the rooms! If you want to learn and stride to get your permit, you can rely on craig and amy to help you the most.

Fantastic experience: Hi I’m Jaiden and I have been taking this course the last 3 weeks and it was a great experience and I had a great few instructors that helped me learn a ton. Amy is a great person and great instructor and I learned a lot from her. She is a great instructor and will help your child know the things they need to know before driving. Thanks to her I know alot more and I passed my permit test. This is a great driving school and highly recommend you send your child here in the future. Thank you for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Went here for a drivers test, I was extremely nervous, but my driving instructor Sarah was extremely nice and patient. I didn’t feel rushed and the nerves went away once I began my test. I passed my test in the end and I definitely will recommend this place to others.

Negative experience: If I could give this place -100 stars I would. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. I went here over the summer for the day program(8-10am) and had other things going on and wasn’t able to make it too all of the classes. But while I was there during June, Sue was INCREDIBLY rude to me and non professional and completely misunderstanding of my health issues at the time. Then I was in a situation were I needed to be able to drive and went back for the December classes. Sue was incredibly helpful and supportive of helping me get my license in 2 weeks, she was telling me all I needed to do and was helping me get there. Her daughter, Amy was always rude to me since the second I got into the class. Unprofessional and immature. She would use hand quotes when I had a doctors appointment and such things FROM BACK IN JUNE. Then she was saying things about my handwriting in front of the ENTIRE classroom saying she was going to have the guy next to me read it to see if he could and that he probably couldn’t. I have never felt so upset in a learning setting. Then on the 13th day (out of 14) I forgot my notebook because I was 3 hours away and didn’t have time to run home to get it. My mom and I talk to Amy out front and she says it’s fine. So I go inside and get screamed at by a grown man, telling me no excuses and that something else happened to him on the previous Saturday and he was still here. I started crying and walked out because i was utterly humiliated, only to find my mom getting yelled at by amy. and then craig is at the front desk saying I was yelling at him? Disgusting to lie about a child. Then he goes back into the classroom and Amy continues to yell. I went straight to the car because i was crying so badly. Then I overhear her saying I was disrespectful, so i get out and I say “I am not disrespectful”. Then she follows that up by saying i drew on her desk (so did 3 other kids that she called out in class) and as soon as she said something to me about it i cleaned it right off. And i say that and she replies with “well your not welcome back to my class” then is screaming at me “YOU’RE RUDE” multiple times as i walked back to our car. She then proceeds to yell at my mom more and try to say i was lying about my adhd and my 504 and many other things, and my mom continued clarifying and corrected her to which she responded with “oh..well..” and then continued to say more things that were untrue. This woman is incredibly unprofessional and incredibly rude. She should be fired. Even driving instructors working for them say she’s rude.

I also like that they set a very clear expectation of what driving concepts will be covered in each lesson so that we know what to spend more time on when we're doing parent lessons. They really have the structure down!

They were a little fast paced, but other than that I think they showed a lot of really good informative videos about safe driving and what to do in certain situations while driving. We did take a lot of notes, which I appreciate so much because I feel like everything I wrote would help inform me better of everything as I continue to improve my driving skills. :)

Positive experience: Test was easy and very straightforward. Little pricy here... Ms.Emily Stroud was one of my instructors for most of my lessons, and although she gave a very "calming" essence to my car rides, especially the ones where I was nervous due to driving for the first couple of times - she is seemingly unhelpful in helping students increase their driving skills.. there is no proper communication throughout the 1 hour lesson that we have to pay 60 bucks for, & was a bit rude when I had some questions as well... So if you're looking for a proper instructor that speaks clearly and actually helps you with driving throughout the LESSON, then look for someone else. Ms. Amy gave precise criticism towards my driving, but it helped a ton.. I'd say. Mr. Richard, I found was also helpful towards lessons and helped me ease into driving a ton, I had my highway lesson with him and I thought it was great, especially since it was the first time going into the highway for me. The person who gave out the test was very communicative, and didn't make me feel lost at all - with someone who worries a lot and has a bad sense of direction.

Fantastic experience: Richard has helped me with my confidence on the road! He’s truly the best! He made me feel very comfortable and gave me such good insights that I will always remember. I highly recommend learning to drive with him.

But when I came here Sarah gave me a big list of things to work on and gave me examples and drew it out which really helped. Then on my second time I passed and Sarah was amazing and really helped with my nerves. I highly recommend.

Encourages you to always keep your head on track not only do they suggest and provide information that’s needed but they are very welcoming and patient. If need any help trying to figure out what you must do within getting ur license or permit they are the ones you can ask and go to they want nothing but success and the best for you . Your safety is what matters. Always remember when not sure of something ask.

Negative experience: Very rude and unacceptable response from the staff at the center. Charging an extra fee for canceling the class beforehand due to Covid. Not ready to talk or listen to the situation and lying that the class was canceled late. Never had such a bad experience anywhere.
