Fantastic experience: For years I was nervous to learn how to drive, so glad I chose B&B driving school. Scheduling was hassle free and everyone was nice. Absolutely love my instructors! Thank you Mr. Nevers & Mr. Schreiner!! They were very patient with me and helped me overcome my fear. Passed my drive test on the first try! Never thought it would happen, but they were there for me and taught me well so I finally have a driver’s license! Very happy student here!

Negative experience: Just watched a student and older male teacher for over 200 feet doing at least 30 mph down a side street and not even slow down or look before flying thru a side street intersection with blind corners. Horrible teacher.

Negative experience: Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Since when ASL interpreter is required? Many Deaf drivers never had ASL interpreter during skill exam. They are discrimination us. Forcing us to have ASL interpreter?

Fantastic experience: All the people there were amazing, I passed my driving test yesterday, on my first try and I also took the knowledge test a few months ago here, they are very nice and patient, even when I told them I'm learning English. Negative experience: The test administrator is truly terrible. All instructions are barked and yelled. He made huge assumptions about what people would know about the testing process. I took my daughter to do the permit test without doing driver's ed. It was a terrible experience. This place needs to do major customer service overhaul.

Negative experience: I have a great Neighborhood on the corner of Wabash and Milton. My kids play in the yard & I walk my dogs everyday. Earlier in the week here comes one of your cars with what I assume was a Student driving & an Instructor in the passenger seat. This car was going much faster than should have, heading South on Milton. Not at any of the unmarked intersections dd the driver slow down or apply the brakes to make sure they had the right-of-way. When I went to driving school, many years ago, I was taught to slow down at unmarked intersections to make sure there wasn't a car coming on my right, which would've given them the right-of-way to go 1st! I see the kind of driving I saw then all over town & wonder have the rules changed and I wasn't aware? These side streets are being treated as Arterials? which obviously they are not! Feel free to contact me if needed & please speak to whomever was driving & the instructor & let them know our neighborhood isn't pleased! We have had Driver's education cars on our residential streets, & they are very welcome if they drive properly and are being taught properly! Kim

Negative experience: Couldn't post my test score they were supposed to call DOL and didn't then lost my test after I called DOL and was told to call B&B back and try to posty score.

Negative experience: Don't spend your money here. The driver teacher are rude and don't have education how to talk to kids. My son is 16 yrs old and the teacher just keep telling him how he does everything wrong in a rude manner. If I knew how costly and use this was I would never sign him here. It just waste of my money. Also with all the extra fee for been late I would of spend the same money driving somewhere else. Hopefully the law pass soon no more driver ed class. The reason I gave it a 2 and not a 1 is because the first driver teacher was excellent teacher.

Negative experience: This instructor here is not the nicest person .he tried to make it seem like I have a sound barrier and couldnt understand him yet if this was true why would he allow me to get in the car and drive off ..he says I need interpreter in front of me like I can't undersyini say I understand you perfectly..as he laughs rudely tells me I can go somewhere else .this is my second time there..if u read this review you see I understand perfect English especially if I'm typing this...so for all to know his name is Dave..the instructor thank anyone who listens to this because I felt belittled...

Negative experience: the videos and statistics they’re using to teach are so wildly outdated that it is actually affecting the learning experience. they’re using statistics from 1990!

Positive experience: The online schooling bit wasn’t bad but they could fix your in car drives to where you get more time but overall it is went well :)

Negative experience: DONT GO HERE they just want your money, will do anything to fail you, it’s an almost guaranteed first time failure. Even things that are never spoken about or mentioned in the dmv booklet that you’re supposed to study they will fail you. If somebody else causing a disruption in the road that’s out of your control you failed. I pray to god you read this and make a better choice than I did. I should’ve listened to the reviews.

Negative experience: BE FOREWARNED; This location is entirely OUT OF TOUCH when it comes to the DRIVING portion of the EXAM! Ridiculous instances where this "BuSiNeSs" fails a student for obvious nonsense! The Instructors are NOT the same people who "grade" the students! I don't think that's an accident btw! A clear disconnect between what is being taught vs how people are being graded! Backing around a corner, where another car is making a CLEAR adjustment to go around is NO CAUSE for FAILING a student! Not only is this NOT TAUGHT during the classes or during the driving lessons, but to pretend that is a reason for failure is absurd! My son was praised on every drive he took with his instructors! Interesting that the "graders" have a different opinion! $$$$$$$ The reviews of B&B suggest a employee mentioned the connection between "failed tests" and revenue! I 1000% believe it with this experience! Don't BELIEVE ME? LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS! Specifically, the 1 star reviews! DISGUSTED!

Negative experience: "Written starts at 2pm" its currently 2:22 and has not started. People are still coming in late and continue to psotpone the test that i was here on time for.

Negative experience: Thought this place would have respect for others taking test but that wasn't the case. As soon as the other coworker showed up they had a general conversation which I did not care but for the respect of others taking the test they should've token the conversation somewhere else if not just don't talk at all. It was very distracting & yet rushed as well. I was very unhappy & disappointed in this place. Will be looking into a different place to take the place.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Maul was an amazing experience and made the normal "chore" of drivers ed something fun to look forward to. He not only incredibly improved my driving skills but also made me feel like I'm an adult and in control.

Negative experience: Driver instructor named Dave abuses his power and fails anyone he wants. Highly recommend taking your test elsewhere

Negative experience: I feel like I'm being robbed. I go to take the written test and the instructors are strict an quick to make us follow the smallest of rules, and tell us we will have a limited time of 1 hour to complete the test. Yet while the written test is in progress the instructor's up front distract at least myself- and I'm sure others- with meaningless small talk between the two of them the entire time to the point to where I can not concentrate, even if I'm in the back of the room. So when I go to the front and turn my test in, and the say you failed, that'll be $20- for the second time in a row being distracted just the same the first time around. It angers me when I've passed the test multiple times before- the first time I took it- at other locations. I feel having a quiet environment to take the test makes all the difference.

He may be strickt on us but he treats us like adults and helps us out. He was in the US Navy that is why along with we are accountable for our own actions. Enjoy.

B&B treats you like an Adult, It's hands on learning, Super entertaining, and your instructor has you do flash cards and study in class for your tests! If you have test anxiety he has multiple versions of each incase you fail. Because if you go to B&B it is basically impossible to fail!

Fantastic experience: Mr Mauels teaching was the Best experience I’ve had. Keeps it up beat. Makes it very hands on with little trucks and makes it to where it is not boring at all. He treats his students like adults. And he Uses flash cards to help study for the knowledge tests which are very helpful. I don’t think I would have passed without them or without how detailed his teaching is.

Fantastic experience: My driver’s ed class here was a decision I initially regretted. I was reluctant to pay the price tag but seeing how I went from scared crapless of driving to feeling confident and actually enjoying driving. The learning and curriculum is fast paced, efficient, and mostly entertaining. Mr Maul is a colorful character who knows how to not only educate but also hold people’s attention as to make the learning process easier. I would recommend this class highly!

Negative experience: The location on Wellesley next to the old hastings. The woman that was working on Saturday with the grey hair was extremly unfriendly and rude. Alot of complaining about how many drives she had to do and how many kids were in line. She had said hurry up close the door. Then she was too hot then she could find her phone. Then she had her phone. She was taking money then giving the money back. Wow i couldnt believe it. She really acted like she did not want to be there. And also talking down on my child as if they were going to fail the test. Please hire a new instructor
