Negative experience: If you want to get your driving time before your learner’s permit expires, find a different company. This company has zero personal responsibility especially in regards to scheduling. I went to drivers university and was scheduled in less than a day.

Negative experience: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you want your driving times within a year go somewhere else. It’s taken almost a year and I still haven’t gotten times. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: The classes are very informative. The teachers are kind and strict too. The overall learning experience was great just like the driving instructors, especially Ms. Ava. With her instructions/ teachings, I was able go from a cowardly driver to a much more confident one in a couple of weeks!!

My driving instructor made me feel comfortable to drive, how to drive the ride way. She also made me not nervous to drive like i feel way safer driving. I feel like if i went somewhere else i would not be as confident as driving as i do right now.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Myrick at the Aberdeen location was my instructor for my BTW 3 lesson and he was amazing. At the beginning of the lesson, he asked me what I was struggling with and he made sure to explain how to get through my problems while we were on the road. I was nervous but his presence was calming. He did not yell or become erratic like other instructors have. His teaching style is detailed but concise which has helped me a lot. Thank you, Mr. Myrick!

Positive experience: The schooling part is fine but I do have a problem with is that I had a driving instructor teach me all wrong I went to go take my test and did what he told me and I ended up failing and when I asked the lady that was doing my test she said the total opposite of what I could do but miss Erika is the best driving instructor there and helped me through it <3

Fantastic experience: I actually already did a driving school about 14 years ago, but missed 1 day n never got my license. I thought the instructors were very informative. When I got to the drive times portion, I thought they were spread out a little too far apart, but as long as you can communicate they'll work to get you scheduled for your times. First drive time was with Mr. Myrek; he was a very laid-back instructor. My turning technique was a little-bit off, so he taugh me how to 'pull n slide' the wheel. My 2nd drive time was with Mr. Richard; he talked/corrected the whole time, but i learned a lot about what i need to watch out for in the MVA driving exam and where certain mistakes would lead to an automatic failure. He had very extensive knowledge of how driving laws in Maryland have changed over the years. My 3rd drive time was with the owner, Mr Cooper, because my instructor didn't show up on time. This drive time was more of a review of the things I learned in the previous sessions, but he did teach me to watch-out more of my surroundings as im driving and that i should give extra space to people and other drivers on the road when i can. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd reccommend it to anyone who needs to get their license.

The instructors are amazing at teaching while keeping the kids at ease an ensuring they are understanding and retaining what they learn. The staff is polite, kind, and courteous. Negative experience: This place stole money from me . I had to pay for a full class . Then they made me deposit 50 dollars just to see when my drive time would be available. It was literally a year from the day. I went to ultimate after and they told me I only needed 3 hours of class and they had me in a car with a license less than a week later . Best choice for who? The owner ? Stop putting money in the pockets of greedy people who take advantage of a corrupt system

Fantastic experience: Best Choice was a really phenomenal driving school. The instructors for both the classroom and behind the wheel portions made learning to drive feel easy, safe, and comfortable. The price I paid for the instruction was really worth it and getting me behind the wheels schedule was done relatively quickly.

Fantastic experience: When I tell you guys this is the best driving school I mean it's the best! I was nervous but the classes were so fun, and every instructor was so engaging. I was in a little bit of a rush to get my provisional but because we couldn't afford the fast track I just wrote my name down on the hotlist, and believe me when I say this, I got all three of my drive times and went and passed my road test all within the span of 2 weeks!! I'm so thankful to Ms. Ericka who fit me in on her already tight schedule and Mr. Justin for coming in on his day off to help me complete my first drive time. They really helped me prepare for the test and I'm so glad I was able to pass before the school year. This process can be stressful for everyone regardless of where you choose to go but as long as you go through it with a good attitude it'll go so much smoother I'm so glad I chose this driving school!!

Fantastic experience: Went quick and simple. Highly recommend the fast track program, Coach Cooper values his and your own time which is highly appreciated.

Negative experience: If you want to complete your program within a few months, this is NOT the place to go. You have to finish classroom time before scheduling your drive time, which is fine but Try FIVE MONTHS to get a driving session after your classroom portion is done! Then, you have to finish your first drive time before you can schedule your second. First available that we could find was THREE more months out! And finally a 3rd session waiting another 3-4 months to complete. When in history has it ever taken a year to complete drivers Ed? They’re quick to take your money but they’re not quick to get you through. Perhaps they are short staffed but, regardless, they should not be taking on all of these students if they cannot accommodate them in a timely manner, especially at the prices they are charging for driver’s ed. Someone at the program mentioned that you can pay an additional 300 and some dollars if you want to get in the front of the line for drive times. Are you serious? I have a business myself and I would never rob my clients like that or take advantage of their time. This place definitely takes advantage of the fact that drivers Ed is a state requirement. And to even offer an opportunity to ‘cut in line’ for a nice fee proves that they only care about money. If you are considering going through best choice, you need to directly ask them how long it will take to schedule your drive times and get them completed… And make sure you get it in writing, and a contract form - because they will not honor what they told you & they’ll say “ I don’t know why you were told that”. I put 4 employees through the program with Let’s Drive in Bel Air and their drive time sessions were back to back, once or twice a week. That is who I recommend them 1000 times over. But this business here is definitely not the ‘Best Choice’ and should be your “Last Choice”.

Negative experience: Worst driving school in the county they are very racist

Negative experience: Daughter came home in tears. Instructor berated my 16yo. Called her sweetheart like she was stupid, several times, and even berated my husband. I want a refund. Not a school if they expect you to be perfect before attending. She’s had 50 hours of practice before going to this school and isn’t perfect but is learning. Maybe the instructor was having a bad day. IDK. She said he did have some good pointers, but not enough to make this not a traumatic experience.****after seeing the response from the owner….I’m even more offended. I sent a voicemail complaint on 5/26 and that was not sufficient??? My husband needs to submit one??? What is this, the 1800s???

Negative experience: Just had an incident with one of the drivers from here. Very very very rude. Teaches people how to drive but doesn't know when or where he should be driving. Definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Negative experience: I have had the most interesting experience with this driving school. Signing my daughter up and paying the fees was the easiest part of the experience. I paid for the classroom setting as well as 6 hours of drive time. I gave my daughter the responsibility of signing herself up for her classes. She was told to go onto the portal to sign herself up. She continued to report that the portal stated there were no availabilities. She would call and be told there was nothing available and to try the portal again. Finally I got fed up and physically drove to the location. I sent her, my daughter, in first to request her hours. She was denied. She was then told that she must have 20 hours of drive time before she can do her drive time with the school. I was baffled when she came back to the car. I went back on the website to verify, maybe I had overlooked some small print. There was nothing stating what the employee stated. I then went inside where the woman then said, "We suggest 20 hours of drive time prior". I questioned why that made sense when they have dual controlled vehicles. I told her I felt more comfortable with her driving my only family vehicle after she got comfortable behind the dual controlled vehicle, which I thought was the point. She then took my number, got with the scheduler, called me back with available appointment times, as she said she would, so I appreciated that. The first driving day my daughter had a migraine. She missed two days of school, and I had to cancel her first appointment due to her medical issue. The woman said, "OK, and told me she cancelled it and that we could reschedule that class on the portal. I verified she was good for the other days and ended the conversation. At no time did the secretary mention that there will be an additional fee for a cancellation. She made it seem as if we were good to go. Apparently there are no exceptions for a child with an unpredictable medical issue. When I called wondering why the rest of her courses had been cancelled, I was then notified there was a 100$ cancellation fee if done less than 24 hours. So my daughter having an unpredictable migraine went unempathiyed. Although I called well before lunch, trying to be as responsible as possible. When I spoke with the owner, he was rude and demeaning. Said he was "Sorry" for my kid's migraine, but could basically care less. Did degradingly show me where it was stated on the website, and mentioned I had signed the disclosure in the beginning. Which I all understood, clearly. There is a way in which to speak with a paying customer. All I asked for was a little compassion for a student who has a medical issue. All in all, good luck trying to schedule your drive time in a timely manner. The issue is they have way too many students for the actual available drive times, so spend your money wisely. Just as the owner stated they have about 5000 students. That 30,000 hours of drive time owed for most of the students who can only do so after school and on weekends, you do the math. He also stated because of this review he would go to my company site, which he has never used, and leave a negative review back. Which I thought was a very mature response. Update in response. -I called the morning of her migraine, not two day later. And I was still charged a fee. - The employee told me it was fine and I could reschedule her on the portal. So from my perspective, I was told I was fine and then hit with a bill. -My daughter was denied her driving hours in person. She was sent away with no. I went I right after her and walked away with a resolution. Ageism maybe? -I was not rude nor belligerent. The owner was rude and threw the amount of students he had in my face asif he did not need my business. Maybe he exaggerated. - she has been behind been behind the wheel and has actually been to another driving school in Oklahoma, since he asked. I simply wanted the extra hours I paid for and maybe some understanding for a kid who has suffered from migraines since she was 12.

Fantastic experience: The driving school sessions were very informative and thorough and each instructor was great. I went in to schedule my drive time today and the young man behind the counter, Mr.Kam, helped me navigate the portal so I could schedule my time. I had explained to them that my husband has stage 4 cancer and I wanted to get my drive times done a little faster if possible at all and Trooper Cooper called me later that very day to see if I was available. I was at Upper Chesapeake taking care of my husband but I was very touched and reassured by this. I know I will get them done and they will go smoothly and safely because I made the BEST CHOICE!

Everybody there is very educational and very informative and gives you all the knowledge on everything you need to know. Mr Gary was very great, fun, and keeps you focused without making you nervous, Mr Fred very knowledgeable great personality, and Mr Rich was very nice and had a lot of helpful tips.
