Fantastic experience: Metro traffic school took care of all of my needs. Ms. GREEN was amazing and fun. She answered all of my questions and made the class very informative. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a reliable and informative place to take a course whether it’s a first time driver or experienced, metro school is the best choice! I was able to schedule my course online and had the pleasure of being instructed by Ms. Green. I’m not a morning person but she gives off positive energy and knows her stuff! Her class is fun which makes the day go by fast while still learning valuable information needed to be a safe driver! I would highly recommend this school!!

Negative experience: This place is a dump! I give this a 1 star REVIEW!!!! My sister went to these people 2 times and paid $100 each time and they STILL failed her for the Most MINOR reasons. Do NOT GO TO THEM! They want to steal your money! Ridiculous!

Fantastic experience: Ava/Metro traffic school has been the best choice in my situation. I recommend going through them for treatment,classes & they will provide the necessary paperwork for the DMV. You won't regreat it.

Negative experience: I was in the car for 20 seconds, didn’t tell me the test started and they instantly failed me for no reason and wouldn’t give me my $100 back and were extremely mean about it. They are nothing but a scam.

Negative experience: Do not recommend this school at all. Did my driver test, passed and when I came to the DMV (lost work hours to come) they did not have in the internal DMV system. Called them who informed that they will send an email to Tallahasse DMV (I am in Pompano) with my information for them to put in on the system and after 2 ro 3 days after cross fingers that it will be in the system and re-schedule another appointment in the DMV and pray that it will be in the system.... The test costed USD100. Not worth, I would look to other authorized schools.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Easy peasy made this class very informative. He taught the rules and regulation in a very digestible way. I believe he was very fair and knowledgeable in what he does. Be careful when reading the bad reviews about this place. It's just people's egos getting in their own way. If you learn to listen and do what you're told, it's not as bad as it seems. However, if you have other students in the class who are struggling with accepting the consequences of their actions, you'll understand why the bad reviews are there. Have a positive and productive day. I wish everybody the best.

Negative experience: In my first visit for my knowledge test, the experience was smooth. The second time, despite having already paid 80 usd for the first service and about to pay another 100 usd to the driving exam, they showed little interest in helping with 2 little things. First, I needed to print urgently one doc that the dmv was requiring for an appointment I was having and they refused to do it (while having an idle printer) Second, I asked for opportunities to do my driving exam during the following hours to avoid loosing another appointment at the dmv and they refused to do it as well. So I have walked-in today at another school and got my exam. It is just so easy to loose or earn 100 usd that it strikes me businesses still act in this manner.

The best thing that has happened to this location hands down You are truly a legend

Negative experience: Do not pay ….the package says dmv test…..but is not at their location ,internet page is tricky….they will call you and ask you to make a dmv appointment and cLl them back …in Florida thats imposible…so the instructor will give you more options and will try to make you pay another 3 hours plus the road test at the school location…( why they dont say that from the beginning…thats ok i can pay ) thats the only way otherwise they got your money and they will have it for years because you will never make the dmv appointment …the reason i paid for the freaking school is because my son cant find any appointments in the dmv and the only option for appointment is outside dmv….well i open a amex dispute to get my money back…..im using Cantor Driving School ….way easy and transparent…no tricks

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the Level 2 DUI class with Mr. Larry Waters. He is a great facilitator! He went through all scenarios and explained the various statutes to us as well. He encouraged class participation and he most importantly kept us "right and tight" in getting us through the curriculum. He made sure to address any concerns and answer any and all questions thoroughly. Its an easy peasy decision.. I whole heartedly recommend Metro Traffic School!

Negative experience: DUI school, so the person obviously can't drive if they are enrolled. Life happens, we can all agree to that. So if a person makes the effort to take time off work, pays for a Uber, or a taxi, or waits for A bus if they are 10 minutes late they are turned away? With a rescheduling Fee? Well isn't that convenient, you already are paying them, and you get to pay them again.We are all adults, life happens, with that comes understanding and consideration. Not this place, and done purposely to squeeze a little bit more profit out of someone who is already struggling.Pathetic, your staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Negative experience: Signed up for driving lessons waited a month for them to schedule with excuse after excuse why they couldn’t schedule to finally cancel and say they will issue a refund in 10 business days. This company is a joke. Their employees are unprofessional. I don’t even give them one star, but I had to to write this review.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. We scheduled our son for a 6 hr driving course. They said they would set up his schedule to start driving in 24 hrs. A week goes by, no call. Next week my husband calls multiple times only getting a voicemail and leaves multiple messages with no call back following week I start calling. I actually talk to a person get so many stories from an instructor died, to an instructor quit with no notice, then speak to another person who told me they worked there for years and no one has passed away or quit. Said his supervisor would personally be talking over the driving lessons and would call me the following day to set that up. After that no one called, no one answered my calls. Late ok a Sunday, a month after we paid for the lessons they call to tell me they will no longer be trying to schedule him for his lessons with no reasoning at all and said they would refund the money and that was it. Horrible service very unprofessional and disappointing. Don't spend your time and money here it's not worth it. Now we have to find another place to take him driving.

Negative experience: First off the front desk has poor communication. Also I made my appointment for 9am and the said they emailed me my appointment for 1:30 in the afternoon and I drove up from Miami to get this part of my probation over with before the 90 days . They are extremely unprofessional and have no organization. Recommend the Miami lakes or doral location
