Fantastic experience: I am completely satisfied with this school especially with the staff. Rafael and Victor were my instructors and they are hands down the best instructors in the whole tri state area. I been to several schools and this is the first school that I felt comfortable and learned a lot. Rafael and Victor made me feel as if I was home. Fantastic experience: My name is Gilbert colon Jr, I was looking for a good driving school and elegant driving school popped up. I ended up paying for 2 classes and the road test. I started on the 12th and my road test was today at 2:30-3:00. I just received my results and I have passed my road test. I would like to thank my instructor Luis and the rest of elegant driving school for taking the time to show me the right way of driving. I highly recommend this driving school if you’re getting your license for the first time. Thank you so very much elegant driving school and I will be coming in tomorrow to thank each and every one of you guys in person.

Negative experience: I just went to this school. I am a person who is deaf. So the staffs or whoever work at elegant driving school are not even trying or willing to teach deaf person like me to drive. Most of deaf people can drive since wherever driving school they go to and they passed it. This school staffs or instructors should be open mind and willing to try to teach students who are deaf or hard of hearing to drive and apparently, this school is not. They can simply do lip reading or gesture like just telling us to go right or left, or stop or slow down or etc. It is simply gesture. It ain't that hard though but alright. I'll find another driving school that is willing to teach me to drive.

Fantastic experience: Elegant provided detail oriented instruction during my time with the driving school. I went for my CDL class B license and was successful on my very first try; everyone from the receptionist to the instructors, and upper management were very courteous and willing to help with any questions. Fantastic experience: In December, I didn't pass my road test, so I started looking for a new driving school. That's when I discovered "Elegant Driving School." I took five classes and my road test there, and I passed. Luis was my instructor, and he was excellent at his job. Even though I was a bit rusty, Luis helped me get back on track, and I passed my road test. Additionally, this school is more modern than the previous one I attended. They have an automotive system that sends reminders via text or email about upcoming classes. I would recommend this school to anyone

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Elegant Driving School for their efforts with the students and me specifically, I have got a great instructor Aniano Cespedes,the best instructor, he was patient with me, I’ve got all the supports from him to keep on going until the end. I wish all the best for students and instructors in school. My advice for school if they do guarantee classes like some other schools. For example there is one school at NJ, students only pay full package, and if they didn’t pass the exam, they let them retake the exam free until they pass or succeed. Some students at school Elegant quit from taking the road test for the second time because they can’t afford the money to retake it , or they should make a discount for students who paid for a whole package. In the end thank you very much for all the efforts we have received.

Negative experience: I tried this driving school in 2020. I didn’t have a great experience with this school. I had prior driving experience and needed the 5-hour class. I was paired with the instructor Shannon. I’m unsure if they are still an instructor at the school. Shannon was very hard to work with he was very condescending. I don’t recall how many classes I signed up for but he told me I needed at least 15 more classes. I’m not a cocky person but I knew I didn’t need 15 more classes. He also tried to take a picture of my permit and when I asked him the purpose, he claimed it was for the school records. I confronted him on it and took my permit from him reminding him the school had already has a copy of it. I was very uncomfortable and was glad my lessons were over and never returned to the school. The only positive experience I had with the driving school was the 5-hour class was online. This location is accessible via public transportation. I wouldn’t recommend this Driving School to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I GOT MY LICENSE!!! I'm so happy all it took was 1 time. I did take the 5 lesson package though and I been knew how to drive just needed some brush ups. But these people are great shoutouts to Raphael Jr, and Annabelle is the best driving instructor hands down if it wasn't for her I would've never got the parallel parking. I'll never get it wrong now all because of her.

Negative experience: Today was my first lesson which i was looking forward to with an instructor by the name of Frankie and it was the worst experience ever. He was putting my arm around me while i was driving the bus, he kept touching my hand while my hands were on the wheel instead of touching another part of the steering wheel and when he felt my hands, he said they were cold and he proceeded to hold my hand with both of his hands and then he went ahead and kissed my hand which is VERY inappropriate. He had asked me if my name was “Mami” and i told him it’s Valerie. After I got out of the bus and started walking to the bus stop down the block, he drove around the block and stopped the bus at the bus stop, got out of the bus and came to talk to me to tell me to walk to another bus stop blocks away and when i told him i felt uncomfortable and that i was waiting for my uber, he kept trying to convince me to walk to the other bus stop which was in the middle of nowhere as there are factories and warehouses all around with men. He had a lesson with another young female after me and i felt bad that i wasn’t able to tell her to be careful with him. With this horrible experience, i decided to change schools because on top of all of this, the manager raphael called me and said “sorry for the inconvenience” when i told him what happened and he went sneakingly telling the lady at the bus company that he’ll train me personally but he never said anything like that to me and he never communicated to the lady that he called me to talk about what happened. If you across any instructor whether it’s him or somebody else and they make you feel uncomfortable, PLEASE REPORT IT.

Negative experience: FAKE REVIEWS / PAID REVIEWS ⚠️ This School in the WORST DRIVING SCHOOL in the BRONX. The People in The Office are Unprofessional. They Play Around with your Classes (Instructors Late, Class Change Hours Before Class). Came Here for 1 Month of CDL A CLASSES (Never Shown Pre-Trip Inspection) Was Told The Day Before ROAD TEST was suppose to know PRE-TRIP INSPECTION (Never Shown). DID NOT PASS CDL CLASS A ROAD TEST With This SCHOOL. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND IF YOUR TRYING TO GET A CDL CLASS A.

Fantastic experience: Shout to both Anibell &Luis. I did a 10 driving lessons with the both of them then scheduled 2 more lessons the week if my road test. From the 1st day I got in the car to start my lesson to my 12th lesson the 3 of us could definitely see the huge improvement, &because of the teaching &the guidance of Luis &Anibell, I have to say that I passed my road test yesterday! Fantastic experience: 100% recommend this school for CDL class A trainings. I originally signed up with a very popular school in Astoria but I failed my first road test. Was referred to Elegant driving school and I have to say my trainings with Francisco prepared both my boyfriend and I so well we passed our CDLs. Thank you, Rafael, For setting up our road test date and trainings and Francisco for having the patience, the enthusiasm, drive and much knowledge to teach us all we needed to know. Learning double stick shift in just a few sessions is remarkable. Great instructor!! Fully recommend this school. *Enrolled in 12 sessions for cdl Class A. 10 Gears/double clutch

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write reviews but after my experience I couldn’t resist. I failed my road test two times before coming into this school and trying again. My instructor Luis was very insightful in the very small/ minor things I was doing incorrectly but was extremely explanatory with why it was important. He not only helped me correct those minor mistakes but helped me build the confidence to getting behind the wheel. As for the ladies in the office, ah man. They’re all amazing. One specific individual, I forget her name but could recognize her voice - went above and beyond my expectations not only with her great customer service but with her ability of getting me my last minute lessons & last minute road test before moving out of state. They mean business. Definitely worth the money. I recommend this school 10|10. I passed my road test 03/02!

Fantastic experience: my instructor for 10 lessons was anabel. i was so scared when i started driving but anabel helped me get over all my fears and kept me calm and confident. she worked with me and taught me the way i needed to be taught in order for me to really understand. she’d talk me through things hundreds of times until i’d get it right. i went into my lessons with zero experience and came out of it learning how to drive in just two weeks! i passed my road test on my first try thanks to her. 100% recommend her to anyone looking learn.

Negative experience: The first teacher I was assigned was awesome! She explained the rules of the road very well and was very encouraging. Then in the last few weeks before my test I was given another teacher who seemed like he couldn't care less. In my first lesson with him he literally grabbed the steering wheel from me to park the car! No surprise, I didn't pass my road test. Waste of money! Never going back there again.

Fantastic experience: I passed my road test today in 3 weeks and my first time today. It Annabella all the way, she is really good. It was a very informative and fun experience, instructor Annabella is such a great instructor. I get very anxious behind the wheel and she knew what to do to get me to relax and feel more comfortable on the wheel. She would give feedback when needed and praise when it was deserved. Very professional! and a really nice person overall. I learned a lot from her.

Positive experience: I like the staff at this school. The young man that sits at the front desk is very helpful and polite. He answers your questions with ease and treats your documents with care. The instructors that were the best for me were Luis and Gustavo. I am a nervous driver, and my anxiety goes to 10. Its so bad that I get lightheaded. These two are the best for nervous drivers because they talked to me with care and gave me confidence. The owner is also a nice man, and not to mention handsome. But he is professional and any issues that you have with staff, you can come to him and not get yelled at. Unfortunately, I left because the car they took me to on the road exam was beat up and the pedals were extremely sensitive. I ended up going to another school that had new cars and passed my test. I still recommend this school and I will probably be back when I try for my CDL.

Negative experience: The worst school ever, I came to this school because I thought it was the most affordable, first they tax like crazy when you pay. Second the lady there can't teach at all and she's very rude I didn't even bother to learn her name. I was here for a CDL and I ended having to YouTube and self teach myself because they don't do a thorough job. I barely passed my CDL because they were so inaccurate with what to do. Guys I know there's more expensive schools and this might be your last option but pls go somewhere else save yourself the troubles... this aint even the worst of it.

Negative experience: I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to share my experience with this school. I contacted this school to take my CDL class B with passenger endorsement road test and of course I needed lessons. I bought the 6 lesson package that came out to $800. On my first day my instructor was a female named Crystal. I'm fine with that until she start showing me the in cabin inspection. She didn't kno the names of some components in the bus which I found odd because she's an instructor. I said to my self ok it's possible to forget. Once we came outside to do the under the hood inspection she didn't kno the names of some of the components under the hood as well. She stated she will get back to me with the names. At this point I'm very frustrated because I've spent my hard working money on these classes. Not only did Crystal didn't kno her stuff she cut my lesson short by 20 min. She also told me she will send me videos and pictures so I can study on my own. I was very unsatisfied with my first lesson. I immediately called the school and spoke to the supervisor, who said he will give me the lessons from now own. Ok cool.. until this man was on his phone the whole time he was giving the lessons. That I had to scream at him to get off his phone. Guys you are better off going on YouTube and teach your self because that's exactly what I did. I studied everyday..all they want is your money DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! I took my road test and passed because of the hard work I put in...do you think they called to ask if I passed, or to thank me for being a customer NOT AT ALL.

Fantastic experience: Anibell teaches amazing !! , she will literally break down all the steps for you and teach you everything in the dmv book!! and she’s very patient and will make you feel comfortable when you’re driving, she helped me pass my road test

Negative experience: This driving school is NON helpful training CDL drivers. Instructors are late for lessons an the office don't pick your phone call up. They are very unprofessional

I took the 3 class package and Annabelle was the instructor and she gave me great tips and confidence. She is a great instructor and the pep talk from Mr. Frank on the day of the test help me pass with no errors. Fantastic experience: This is an amazing school!!! I went into the classes with zero experience at driving, but my instructor LUIS(who is the best) had a lot of patience with me. My instructor provided me with confidence, and when I made a mistake, he motivated me. I totally recommend this driving school.
