Fantastic experience: Thank you 24 hr , I took classes here and successfully obtained my drivers license after passing the test. I really don’t have words. I always wanted my drivers license but lived in a bigger city so I never needed it. I always waited for tomorrow to get it but tomorrow never came. I finally made a change and took classes. Now I needed it for more opportunities. My advice to you is get it as soon as you can whoever you are because one day you’re gonna want it. Better take the classes sooner than later .

Negative experience: Horrible place since April I had mad taken my driver license and when I go to the DMV to take the picture they said my information was not in the system so now I have to take multiple days off work to fix THEIR MISTAKE not mine. If they knew they were having problems with the system they should have emailed Talahasse beforehand now I have to come back and spend more time at the DMV. It shows a lot about their customer service skills

Negative experience: This is honestly the worst school I've ever taken classes with. Only one of my instructors actually helped me but everyone else just drove around with me and didn't teach me anything. The owner is also another super rude woman and kicked me out because I didn't allow the front desk to give me an attitude. I would never take classes here again because of them honestly. My mom paid $600 for 5 lessons where all I did was drive around and then even though I had a test scheduled for 1pm after my lesson they told me I had to wait up to an hour and a half to be tested. She didn't give me the test and didn't give me a refund. I would never come here if you actually want to get your license.

Fantastic experience: Great traffic school, I did my driving test with them, they had the best price and were very good. I had a quick lesson before my test which was great to understand what is the test like. all other traffic schools didn't have options of a quick lesson for people who already know how to drive.

Negative experience: I took the road test at this place and I failed. The thing is that the next day I went to another place and passed. it seemed to me that the old guy who examined me was unusually strict and he was trying really hard to make me fail. He was passive-aggressive towards me and just kind of rude. Regardless of whether I did good or not to him, he could've been more professional.

Negative experience: My boyfriend recently completed a road test at 24 hour driving school after a few lessons with a different instructor, and unfortunately, his overall experience was quite disappointing. I feel compelled to share my feedback to help others make informed decisions. My boyfriend took the same road test at TriCounty driving school (highly recommend) where he was treated with kindness, respect and fortunately passed. My boyfriend and I were very confident in his driving skills and it was just odd that he failed and was given no explanation as to why. At 24 hour traffic school we experienced: Inadequate Instruction: The quality of instruction left much to be desired. The instructor seemed disinterested and often provided minimal guidance. Poor Communication: Communication from the school was consistently subpar leading to confusion and frustration. Unpleasant Customer Service: Dealing with the customer service representatives was an unpleasant experience. They often seemed uninterested in addressing concerns or providing helpful information, creating an unwelcoming environment for students. This grumpy old man was the one testing his skills and he was absolutely awful.

Positive experience: Paid for the 5 1/2 course for my daughter and overall it was worth the money. You get 5 1/2 hours of instruction. 2 days 2 hours, one day 1 1/2 hours and the 30 minutes for the license exam which thankfully she passed. She had different instructors all 3 days. One of them stood out for her. Rolando. He's amazing, patient, put her on the road and gave her and myself good feedback and tips for her to follow. Thank you so much Rolando. Deyanira was great too. We'll back when it's my other daughter's turn.

Negative experience: Before you consider booking an appointment here, read thoroughly through the reviews. I was failed on my driving exam here after a 2 week period of practicing the concepts I was given with the 45 minute review I paid for to pass my exam. My tester was Nelly (also the owner of the place). While I did everything else perfectly, I was instantly failed on reversing due to slightly touching a driveway with my rear tire by accident. I was not informed I had to practice reversing at all, even though I had troubles with it the 2 weeks beforehand. I also had a poor experience during my 45 minute review. Instead of having a single person, there were two people in the car with me. They not only made me feel uncomfortable but they would also occasionally conversate mid review with each other and at one point fiddled with a touchscreen on the dashboard rather than paying attention to my performance and what I was having trouble with. Leaving out reversing on the review sheet even when I visibly had trouble with it was the key reason as to why I had failed my exam. I was also moved to a different location completely rather than the location where the review and where I'd assume the test would take place.

Negative experience: Simply put, if you value your money, time and proper business practices then DO NOT GO HERE. One hand does not know what the other is doing. I'll keep this short, Google Reviews exist for a reason, it's how we help each other as people to avoid businesses that either fail with their services due to ignorance or that have poor ethics. Our son was given a review sheet that stated he needed to practice the 3 Point Turn, Quick Stop and Parking. It's important to note that during his review there were TWO employees in the car with him having interpersonal conversations and during one of those conversations my son was practicing the "Driving in Reverse Test". Guess which maneuver he failed on his test today? Neither the 3 Point Turn, Quick Stop or Parking. Instead he was instantly failed because his rear tire touched a driveway during the Driving in Reverse Test. Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews. Notice that only 1 employee is given high praise, notice that an actual employee left a negative review mentioning why they quit. Read about why they quit and you'll understand why we regret not reading that review prior to taking our son there. Negative experience: The worst experience for our teenage daughter and the family. The person in charge of the driving test, a female, has horrendous customer service and overall people skills. She got visibly upset at my husband for politely asked her a question about how to go about getting the license after the test. She was rude. My daughter witnessed the interaction. During the test itself she was unpleasant, swirling her drink, making her very uncomfortable. She failed her, making her nervous, even though the pretest offered by a different employee went smoothly, and my daughter is a good safe driver. I strongly feel like it was unnecessary and unfair. Will contest the charge and, hopefully, never return to this place.

Fantastic experience: Execelent service I did all of my process from the drug and alcohol course all the way to driving classes and practice exam, Deyanira was my instructor and she helped me and answered all of my questions, during all of my lessons she make sure I understood what she explained and make sure I was comfortable, I would recommend this place without any hesitation

Negative experience: I would not recommend this office and my biggest concern is the lack of feedback. My daughter has a learners license and we’ve driven aplenty. I still paid for their 2 hour session. Both sessions were with the same male trainer. Feedback: “She’s great, she did fine.” In a nutshell. Second session: no feedback. Just a paper outlining the exam. The examiner for the exam said my daughter failed her drivers license exam because she didn’t use her turn signals enough, but all else was fine. Ok, great fine and dandy. My daughter did nothing different from those two sessions that were paid for with YOUR TRAINER. No one is justifying a lack of turn signals, but again, she performed exactly the same in the exam. If you’re in the business of offering sessions in exchange for money that includes 2 sessions and the exam, me being the trainer and hopefully doing my job, would cover any and all details I observed as a trainer. Because this is a business right? For exchange for services that apparently were not provided. A simple “she did great, she’ll be fine” is not gonna cut it knowing very well she will fail for lack of “not enough turn signals used”. I mean seriously; take YOUR job seriously or find something else to do than to waste my time and my money. My daughter drives better than 75% of the people in Miami. If people with Learners Licenses are failing after taking YOUR CLASSES what does that say about YOUR SERVICES! Get a clue! Just a brief update: My nephew paid for the same services. Classes and road test at Tricounty Traffic School also in Hialeah and what do you know, he passed today with no issues. Because, you see, that's how it works. Customer pays for services, etc etc etc. For a certain level of services. And if you fall short of that, customers like myself, will look else where that's worthy of my money and time.

Fantastic experience: Really happy that I went to take my driver’s exam here! I had some prior knowledge to driving but my instructor Deyanira cleaned up the areas where I was rusty in. She really taught me the technicalities and tips to help me pass my exam. Truly I needed this and I wouldn’t have passed.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience. I brought my niece here for her driving exam and am extremely impressed by the service we received and the professionalism. Melissa and her staff were very knowledgeable and kind. The academy is set up for computer exams, videos, and even have multiple cars available for the driving test. If i could give them 10 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: Loved this driving school! I did the 6 hour driving course to get a feel of the road before doing my exam. Alexis was my driving instructor and he was amazing. I felt relaxed and calm thought the driving lessons, he taught very well and would encourage you to not give up. I did 3 classes of 2 hours each. The day after my last driving lesson, I did my driving exam with Melissa and didn’t feel nervous at all she was very kind and understanding. I over all love this school and will recommend it to all my friends! Thank you for everything!

Negative experience: What a mistake this was to ever go with this company. They are rarely available by phone and whem I get someone on the line, it is nothing but confusion and stress to get any help.The first red flag was when the instructor showed up over one hour late on my child's first lesson and didn't even bother to apologize. I tried getting my money back because something told me this would not be a good experience, and after seeing the condition of the vehicle they teach with, concerned me. I was told that they do not give refunds and only a credit. They refused to refund me and so I was stuck with my child having to take lessons from them. He blamed the office for double booking him. In the end my child did not learn anything useful. I had to teach him the proper techniques myself. All I have experienced is pure frustration from their extreme lack of professionalism, rudeness and non-existent customer service. Update: I updated this review after miraculously the company now has time to read and respond to reviews, but not answer the phone nor respond to messages sent to them. My comment seemed to have offended someone, so they now can dedicate time to a rebuttal. Clearly, I did not have an issue with my child not passing the first exam. I was not upset at the company that my child did not pass. Nothing in my written correspondences suggested I was upset for my child not passing. I wouldn't want my child to get a licence if my child has not earned it. They must be mistaking me for some other unsatisfied customer. I was frustrated because I made several attempts to contact them, by phone and messages to schedule the initial test and when someone finally reached out to me by text and I was able to get a date and time, confirmed, they then canceled it and refused to work with me in scheduling a date and time that is convenient. I have the original messages saved to show if this company has the time to continue to go back and forth with meas it seems that they have a dedicated staff member who looks for online reviews and responds to them. This person's assumption/ false statement about me being upset that my child didn't pass only proves to me that this company refuses to take accountability for their shortcomings, and seek to find excuses to blame the customers like me. I asked for a retest and they canceled the retest and when I expressed my frustration and asked for guidance in helping me reschedule, the representative texted me "good luck" with getting help from another company. Thanks 24 hour driving school for showing your true colors and yes my child will be taking the retest at a reputable place. I just dodged a big one. Should have trusted my instincts from the get go.

Negative experience: This is the worst place I could have ever contacted to get my son's license. Not only did I pay over $200 for a service that I never received, but I was treated extremely poorly and disrespectfully. I went in 2020 for my son's license but due to the fact that he needed to have his learner's permit for a 1 year first, we were unable to do the test. I was assured that we could come back the next year as everything was already paid for and he was going to be able to take the final exam. Well (1 year later), when we go for the appointment they confirm once again that everything was fine and the information was in the system, and gave me an appointment. The day comes and there I was waiting for 1 hour before I found out by chance from an instructor I came across with that it had been cancelled and I didn't even receive a courtesy call. When that same instructor so nicely gets me someone on her cell phone (because the office was closed), they just tell me they were at a different location and to send an email if I had any issues or complaints (just like that). Even the instructor commented that I had all the right to be upset and it was not the first time that something like that happened to clients. To make the long story short, they give me a second appointment and when I called to confirm the day before, they tell me that my case was closed so there was no appointment and I needed to pay for the services all over again to take the test as it had been a little over a year since I had made the initial payment. On top of that, after expressing my indignation and asking for my $ back, the manager/owner herself dared to say she would call the police if I went to the office. Mind you, I have proof in writing from this same person from a year earlier confirming that all was good and clear in their system. Please beware of this place and the manager. I have never felt so disrespected, or received such a poor service and gone through such an stressful experience from beginning to end as I have with this people. Do yourself a huge favor and go to another place.

Negative experience: The driving instructor was 3 hours late and I couldn’t even ask a question because she said she was in such a rush, there was no one in the shop while we were waiting the 3 hours for the driving instructor so we couldn’t even ask how long it would take we just had to wait and hope she was coming soon.

Fantastic experience: Went in, did the review and did everything that was on the exam. When it came to take the exam, the examiner was very nice, professional, and social with me. Described what I had to do and made sure to ask me if I had any questions before doing the maneuvers. Definitely would recommend to everyone I know who is going to take their test!

Negative experience: I write without prejudice. Bad experience with them. I took a test with them and passed. Waited impatiently for my learner license for almost two months to come from Talahassee. As soon as I received I went to DMV to get my Class E License. The DMV woman says I have bad news for you" I said what? She said you are being randomly selected to retest at the DMV. She also said that this driving school is supposed to tell you that. We do not completely recognize these driving schools so we can randomly ask their students to retest. When I called the school to refund because I was not informed I was met by with a rude lady. I said I spend almost 250 dollars in lesson and test and another 100 in getting there by Uber because they do not offer pick and drop in Davie. I wanted to tell her that I do not want a refund. Instead if she can just arrange a car with one person 21 year plus to sit in it while I take my test at DMV. She said you have to come humble. Also she said she is done with me on the phone and I should just email her and she will have her attorneys look into it because I had signed the paper before i took the test. So in a way she was giving a lawyer threat and also telling me I signed a paper. How would I know that there is such a clause in the paper because when you enter the office they say this is our form sign it and just go outside to the car. So they do not give you time to read the paper because they say its time for your lesson and bla bla. Only if they had told me verbally that the DMV can ask to restest you then I would not have wasted my 350 Dollars in ubers and lessons and test fee. I would have straight away requested them to provide a car and gone to DMV for testing. I was met with very bad attitude. They need to verbally inform customers. If i knew I could be asked to retest then I would have chosen to test at DMv in the first place.

Negative experience: I signed up for the driving test online and paid immediately on the website. When I arrived for the scheduled meeting, no one was in the office. Someone came in half an hour. But they didn’t take the exam because they didn’t sign me up. They refused to return the money. I had to contact the bank with a statement of fraudulent activity. Lost time and money.
