Fantastic experience: Great experience overall, I had the fully loaded plan and was able to meet multiple incredibly helpful instructors like Brandon who fast tracked my learning process when I was new or T who taught me how to follow rules and be safe from other Philly drivers and Armani who taught me how to control my speed and be safe on highways. Everyone there was delightful and are the reason I am now a licensed PA driver.

Fantastic experience: I passed my road test here about 2 weeks ago. I worked with T and Brendan. I had a very good experience with both of them. They were very patient and really taught me how to drive. I did not get much practice on the road outside of the lessons that I took at Driven 2 Drive. I passed my road test on the first try. The instructor was very calm and patient, which greatly contributed to my lack of nerves during the day of my test. Overall, I would recommend this place to any new driver.

Negative experience: I purchased some lessons and a test at your driving school, but because I can't see out of one eye, I couldn't take the test and asked for a refund. The people who were at the driving school that day told me that it wouldn't be possible to take the test because the driving school didn't have an adapted car and they told me that the money would be refunded. To this day, the money hasn't been sent to my account and I would like to know what I need to do to receive the refund.

Negative experience: The management of this establishment is embarrassing. I arrived for my drivers test and they didn’t assign a proctor to give me said test. I then waited for over 15 minutes while multiple driving instructors waited around and did nothing. Throughout my driving lessons, scheduling and rescheduling lessons, and calling their office in general, has been a pain. The office staff is incompetent, and their management is laughable. I recommend not coming here.

Fantastic experience: after failing my first test because of a bad experience at a DMV going to driven2drive was one of the best decisions I’ve made. With my friendly instructor and examiner, passing my license test on my second attempt was stress-free and really helpful. I loved it here if you’re feeling anxious or stressed about taking your test come here they are so supportive.

Positive experience: Best place for driving classes! I am from India, where the traffic rules and steering side are different. I initially found driving on Pennsylvania roads confusing and lacked confidence. More importantly, it was my first time driving a car. However, the instructors at Driven2Drive were amazing! They taught me very patiently, helped me navigate the challenges, and provided excellent driving tips. Boom!!!!!!! I PASSED the test! Thank you so much for helping me with the great task of DRIVING!

Fantastic experience: After two lessons and one failed road test, I passed on my second try!!! I had Mike M as my instructor for my first two lessons. He was great! Mike was patient and informative and made me feel comfortable. I took my first exam with Sarah(i believe that was her name), I fell short on parking, automatic fail and had to reschedule. I rescheduled the Day of Test package which offers the 30 minute refresher before the exam. I had Brenden as my instructor for my 30 minute refresher who gave good points and instructions on driving especially making turns. I lucked up and had my guy Mike as my examiner for my test. I was relieved cause I felt more comfortable, not too comfortable cause it was still a test. The test was quick and smooth and I ended up passing. I am very appreciative of the staff at Driven 2 Drive for their expertise and kindness. A little bit pricey, lol but well worth it. Thanks again!

Negative experience: I recently visited Driven2Drive to take my driving test, but the experience was marred by rudeness, bias, and a lack of professionalism. *Issues with the Test Experience:* 1. No familiarization time with the vehicle: I was not given the opportunity to get accustomed to the vehicle before the test, which put me at a significant disadvantage. 2. Lack of transparency: The company failed to inform me that I would be using their vehicle for the test. As someone only taking the test (not paying for lessons), I was unaware of this and felt unprepared. 3. Disorganization: Despite arriving an hour early, I was made to wait 25 minutes, and then another person was allowed to go ahead of me. *Unprofessional Behavior:* Edward, the instructor, displayed unacceptable rudeness and bias throughout the experience. After politely pointing out the scheduling error, he seemed to develop a chip on his shoulder and failed me. I believe this decision was unjust and influenced by his attitude. *Concerns:* - Favoritism towards customers paying for lessons over those only taking the test - Lack of transparency regarding vehicle usage - Inadequate time for vehicle familiarization - Unprofessional instructor behavior *Would not recommend* To potential customers, especially those only taking the test, beware of the potential biases and lack of transparency at Driven2Drive. Fantastic experience: For anyone who thinks they’re too old for a driving lesson, take a moment to consider after reading this. I am 22 years old and a huge car fanatic. However, I never had the chance to learn how to drive stick and always wanted to. After thinking about it, and the shopping/dumb spending that usually takes place during times of needing leisure… I realized it’s more important to learn something and enjoy it long term, like I was able to today. And let me tell you, I had a lesson today and I’ve never had more fun in my entire life. The ride, the conversations, and more importantly, what I learned was far beyond what I could’ve expected. Thank you to this entire location… and driven2drive, give that man as many raises as possible after the masterclass that was my time and money spent today

Negative experience: do NOT recommend going here at all. overpriced, takes your money, horrible employees, and BAD instructors. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! if you’re in philadelphia, go to pennsylvania driving school and they are MUCH nicer, friendly, and not to mention, way cheaper.

Negative experience: terrible experience with customer service, wouldn’t refund me unless i took down my previous review (keeping it up so people can see this). this is very disappointing.

Negative experience: this place is money hungry. insanely terrible customer service experience from their manager Sarah. i realized my schedule wasn’t compatible, so I asked for a refund. they then replied to me 2 weeks LATER and told me that i requested the refund too late even though I requested it less than an hour after (finding out my schedule didn’t work). this is a scam and i lost $200 for a lesson i am not even able to attend.

Negative experience: My 21-year-old daughter needed a little bit of instruction and a road test from driven2drive. Due to trying to get this in a tight time frame we had to schedule the first two at Oaks and the second one, as well as the road test, was in Bala Cynwyd. The two lessons at the Oaks branch were with Gerald and he was calm, peaceful, and said after the first lesson that she would be able to pass the test no problem. When she went for her third lesson at Bala Cynwyd she was assigned Mike. We had not looked at the reviews or else we might have been prepared. During the road test he was very condescending and his comments were unhelpful at best. At one point she came to a stop, looked both ways, and since no one was coming, pulled out. He asked her if she had the right of way. She said no but there was no one coming. He then proceeded to lecture her on the fact that she did not have the right of way as if she had done something wrong. He grabbed the wheel a few times. He was very negative, curt, and critical without giving instruction. In another review the person was told that is just his instruction style. That is not an instruction style, that is putting someone in a position where their mind is too distraught to absorb knowledge properly. When he told her to take a turn, she asked if it was the street coming up for clarity and he proceeded to talk over her and got angry and loud when she wasn't slowing down because she was unaware it was the closer turn coming up. He then proceeded to tell her that if she missed a turn then she would fail the driving test, and this was only five minutes into driving. When she would make small mistakes, he would tell her she would never pass if she drove like this. At one point, she went one mile over the speed limit and he asked her for the speed limit and then pointed to her speed and told her very strictly that she's speeding and it's extremely dangerous, and you can't do that when it was only one mile over the speed limit. After all of this she was very close to tears and thought that she would fail the road test. She took the road test immediately following her instruction with Mike with a different person who was previously assigned to do it, it was over relatively quickly, absolutely uneventful, and done with professionalism. I cannot stress enough how bad Mike is as an instructor. For this reason alone I would not recommend the Bala branch. Driven2drive seems like a fine establishment but Mike needs to be educated or fired. If you do need to use driven2drive I recommend going up to Oaks. Gerald up in Oaks made it a better experience for my daughter.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with Driven2Drive. They are a very patient and professional driving school. The instructor taught me parallel parking in a few simple moves that was very easy to master. That really helped me pass the test and get my license! I highly recommend this driving school to anyone that needs driving lessons or wants to take their road test.

Positive experience: Our first testing did not go great and unfortunately the instructor was not nice at all screaming at my child the entire time. I left a negative review and was contacted shortly thereafter. After having a conversation with Sarah (supervisor) we rescheduled my child’s drivers exam. Sarah was wonderful with me and my child. She told me directly my child drove perfectly and told my child there was no reason that they failed her the first time. Brendon was the first tester and unfortunately after speaking to many people he seems to be the issue here. I would strongly recommend having anyone other than Brendan teaching you or your child. Other staff members here seem to be wonderful and patient.

They were very knowledgeable and genuinely invested in answering all the questions. Scheduling was a breeze. They accommodated my hectic schedule like no one else. Negative experience: Long review: Don’t use this service if you actually want to get comfortable on the road driving and doing specific things like expressway driving. Rude instructor and not transparent business. Left in tears. I booked 3 lessons and a road test since I’ve seen their cars on the road and thought it was reputable. They want you to pass the test, but they cheated me out of the time I paid for. It wasn't a bad experience until the last lesson where I took the driving test and passed. I felt that the instructor was rude and condescending. The guy teaching me, Mike, has me get in the car, tells me to adjust my side mirrors and he immediately starts backing out. I ask if I can adjust my seat and rear view mirror and he looks at me as if I’m crazy and says we’re backing out right now. I ask how to adjust the seat and all he says is push down. I wanted to ask where all the features are on the Mini Cooper since I’d forgotten about them since my last lesson, and he says “you need to know this already” in a frustrated tone, like yeah I do, that’s why I was going to ask! Tried reversing but couldn’t get a good grip on their gearshift since the button part was visibly broken/just hanging on. He said, “You’ve had two lessons? Are you sure?” in a very condescending tone. At that moment I knew that this business couldn’t care less about the drivers. Went around the neighborhood then took my test, which was very easy. I ask the manager, Robin, for more time since the whole thing only took about 40 minutes, and I paid for 2 hours of a lesson plus the road test. She tells me that their way is to go around the testing area for a bit and then take the test. Im like, so where’s the rest of my 80 minutes? I want to practice merging on the expressway since I only did that a little but am not entirely comfortable. Was told fine, Mike’s gonna take you out. I get out and he says he has 20 mins with me around the neighborhood (this is after I told him I want to go on the expressway). I’m like ??? He says drivers need at least 4 lessons before even stepping foot on the highway. Well that’s not what the package description said. Tried talking to him about the time I knew I was owed but no cigar. Anyway, I went around the block for 35 minutes. When I come back I ask for a partial refund and got denied. The manager told me I should buy another 2 hour lesson and get $40 bucks (what I wanted refunded) off. Haha that’s funny. She says if they had drivers do a full 2 hour lesson and then fail the test from anxiety it would be bad. I think if you had a full 2 hour lesson and fail then it means you need more practice! She doesn’t care about your anxiety and excused my instructor’s comments as his “teaching style”. I still have 45 minutes of driving owed (manager doesn’t think so, counts me waiting in the “lounge” as driving) but I will never go back there. I should’ve known something was up when during my first lesson my instructor had me stop at a Wawa for him to use the bathroom and he came out 10 minutes later with snacks/drinks. Not everyone here is bad, I had a great experience with T during my one lesson. He explained steps well and did not make me feel bad about any mistakes. If you do select this service and are a new driver who might struggle with anxiety or people putting you down for not knowing things, do not request Mike. He will make you feel bad for not knowing how to instantly operate their gearshift that’s visibly falling apart. Manager says I should’ve communicated about what I wanted and separated the lesson and road test. That if I actually wanted the driving time/lesson I paid for I should’ve said so up front. Lol. Im laughing but not really, I was actually crying and left in tears due to my instructor’s comments and the manager not caring. Not a single apology from her either. The service is pretty pricey and I left with a license but feeling scammed. They’re a business that only wants your money but please, if you want to learn to drive, go somewhere else. Especially teens/young adults like me.

Fantastic experience: Didn't get my license under I was 33. Signed up for the 3 lessons and the test and they did not disappoint. They fit in my appointments for lessons way faster than the other schools I reached out to and the instructors were all extremely insightful and helpful getting me comfortable on the road. Passed the test on the first try. Would highly recommend for any adults getting their license later in life.

Positive experience: For some reason I was tested in a Tesla I did fail because I made a mistake in the parking to be fair, but I was referred to this place because I heard they test you in a small car. I don’t know if that’s how they plan things in order to get people to reschedule or not but when scheduling a road test ask for which car you will be testing in I have no problem with the place and I hear they offer great service but just ask before you schedule the test.

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I had. I took the $175 lesson + test and it was absolutely worth it. The instructor was very patient with me and taught me how to work on automatic cars (as I had experience only with manual). I passed the test after and it was a great experience.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional my appointment was at 12 I was sitting there for about 30 minutes before I started. The girl act like she didn’t know what time my appointment was when I walked in I told her. Don’t recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: By far one of the best driving experiences I had. As a over thinker, I naturally freak out when it comes to the idea of a driving test. It was a real surreal moment, the instructors are really nice, knowledgeable and, patient. Emphasis on their patience It’s like a real homy vibe, it’s seems family oriented which means they want you to pass. Plus gives you the tools to pass, and you don’t feel pressured. If anything the instructors are great at making you feel confident even if you didn’t have any going in. I would seriously recommend driven 2 drive.

Fantastic experience: TLDR - Hybrid package; Smooth booking, practicing and testing process. Highly recommend. I took the Hybrid package (2 hr practice with road test) at the Bala Cynwyd location and the service was great! I was able to book an appointment really easily and I did it on the phone with Lauren. Managed to get an appointment slot for a week later. Only had to take my permit with me to the center. I had T as my instructor, who was very informative, positive and patient throughout. They go over anything you want in particular too. So I took my time asking about the controls and practicing parallel parking a couple of times. We practiced for about an hour and a half and then I was able to give my test. Technically the package was for 2 hrs but the instructor asked if I felt ready and was comfortable to take the test and I was so I asked to take the test. My test instructor, Armani, was very kind too, which really helped with the nerves. It was hassle-free to be able to use their car and get familiarized with it before I gave the test in the same car.

Negative experience: This place is a sham. Don't trust them. i think there is only 1 person that works there. I cancelled my driving test within the 24 hours as posted on their website to receive the refund. That was on 10/2. It is now 10/20 and still nothing. The person on the phone pretends to speak to a supervisor but I was never able to speak to one personally, all information was second hand. I was told I would receive a refund through email and repeated phone calls. Then, today I was told that they didn't even have my correct payment method. They are very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for driving tests.

Fantastic experience: Great place! I did three lessons and then took the test. My driving instructor Edward was great and staff overall helpful.

Negative experience: I paid for a 30 minute driving refresher before my Road Exam and was given a 10 minute loop around the block, then sat in the location’s parking lot for the remaining 20 mins, waiting to parallel park. I don’t feel like what I got was worth the price, at all. Clearly a lot needs to be done to improve the reception/communication with staff. I called at 9 am, reception told me I could arrive at 1:00pm to begin my (1:45) appointment early, so after arriving at 12:55 it was clear then that no staff were available. She assured me that in five minutes someone would be free, and this continued until 1:50pm. I wasn’t driving until 2:05pm. The lack of courtesy and care for honoring my appointment was apparent, as they take personal calls while the location’s phone is ringing and going unanswered. I took time out of my work day to come early and it was later than it should have been in the first place and even then they were not apologetic, just a rude “ready to go?”. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional this place was, kudos to the driving instructors to there who do care because I certainly got a good 2hr lesson here. It is a shame they could not retain my business… won’t deal with that.

Fantastic experience: Really great place for lessons, I did the package with three lessons and took the drivers test after the third lesson. Mike M and Brendan were amazing instructors, they provided me with all the information I needed to pass the test and tips and tricks to be an overall safer driver. They also made me feel very comfortable and confident behind the wheel. I would definitely recommend this place and I would say to request Mike M or Brendan to be your driving instructor, they are the best!!!!

Negative experience: I took my road test and failed, if your going to use their services, the cars are really weird, they want you to use your turn signals when parallel parking also if your at a traffic light or stop signs and your making turns, beware, watch out because their turns signals goes out in 3 seconds so you have to make sure they are on before you turn, ive never seen turn signals goes out before you make your turns I think its a complete gag and prone to cause a FAILURE. Just go to the DMV. Don't waste your money paying $75 where it's setup for complete failure just for you to pay another $75

Fantastic experience: I give tem 5 stars because my experience was amazing ! 1st staff were inviting and professional. 2nd Acommadatin and timely appointment scheduling. I called them and I was able to get an appointment with in a week of making contact with them. I only took the driving test with him which was $75. The test and car was included . They use a mini Cruise Cooper which makes the task very easy . If you're worried about not being familiar with the car there are videos online they give you a view of the car that they use . Where is DMV hey wait times as short as 30 days out. My instructor gave clear and concise instruction. He was patient and kind. He even gave me a few tips to make me a even better driver . You can tell that he took really likes his job. Though they don't give you your actual driver's license card they stamp your permit which can be used as a temporary license until the DMV decides to either send you the license or a photo card to come pick up a license. The temporary card lasts for $120 days. But you can get right on the road after taking a test. I would recommend driven to drive to anyone who needs to take a test and doesn't have a lot of time to wait just to take your test. I will even recommend them to anyone who has no experience in driving and needs to learn just based off of my instructors professionalism and coaching. I am most confident that they can assist any new drivers with all of your needs and it's a One-Stop shop.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Mike M from Driven2Drive. He was my instructor for the second practice one-on-one 2 hour session. He gave me clear instructions and helpful feedback throughout the practice drive. He was also very friendly and professional. He made sure I understood the rules of the road and the expectations of the examiner. After my session with him I can say for certain I feel much more confident behind the wheel. If you get the chance to work with him you’ll come out more confident in your driving skills, especially when it comes to parallel parking and keeping the car in your lane.

Negative experience: This place charged me for a lesson they didn’t even schedule, and I was told I couldn’t get my $175 back because of the “no refund policy.” My instructors were ok, but I don’t like how schedules can get mess up and it’s still your fault. This place is a scam. Go to other schools and save money! Do it old school, and pay in cash at another place. That way they won’t rob you!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Driven2Drive was overall very good. I never knew to drive a car before. I booked Premium package with them (3 classes (6 hrs) and test). It was a good learning experience. It was a smart choice by them to go with MINI Cooper so that one can easily deal with parallel parking. I failed in the first attempt because i did two mistakes on the road. Again, I booked Day of Test package. Finally, I successfully passed the road test. Thanks to Driven2Drive...

Negative experience: The first time, they told me I was over speeding i forgot the name of female young instructor even if there is a sign of 35mph but I'm ran in 23mph , the second time they told me I was too slow while in the school zine Something is off, they advised me to enroll and pay 2 hours for a driving lesson which $175 per 30 minutes and $75 again for the 3rd road test to pass the exam. They should've told me about it at the onset though. If you not enroll the lesson you always fail and fail don't waste your money here

Fantastic experience: Super calm, and friendly instructors. I was really nervous and they got me through every lesson, confidently! I'm so appreciative. Armani really kept me call on the night driving and T had me driving on ths expressway with more confidence than I ever thought I would have.

Fantastic experience: Great place, good people. I paid for Day of Test - practice and test service. The instructor was a great guy and gave me some tips, pointers and really helped me out. The test was basically everything he showed me and I passed easily in the Mini Cooper. If you need to test quickly, I recommend doing it here, rather than waiting for weeks to get an appointment at the DMV.

Fantastic experience: Great service Pretty smooth from start to end, the instructor is a pro teaches very well and is kind person. Whatsoever doubt you have ask him he will resolve it. Examiner is very kind too Lastly, the cars the cars are in great condition everything on them works. If you are first timer or returning driver just want to practise and get the thing this is the right place. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I struggled for years with pretty bad driving anxiety and didn't think I'd ever master driving, but the instructors at driven2drive were really helpful with building my confidence, giving really concise feedback, and clear instruction. And also! the instructors have their own breaks on the passenger side of the cars so they can catch any dangerous mistakes and stop things from going crazy. They simplify intimidating things like parallel parking into easy steps that make them so much easier to tackle. I had 2 lessons and passed my test on the first try. I highly recommend them for anyone thats new to driving or even someone that just wants to feel more confident about their skills.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs. It's a scam. They're automatically going to fail you a few times regardless so that you will keep paying them $75.00 for every test, at least with the Bala location. Beware. If you don't need driving classes and you're thinking about using them just for the road test, don't. Go ahead and book your appointment a month out at the DMV and just wait. Don't let these people rip you off.

Negative experience: I had two lessons here, the first one went great, I had an excellent, patient driver. She was very thorough and helpful when it came to learning the basics. My second lesson was with a woman (named Elena?) who was increasingly rude and spent most of the time berating me. She would push on the brake, grab the steering wheel and wasn’t clear on directions at all. I’m disappointed because I would’ve preferred to do a driving test with D2D but I can’t recommend them to anyone and will have to choose a new place.

Fantastic experience: I took my drivers test today and passed my driver instructor Armani was very informative and was a understanding and respectful instructor i felt comfortable and it wad as easy as it can be I definitely recommend driven2drive.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience. I didn't even get to practice. I had 15 minutes of practicing. It does not state the amount of time you have to practice with the package. I had an hour session, the $175 package, the tester guy named Mike made me extremely nervous, he wasn't polite, very unprofessional. They canceled my original appointment the day before and rescheduled. I am very unsatisfied. A waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Love this place!! I e as nervous but they put me at ease. I hope I'm right with the names but T and Sarah is the best in my book. I felt really comfortable with them. Fantastic experience: Driven2Drive is the greatest! I purchased the 2 hour lesson plus road test in Bala. The process was low-stress and straightforward. My instructor Simon was laid back but informative. Wonderful teacher!! I would recommend D2D to absolutely anyone.

Positive experience: One of the few places in the area you can get your license aside from the DMV. The packages are a bit pricey. The 2 hour practice drive is super helpful before taking the test - they let you know what they’ll look for during the test. They’re particular about certain things - not going more than five over the speed limit, can’t have tires on the lines during the parallel parking section, etc. I’d also be prepared to have to learn the controls to a new vehicle- the cars they use have a weird gear shift and buttons.

Fantastic experience: They were so kind and polite. My instructor explained every single detail to me during the refresher session before the actual test. I could easily pass the test. Definitely recommend this center to everyone!

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Chris he was awesome at first I was nervous but he really helped me explaining things throughly and also just having a great personality they all are nice there but I give Chris 5 stars ! And I highly recommend driven2drive they are balm ☺️

Negative experience: I do not recommend anyone to go there. I just instantly failed because of tiny space of parallel parking without even getting my 3rd chance. Chris is a terrible instructor, he does not give clear directions and he nitpick at little things. Pls do not go here they take your money without even getting a chance too take your test. Fantastic experience: I just passed my driving test today (Hybrid plan) at the Bala Cynwyd branch. Chris was the instructor who made the experience as pleasant as he could. I was a bit worried about the parallel parking, but Chris gave me tips on how to nail it. Overall, it was a stress free day driving and testing. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: I found out about Driven2drive while looking for driving schools in my area. I was thankful to come across this amazing school. My instructor was absolutely amazing and he helped me over come my anxiety of taking my drivers exam. I’m so happy I found this school and I have to say if anyone wants to learn how to be a good driver this is the school for you. Their goal is actually to help people become great drivers. Best decision I ever made.

Fantastic experience: Driven2Drive is amazing, definitely highly recommend the driving lessons here. I purchased the package of 20 hours (10 classes) and passed the test after my 10th class. All instructors I had were amazing. Armani is very attentive to details, his instructions were helpful and clear, great guy, I am really grateful for his guidance and easy parallel parking tips. Simon, T and Patricia are also very nice and helpful. Love Sara at the front desk. This place is professional and warm, very pleased with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I had been taking lessons with another school but didn’t feel that I learned everything that I needed. I purchased the hybrid package and my instructor was Armani. He was patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and made me confident in the techniques that he taught me. I passed my exam on site first try. He was excellent in his teaching and could not be more professional.

Fantastic experience: I took my lessons at the Oak location(recommend this one, you get to drive a Tesla). Only needed two lessons and passed my drivers test with ease. Overall the experience was helpful and got rid of a lot of my nerves and anxiety behind the wheel. The instructors give you a lot of tips and techniques for you to improve on and are very professional.

Negative experience: They take your money but do not have adequate driving instructors to prepare or help with getting you ready for the driving test. Would not recommend anyone to this driving school.

Fantastic experience: I got the premium package in July and had to wait about a month to start my 3 lessons. This school was great, I went from a nervous driver to a confident one and passed my road test at the school on the first try. Each of the instructors have different styles but they are all helpful and will improve your driving skills. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: They are great at teaching they made me feel so comfortable on the road. Every instructor I came in contact with was so nice and gave me great pointers to help pass the test. For the most part it was a great experience...just the scheduling wasn’t the best but they made sure to work with me to get plenty of practice to make sure I was ready to finally get my license

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this driving school to anybody that is willing to learn how to drive. Although some of the packages are a bit high. I had a good experience with driven2drive overall. They gave me the confidence I needed to succeed and with each lesson I took, I felt like I learned something new and different that I could use for the rest of my life. I passed my road test on the FIRST try after having only two lessons. I wish I remember the instructor name I had today but he was very cool and made me feel comfortable. He didn't even tell me I was taking the road test when I started until after I was done then congratulated me. They really prepare you at this place and I hope this office grows in size and with satisfied customers. Thank you D2D for your service!! Also I got my camera card from Penndot super quick. It came in a few days later after my road test

Negative experience: The instructor Bill was great, but I found that the office staff are not good. I booked for two lessons. My first lesson went smoothly. Then my second lesson was cancelled a few days before because they had the car trouble. I asked them to book me as soon as the car was ready, but they didn't do it, and I never got a call. I had to call a few times, explain what happened to them (they should know), and got myself rebooked. On the day of the lesson I went to the practice location in North Philly, with a rented car (which I had to pay), and I was told that they didn't have a car ready, and my lesson got canceled. I called them and messaged them multiple times to reschedule my lesson but no response after a few weeks. Stay away if you don't want to suffer horrible service.

Fantastic experience: I was super nervous to go driving at first but as soon as I did it I didn’t mind it at all. Moe was my instructor and he made the experience more fun. He helped a lot with different things I didn’t know and I really enjoyed it.

Fantastic experience: They are the best in the area. Staffs are very friendly and very professional. Instructors are extremely nice, helpful, and well experienced drivers. Scheduling the appointments for the lessons and the road test was super easy. They are extremely flexible with scheduling and the locations. I was able to reschedule one of my lesson just with one phone call. I did 3 lessons and the road test right after the last lesson. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this driving school. My instructor was Mike (at the Brookhaven location) he was absolutely amazing. I had two lessons with him and the experience was truly awesome. he was able to provide me with multiple ways to make me feel comfortable when it comes to parking and just overall being a new driver. he even gave me the extra motivation I needed, thanks Mike!!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this place! I'm 32 and was terrified of driving because my anxiety always gets the best of me. However, Sophie kept me calm and did a wonderful job with teaching me how to drive. After my second try, I finally passed my drivers test!! Thanks to Sophie I'm now comfortable driving.

Positive experience: My experience with the instructors themselves was great. Craig at Bala Cynwyd was a great teacher, as was the gentleman (whose name I’m blanking on) I did my final lesson and test with at the Oaks location. There was a mishap in scheduling, where my road test was never actually scheduled, when I thought I was taking it after my second lesson at Bala Cynwyd. Turns out that location no longer does testing at all, so I had to rearrange my schedule and drive an hour away to the Oaks location for my second lesson and test. I passed though and had a positive experience during my lessons. Due to COVID the test was modified so that there was no instructor inside the car. He stood outside as we worked in the parking lot. I appreciated this, but the receptionist wasn’t wearing a mask and the car wasn’t sanitized in between students.

Negative experience: So I was driving home from a leisurley walk, and while I was on Dekalb Pike in King of Prussia, I had noticed that one of their cars with a driver in, was talking on their cell phone. I honestly hope that the instructors aren't teaching this extremely bad habit to their students as cell phone accidents cause more deaths than drunk drivers.

Fantastic experience: My recommendation would be to request either Jon and/or Sophie. I had the best experiences with these instructors. They were both, friendly and professional. Jon's temperament was one that made you feel at ease and comfortable behind the wheel. He was great at helping to calm my nerves. Sophie helped a lot with helping me to gain confidence as a driver. I learned a great deal from both of these incredible instructors. I passed my road and I believe that I am a parallel parking pro at this point. Thank you!
