Fantastic experience: I am editing my review, based on owner response, after an initial misunderstanding on my part. The owner was responsive and truly concerned, and went the extra mile to make sure my concerns were addressed. Character speaks volumes... I would do business with this company again.

Negative experience: its taking me to a slot gaming site, how long should it take to receive the certificate?

Fantastic experience: Great course! Very informative! And the customer care was phenomenal! I definitely recommend it! Being able to start and stop was very important to me because it is hard to focus with kids and distractions!

Fantastic experience: Best service and not expensive, it took me around 6 hours(4 breaks of 15 minutes). Videos are good and informative. Great customer service, Christian Henry Fajardo was really helpful, respectful, professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I took this course and noticed I made a mistake when choosing the court information so I emailed Christian and he emailed me my certificate with the correct court information super quickly!

Negative experience: I have tried multiple times to get in contact with this place but no one has reached back out or even answered the phone. When you call and push the numbers it just hangs up. I paid for my certificate and driving record to be emailed to me as soon as I was finished with the course and as of today I still haven’t received it. I now have to pay AGAIN to do it on a different website so I don’t end up in court. It literally looks and feels like a scam website so beware.I will also be disputing the charge on my card since they did not hold up their end of the transaction.

Negative experience: I paid for this course and extra for the email delivery of my certificate. I never got my certificate emailed despite getting several other emails from this company and I cannot get in contact with ANYONE to help me solve my problem. I have tried contacting support via email, phone, and instant online chat feature on their website I cannot get in contact with a single person. I paid $30 for nothing.

Fantastic experience: amazing course, length and detailed and informative. The support team is amazing and prompt with responses. definitely recommend.

Negative experience: I paid extra money to have them send my completion certificate and other documents to the court on my behalf following the completion. I did not realize that they did NOT send the documents until it was too late, resulting in a conviction from the court.

Negative experience: The website on 1/16/23 says it is down for maintenance! Really? My teenager cannot log on to complete his course. We have called & no one answers. Left a message & no response. Should not be happening!

Fantastic experience: The website was easy to navigate. The lessons were easy to follow and the test was great! When I needed help with any questions before and after my test all I had to do was ask in the chat and was immediately helped. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Customer service responded to my request for a court name change in a very speedy manner. Plus they waived the replacement fee to redo it.

Negative experience: Wasn't clear that the driving record would be sent a whole week later. I tried calling the customer service number multiple times and would be put to voice mail, and no call back once I left a message, or just completely hung up on. Definitely would recommend another site to get defensive driving and/or driving record!

Fantastic experience: Really recommend Comedy Safe Driver course! I was procrastinating on taking it but once I started the course it was not bad at all! They make it very intriguing with funny clips and songs that make you actually pay attention! Communication with Christian and tech assistance went smoothly when needed in my time crunch to turn my copy in.

Fantastic experience: This course was easy to follow. The website was easy to navigate with detailed information. This is probably the most interesting defense driving course you'll take. It has clear examples with relevant videos that outline the facts. You can finish this course within a day or two. There are multiple choice questions between lessons and an exam at the end. You can always contact them with any questions and expect a prompt reply.

Fantastic experience: Out of all the different online defensive driving courses I considered, I felt this one was the most interesting. It was very easy to register and get set up. Everything is well organized and laid out for you. I was even able to finish this in one Saturday. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is required to take defensive driving.

I emailed a question and got an answer back promptly. Two years after taking the course, I was able to send a message to the website chat and get a copy of my completion certificate in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: The course was less expensive than other websites so I gave it a try. I have no complaints with this site. I received my DSC Certificate in my email 4 days after completing the exam. Very speedy! Christian, their online support, was available every time I visited the site and was very helpful. Quick and easy.

Had had a problem getting the certificate of completion before the court date so I used the Online Help Center and was put into contact with Christian. He was very professional and was able to resolved the issue quickly. Very pleased with the service

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this course for any Texas driver. My only issue was that not all videos automatically started with their page timers. It was an easy fix on my part to pause the course, start the video and then continue the course. So overall it worked out pretty okay on an iPad Air.

Fantastic experience: I took the course because I needed to after getting a speeding ticket. It was fast pace and I could do it at my own speed. I like how it gave a little review of everything. I also loved the fact that after I could not log back in, I could chat with someone and ask them what to do. They sent me my pdf of the completion so I would not have to retake the course. They are great and if you need to get defensive driving down they are the way to go.

Fantastic experience: It helps to have a refresher that makes you laugh. You remember it better and the audio can help reinforce information if you are not a visual learner. And if you encounter issues, they are great about responding.

Fantastic experience: I procrastinated until the last day to complete my DSC. The course was good with option to hear it or read it throughout the segments. I printed out the certificate which reflected the date incorrectly for the following day instead of the actual date I completed DSC. No one was answering the phone. The Chat service saved me! Christian had the certificate date corrected in seconds. I give 4 stars to the Comedy Safe Driver system giving the wrong date and keeping me on the computer longer than I wanted after the 6hr course. Christian's service was 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: It’s super straight forward and easy to complete. After about a week and a half of not receiving my certificate in the mail (thanks to USPS I’m guessing) I emailed their customer service representative and he was able to email my court copy. Great customer service if you have any issues!

Negative experience: I was told I would receive my certificate of completion in 3 - 7 days, it has now been double that. The customer service was useless, and I received no help. I attempted to log back in to see if I could retrieve something that would verify my completion of the class and was unable to.

Fantastic experience: This was my first course heck my first ticket ever and I’m 30 years old!!! I didn't know what to expect but it was definitely educational and I literally got done with the class and was giving everybody a ear full especially when they did something wrong while driving LOL! I won’t definitely be getting another ticket no time soon!!! the class was easy just with a kid in the background on every end needing and wanting things WHEEEWWWW! But I made it!

One time they accciently charged my CC 2x, it only took a few seconds for them to solve my problem and by the next day I had my money back. Then I chatted about my dads certificate not coming in the mail without hesitating they send it in the chat and email. No need to call or be on the phone for hours to speak to a representative.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to try something "different" for my defensive driving experience, but still from the comfort of my own home. Years ago, I had tried another company and had felt like it droned on and on, taking a span of days to complete mentally. Not so with this course! Other friends have told me of how un-funny comedy based defensive driving courses have been, but this one kept me entertained. Before I knew it, I was done with the class pretty painlessly and in one afternoon sitting!

Fantastic experience: This was a great on-line driving course. I received my first ever speeding ticket and was horrified and worried about the process. This made it much easier, than I had imagined. I had some good laughs during the breaks between sections and had a wonderful refresher course that helped me immensely since I hadn’t looked at the material for over 40 years. I was most impressed with how easy it was to get my questions answered by their on line staff. Courteous and professional.
