Fantastic experience: I took a few lessons with bay hill driving school and they were extremely helpful in making me confident with driving! aon my driving test day, I rented a car from them and they made me comfortable with the controls before getting into the test. I was very nervous, but they went over all the routes with me and I ended up passing. I highly recommend this school to any new drivers!

Fantastic experience: One of the best driving schools in Fremont.They are very co-operative & reachable.A class with JP the day before the test and an hour class before my driving test with Sahab, really helped me to pass the test. Sahab has explained me clearly, what the examiners look for during the test.Kumar at the front end desk is always helpful and reachable.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Bayhill driving school. I had Crash course just before behind the wheel exam with Jasniel. He was highly professional and very clear with his instructions to point put mistakes. He also was able to drive me through exam route and made me practise enough so that during actual exam the route did not felt new to me. I was able to pass my exam in first attempt. JP also boosted my confidence and gave good piece of advice just before exam which helped me staying positive during exam.

Tommy also communicated via text on his arrival to pick up my son. He was encouraging to my son and me since I am a very nervous parent. I only wish he’s available on the actual DMV test day. Fantastic experience: I chose the road test plus the 1 hour practice session. Instructor Veronica arrived on time and we started my practice session right away. As I drove, she honed my driving skills by pointing out the little details that I was missing that are required for passing the road test. The complexity of the road network around the Fremont DMV is ridiculous, but she showed me how to handle all of its quirks such as multiple close intersections, various types of bike lanes, off angle intersections, and forced merging/splitting lanes. Without her precise and consistent instruction, I really wouldn't have been able to pass this. Thanks Veronica!

Fantastic experience: I passed my test! I bought a package where you go with the instructor as well and they do an incredible job. My main instructor who taught me is named Hayat! he’s incredible at teaching and super patient!! Overall, the people at the front desk deal with you nicely and adjust you properly according to your schedule.

Positive experience: My first experience wasn't the best, I had to drive myself home in Stacey's car and it smelt very pungent to the point where I came home smelling like cigarettes. Although I didn't complain about her I thankfully got Tommy and he has helped me be more confident with driving. I appreciated his conversations and advice.

Negative experience: Looks like instructors are not interested in giving more lessons to the customers, because they kept telling me that I supposed to know everything by their third lesson and were getting upset with me. But don't I take lessons to get more comfortable? I would get more and more lessons with them but their attituded was unacceptable to me.

Fantastic experience: I got my license in my first attempt with Bay Hill. I had two instructors and did three classes as I had no experience driving a car before. I previously only held a motorcycle license. JP is a great teacher and if you get the opportunity to take lessons from him, you shouldnt think twice. I definitely recommend the school if you are considering taking classes. They have good, clean cars and patient instructors. I also rented the car from them for the drive test. They were on time and also helped me do a 30 min drive which eased by nerves before the test.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, rude, inconsistent Called to enquire about rates - receptionist said it was $620 for 10 sessions. Called again to speak to the owner, who went back on the deal and wouldn't budge from $640 ; to worsen things, he was rude and unprofessional, and said the earlier conversation didn't count as that person had left (this reflects on the organization as each employee represents the org), to take it or leave it as he didn't have 'time' for such conversations (RIP customer service!). Overall, left a bad taste in my mouth and wouldn't recommend them. Edit - To respond to your comment about prices being firm, I wish to remind you that being disrespectful to a potential customer is unjustified whether you can cater to their requests or not. Bad customer service means lost business, which is true in this case. Finally, you don't need to thank me for taking the time to review your org - I didn't do it for you, I did it for the people!

Fantastic experience: What a true blessing Bay Hill Driving School was for me. I had a small window to work with to take my test before I moved. My main instructor was booked out and also went on vacation, so I thought I would miss the chance to take my test. I found Bay Hill on Yelp and decided to book them for two things: 1. A two hour crash course in preparation of my test. 2. Vehicle rental for the test + 30 minute prep before. The two hour crash course was perfect. My instructor was calm, gave great instructions and made it so easy to feel comfortable behind the wheel. He was able to frame things that I needed work on in a way that I was able to process and internalize. By the end, he had me Feeling confident going into my big day. The day of my test, I met with JP at the DMV 45 minutes before my appointment. He walked me through the car I rented and what to expect for pre-test check (which was exactly how it went down, so I was well prepared for it.). Then we did some practice runs of the test route while JP very detailedly pointed out things I need to do and what examiners will look for during the test. Then he lined up with me until it was my turn. The entire time, he patiently answered any questions I had and it’s clear from my time with him that he loves what he does and genuinely does his best to make you feel as confident and prepared as you can be for your test. Long story long, I passed my test and JP and the Bay Hill Driving School team deserve credit even though I only took two lessons with them. As an adult going for their license, you deal with way more self-doubt and anxiety than your younger counterparts, but these guys were able to quell a lot of that in the brief time I worked with them. I can’t recommend them enough. Great instructors and even better people. Thank you JP and team!

Fantastic experience: I took a two-hour crash course with JP, and the experience was exceptional. The instructor was not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable. This crash course significantly boosted my confidence, enabling me to pass my behind-the-wheel test on the very first attempt.

Positive experience: My daughter had her driving lesson today. The instructor showed up on time but the car had check engine light on so they went back to the school to switch the car and waited for 10 mins. they did not get another car so they have to use the same car and after sometime the instructor realized that the car require gas so another 15 mins are lost in that. So in total it was a good driving experience but wasted almost 30 mins.

Fantastic experience: My driving exam was today and I passed on the first try. Teacher Stacey was my driving instructor and she was AWESOME! Correction after correction right from the get-go. Her goal is to make all her students confident and SAFE drivers and after my crash course with her, I felt a lot more assured about passing the behind-the-wheel exam. With about a week to spare, I practiced every day and made great efforts to heed all her advice. Fantastic experience: We used Bay Hill Driving School for our son's behind the wheel drivers education. They actually picked up the phone when I called since the option we needed wasn't on the website. They didn't make us wait forever for driving lessons which was also a plus. My son liked both of his instructors. They always confirmed the appointment a few days before and were always on time. My son said his instructors were very helpful and he just passed the behind the wheel test with a perfect score. You can't ask for anything better than that. If you have an exceptionally tall child I would suggest telling them since they showed up with a very tiny car and it was difficult for my 6'6 child to fit comfortably in the car.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Shahab, and had a wonderful experience. He taught me how to drive well, and instructed me on the route to where my test was (Pleasanton Stoneridge).
