During parallel parking practice, he taught me how to judge distances using reference points and patiently practiced with me until I felt completely confident. Fantastic experience: Having not been behind the wheel of a car for many years, I just took two, 2-hour lessons with Atlas to help me overcome my fears and brush up on my skills. My instructor was Mr. Khan—a born teacher if ever there was one. His friendly and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease and throughout the lessons he gave clear directions and displayed the utmost of patience. I felt I was safe and in good hands. Because I’m new(ish) to the area, I also appreciated that the lessons included a bit of sightseeing (e.g., Wethersfield State Prison, Wethersfield Cove), which added interest and in so doing, helped alleviate some of my jitters. A shout out to Melissa, in the office, as well. Her smiling face before my lessons was a welcome sight.

Fantastic experience: it’s a great school! florian was very funny and intriguing, and there were students there from all backgrounds and ages, felt very included. melissa at the front desk was super sweet and kind and got me into the class really quickly. mr khan spoke for a couple minutes and he gave us a nice speech and was also a great driving instructor for 2 hours!!

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience! 5 out of 5 stars. My instructor Mr. Khan is very calm, he is respectful and he makes sure that you feel comfortable when driving (he talks to you in a very calm and understanding way). Atlas driving school is very hands on. They make sure that they are readily available for you. They also work with your personal schedule to make sure you get in as much practice as possible. Melissa the receptionist is very warm and welcoming and gets you all prepared for your instructor.

Fantastic experience: I Passed My Road test today !!! 12/12/24 I started with Atlas Driving School in the second week of November with the goal of getting my license this month. Thanks to God’s guidance which lead me to one of the best instructor, Mr. Khan, I was able to achieve that goal today! Mr. Khan is an outstanding instructor he’s patient, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond for his students. He was available at all hours, even at times that seemed unrealistic, like 6A-8/9PM and made sure I was fully prepared for the road test. I also want to express my gratitude to Melissa, the scheduler, who was incredibly accommodating and worked with my busy after work schedule to fit in lessons. Fantastic experience: I did my driving school , drug and alcohol along with 2 hour driving for my road test with Atlas and the instructors Melissa and Sir Florian are some of the most kind, patient , funny , and knowledgeable people that I could have had . I feel any other driving school would have been inadequate within the greater hartford area and is perfectly located in Wethersfield and the one I attended in Hartford. Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience driving for the first time in the United States. Initially, I was a little apprehensive about getting on the road, so I decided it would be better to go with a driving school. Even though I have driving experience in my home country, I felt this would provide a smoother transition. The driving sessions were excellent, explaining everything from the smallest details to more complex aspects in a polite and patient manner. Mr. Khan was incredibly kind and made my first driving experience truly enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Complety satisfied with the staff and the driving instructor at Atlas. My daughter leaned a lot more from the driving instructor here than the previous instructor from a different driving school. The instructor was pleasant and knowledgeable. The staff were amazing. They were able to accommodate her limited time of only a week before her test. Once again I am very pleased with the customer service and experience with Atlas Driving School.
