Fantastic experience: Took the defensive driving course with Mrs. Harris and it was great! The instructor was well prepared, knowledgeable, and enthused to teach the course. Classes did require students to be present (ie not listening while driving or on the way to the gym, etc etc), which, in my opinion, is great because it requires you to actually be present and learn the material especially since this will help develop one’s driving skills. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very informative class that leads the students to look inward and evaluate their choices. Very helpful to adjust one's perspective on what is acceptable and what can lead to poor high risk choices. Christa Harris did a marvelous job of keeping the class engaged and ensuring all students were comprehending the source material. They should teach this class in High School!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed these classes and the teacher Mrs. Harris. It really opened my eyes to new knowledge I never knew and I’m just happy to have finished these classes and learn amazing new things I never knew about!

Fantastic experience: We took this six hour class to reduce our Insurance Premiums. Others were reducing points, Super Speeder charges, etc. We will save $700 each year for the next three years. The class is totally on Zoom. Ten minute break each hour and an hour for lunch. It's a long day but certainly worth it. Our instructor, Crista, was very detailed and entertaining. Conversation was light when possible and she engaged the students. Ahead of time you print out a five page worksheet so it is easy to follow along and highlight the important "test" questions as they are covered. At the end of the day the test is ten questions, True/False. It would be pretty hard to not pass the test. Within two hours of finishing the class you get the results and your Certificate. Crista spent a lot of time covering different violations and the number of points for those violations. And DUI's. How much alcohol can make you blow over the limit. It's not much! Her final point. "If you drink anything, don't drive anything." Excellent Class!

Fantastic experience: Crista was a great instructor. Very funny and entertaining and great at interacting with everyone. Her patience level was off the charts! The class has some interesting facts I never learned.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of attending an Online Defensive Driving Course and I loved it! The instructor was great she kept us engaged the entire 6 hours and I learned so much! I would recommend this company to each and everyone !!

Negative experience: I took the class online, Sat 2-10-2024. There were 4-5 of us who were taking the class solely for the purpose of reduction in insurance costs. The other 10-11 class participants were taking it to have their suspended license reinstated or to have points removed from their licenses due to receiving tickets for moving violations. The instructor did the best she could, but the first 30 minutes of the class was a total waste of time, in that she asked each person why they were taking the class so that the correct reason could be put on their certificate at the end of the class. That 30 minutes was ridiculous because some participants did not seem to know which response to give her about their reason for taking the class, so the rest of us just had to sit there until they could figure it out. This could have been handled during the online registration process by asking each participant why they were taking the class. Also, at the beginning of the class, the instructor repeated the class instructions over and over and over, such as participants must have their video ON throughout the class. These same instructions were provided when we registered and again via email. Yet, some people had to be reminded throughout the class. Next, the instructor wasted more time by telling a few of the participants that she had not received their signed contract. This contract was sent via email at least 24 hours before the class started and the instructions were quite clear that the contract needed to be signed electronically and submitted before the start of the class. This was not a difficult task, yet a few people could not seem to follow instructions and thus the rest of us had to sit and wait on them to figure it out. Honestly, some of the participants seemed high and were inattentive throughout the 5-6 class. We received a class worksheet via email 2 days before the class began. We were told to bring it with us to the class. But of course, some people did not. As we progressed through the mind-numbing class, the instructor told us which of the 10 questions on the worksheet would be on the final test. The instructor gave us the answers to each of those questions during the class. Some participants asked over and over which questions would be on the test and what the answers are. The instructor repeated herself over and over and over. It was maddening and a waste of time. It was like being in a class with people who had never done a video call and were simply unable to listen and follow the most basic instructions. The class could have been completed in half the amount of time. I took the class so that I could save $65 per year for 3 years in a row on my car insurance premium. This was a totally optional class for me. I have an excellent driving record and no points or suspensions. The class was a nightmare and waste of time due to the behavior and lack of cooperation of just a few people who have points against their license or suspended licenses. If AGLC would offer a class for those who only want cost reduction on their insurance premium, I might take it again in 3 years. But I will never take it with people who are being required to take the class due to their terrible driving record and their effort to get their license reinstated.

Negative experience: need to take a defensive driving class and called there this morning and asked about the Zoom meeting. The lady was hard to understand and when I asked about the 10-15 min breaks that she said something about she got frisky on the phone and said the instructor will tell you and did not answer my question clearly, so I took my business to Columbus Ga ONLINE class for Wednesday because I felt she was rather rude or in a hurry. Sorry but I just had a simple question.
