Fantastic experience: The instructor Terry is probably the best one here I mean I only had one instructor but just from day 1 I could drive far better. He taught me how to manage my anxiety while driving and that made my driving experience so much better.

Fantastic experience: My son could not find his course completion certificate the night before his driving test was scheduled at 8am. The certificate is required for the test. We called Trillium after 7pm and left a message not really expecting a response. Within 10 min they had emailed the certificate. Amazing customer service!

Fantastic experience: Lee was an incredible instructor who really took the time to get to know me and my specific driving anxieties. We had a great lesson!

Negative experience: I would highly recommend your “teachers” learn the rules of the road before you attempt to teach someone. When turning left, if you do not have a protected green arrow, you wait. What if I had gone straight, you would have been T boned and out a bunch of money!

Fantastic experience: I'm a first time driver, and I've had lessons before, but my experience with the instructors at Trillium Driving School has been the best! The driving instructor, Sherard, is very patient and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and he gave me pointers that have helped improve my driving skills. This driving school is worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I'm not one to make comments on Google, but I make a point of writing about this school. Considering that I am a foreigner, they were extremely patient with my English, both in practical classes and in customer service. I had some questions during the process, and ALL of them were answered immediately. It took me 3 weeks to earn my license including classes and the day of the test. I want to give a special thanks to instructor Corrie, what an incredible woman! She was the person who taught me how to drive in the USA, very patient, in the second lesson she took me on the road. I was very scared of driving in the USA, because everything is very different from my country, and after the AMAZING classes I feel safer and more confident, thank you Corrie, you are an incredible professional. Thank you to the customer service team, you were impeccable! Worth every penny!!!!

Fantastic experience: Tdy I had a driving lesson and it was amazing!!! My driving instructor was Terry and he’s great. He went through steps on how to drive and gave me detailed instructions on how to turn and etc. Not only that he was very patient and kind. After a bit I was able to drive on my own with ease. After the lesson I feel very confident that I can now drive on the road.

Fantastic experience: I had my lessons and road test with Ms.Karen. She was a great instructor who was kind and patient and brought a positive attitude with her. She taught me everything I needed to know for the road test to a T. I would definitely recommend Ms.Karen's help to anyone that is taking the road test.

Trillium personally called to make sure they were online and helped with any questions immediately first thing Sunday morning! The class is conducted by an energetic seasoned driving professional! Craig kept their attention and no child is left behind. Craig is thorough! I know my children are safer drivers with Trillium’s guidance! They actually care! Great experience overall!

Fantastic experience: Coach Sherard and I walked through parallel parking, driving straight in reverse/forward, reverse parking, and driving on highways. This was overall a wonderful experience and he shared great advice which made me more confident for my road test.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor, Justin Green, AMAZING!! The driving lesson was awesome. I got comfortable really quickly and he made the maneuvers look easy and they in fact were. He was also present at my road test and was very supportive. The customer service too were very helpful with my questions. Wonderful driving school hands down!

Hypes me up everytime I would park perfectly; if you need a driver instructor that Will make sure you're gonna pass, definitely go straight to Ms. Karen. You're going to pass that test if you have her by your side.

Fantastic experience: im 18 years old and failed my previous driving test that i took when i was 16. i did a two hour driving lesson with Sanaa and passed the test the same day! She was so supportive and sweet. This is the perfect place to learn how to drive and get the confidence to succeed at it.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience with Instructor Sherard P. His patience, wisdom, experience, and encouragement is EXACTLY what was needed during the driving lessons for our child. We feel equipped and prepared with all the information needed not only for the driving test, but even beyond. Sherard normalized that no one is too experienced to become an even better safer driver. We have two more children who will eventually get behind the wheel and even before the current road test is completed, we already know our first choice for driver instruction will be Trillium's Sherard P! He even went out of his way to make and send to me a list of things I should focus on to be prepared for the test, despite the fact that all my lessons were done with. If you get the chance to do your lesson with him I would definitely recommend you do so!

Fantastic experience: Sherard was a great instructor, he went over all the rules and guidelines in an order and method that made me remember them so I could use them in the test. I’m 90% percent more confident in my parking now than i was before the lesson.

I got a score of 100 and it was all thanks to my instructor, Christian Hunnicutt, who was clearly experienced and one of the best at teaching. I can't thank you all for helping me get a full score on the test!!!

Negative experience: When I called to inquire about driving lessons, I spoke with Sam. He suggested three 2 hour lessons and to also have Trillium take my daughter for the driving test. He scheduled the 3 lessons all in a row (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) in the same week and scheduled the driving test for the next month (about 3 weeks later). I figured out after the second lesson and with speaking with her instructor that usually the lessons are spread out. Such as: have a lesson, take a week or two then do another and so on. My daughter was not taught how to parallel park, k turn, or backing up into a space. All required for the driving test. And even with those 3 lessons was not ready to take the test, she was not a good driver. We decided not to take the driving test as Sam had scheduled, the lady I spoke to on the phone agreed and we would do it at a later date. My husband and I taught her to parallel park, etc. and continue to teach her how to just drive. AFter 4 months, I spoke to Sam again. I explained that I was disappointed tat she didn't learn to parallel park, k turn, etc. and that her driving skills weren't much better. He offered one more lesson at half cost, we passed. She did go for the driving test though with Trillium. The day the instructor picked her up, I told him that she didn't have instructor via Trillium for k turn, parallel parking, and backing into a space....that we did it and that if there was time before her test, to go over some of it and if possible, practice (as discussed with Sam the first time I called). He was pretty shocked. During the test at DMV, Trillium instructor was asked to leave the car by the DMV personnel because she felt he was helping her too much. The DMV lady asked my daughter how much instruction she received from Trillium for parallel parking and she said none. My daughter did pass, thankfully. I went with Trillium because of their excellent reviews but I don't believe my daughter received an excellent experience. It definitely not worth the money spent. (Note: My last name on google account is my maiden name, not my married name that you know).

Negative experience: Don’t use this location unless you want the complete run-around. Manager here is very unprofessional and nasty. Doesn’t take responsibility for THEIR MISTAKES AND ACTIONS . I was misinformed and then BLAMED after I asked for a refund . UNPROFESSIONAL . Annie over talked and was rude just be a grown up and admit to your mistake . I will be soon getting in contact with corporate and my lawyer .

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience today with my instructor Jonathan. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. I doubted myself many times during my lesson and he reassured me each time. I have never parallel parked before, and I did it today in no time. I felt comfortable asking questions and got great answers to them. The instructor also had a great way of explaining things that seem complicated at first, and made them easy. Today I have learned important things to improve my driving that I never learned before. I am going to take my driving test next week and I will be taking it with new found confidence!

She was the best instructor with lot of patience and motivated me constantly, I was able to drive in the road without any fear and able to park both parallel and reverse without any issues. Fantastic experience: All-round 5 star. They are not the closest driving school to my location but I needed to get my license fast and they were the only highly-rated school with availability. I took the chance with them and my instructor did a fantastic job identifying the areas in my driving that needed improvement and viola I have my license now. Fantastic experience: There aren’t enough words of praise that I can give Trillium Driving School and driving instructor Terry Thompson! In November I was a mother of 15 year old twins wondering how I was going to get them ready to get their drivers licenses when they turned 16 in December. Yes they’d had their permit for a year, and been during her and there- but that wasn’t the same as knowing the rules of the road and being able to pass the road test- not to mention parallel parking. When I decided to go with a driving school I must have called about 15 different places. Those who did answer the phone told me there would be a long wait to get lessons. Those that I left voice mail messages with never called me back. I finally came across Trillium driving school. Not only did Sam the owner return my phone call right away, he was very kind and patient with me as he explained how everything worked. Not only did I sign the twins up for lessons, I opted to have Trillium take them to their road tests as well. I love that the instructors come to your house for the lessons. That brings me to Terry -our instructor. From the beginning we all liked him. He has a great personality and is a driving lesson guru. He catered the lessons to each of my kids needs. And he CARES. He even formed a bond with my daughter— and she doesn’t really like, nor trust, a whole lot of people. But she loved Terry. He promised me that my kids would pass their driving tests and they did! I am now the mom of two licensed drivers and the entire process was stress free for me! If you are a parent looking for a great driving school look no further Trillium, and ask for Terry Thompson as your driving instructor. You will not be disappointed!
