I had a bad accident on June28th involving 2 cars.I was very shaken and did not feel like driving again.I was also was very anxious when I got behind the wheel I signed up for 6 hours of driving lessons and my Driving Instructor was Entcho Hirstov . I could not have been more satisfied. He was very calm and patient with me, and when I made mistakes he showed me what I did wrong In a very helpful and productive way I am much more confident and feel safer driving because of him. I also want to praise Lucy, the office Manager at the school. She was very kind, helpful and reliable with setting up my appointments. I highly recommend Entcho as a driving Instructor and using the Golden Wheel Driving School.

Negative experience: Had to use the school because Fair Lawn school didn’t have the date we needed. My daughter waited almost a year for her test. The school actually didn’t bring their insurance card so they wouldn’t let my daughter take her test. The insurance was expired not missing EXPIRED She can’t get an appointment for 2 months, unless we drive 2 hours away. We also can’t book her test because she has a pending appointment according to DMV. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Stay away unless you want a hysterical crying teenager and a very, very angry mom.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been driving for over 3 years back home, but here I needed to take the road test all over again, so my friend recommended me to choose this driving school. My instructor was Entcho Hristov, I just wanted to practice for a couple of times to see what would I have to do on the test, just to see what are the “tips and tricks” that I would need to know. With him everything was so easy and clear! He showed me how to do parallel parking super easy (and I kind of forgot how to do that), explained everything very well so that I did not have any problems on the test:) thank you so much for this experience! Definitely recommend this driving school:)

Negative experience: This place was absolutely terrible. First of all my, instructor took time out of my lesson to stop to get food for himself, and took about 20 minutes inside the store. I find tis extremely disrespectful taking time out of my lesson. In addition, I was not taught how to K-Turn or to taught how to parallel park. Extremely disappointing people.

Fantastic experience: I passed the test in 2 hours the same day (yesterday) of the road test, he came over 15 min earlier from the appointment time, which was great. $284 dollars pack worth it. I do recommend it.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars i would…they never showed up…I had a road test and I was to meet them at the dmv and they never came …I called all day from the time they was supposed to practice test driving with me in the morning …til an hour before the time of the test …til the time of the test…no one answered…so when I went to the actual office the next day it’s a 12 year old lookin girl at the desk by herself lookin lost …I got a refund but still …who does business like that ? I don’t know who these people are that are havin these alleged good experiences leaving positive reviews but this place was trash

Negative experience: Instructor was late for 6 hour instructional sessions every single time. In addition, every other driving school either drives to get the permit validated or hands it to you after you complete the sessions, but not this one. For this one you have to wait an entire week or more to get the permit validated after you complete the 6 hour sessions. Not to mention, this place is WAY more expensive than anything else in the area. It took me over a month to get my permit.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best there is!! Entcho is extremely knowledgeable and has patience of a saint. He gave me the confidence I needed throughout this whole process and I couldn't Have done it without him. Book your classes now!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience working with them. Instructors are nice and patient, they help you out and explain everything in an easy way ( English is my second language and I was still able to understand everything clearly). They also have wonderful costumer service, they do not make you wait on the phone for a long time . I definitely recommend this driving school.

The instructors I had, including Entcho, Milton, and DeAndre, all clearly described the importance of safe and responsible driving, and showed me the practices associated with them on the road. My confidence with driving has increased a lot thanks to their help, and I would suggest investing into their services if you're committed to improving your driving skills.

Negative experience: This school does not take people's time into consideration. I scheduled two separate classes for my daughter only because our original school was booked. The first time the driver was 20 minutes late and then the second time and hour late. The driver called me at the 45 minute mark telling me he had car trouble. You had my number to call me 45 minutes later but not when you initially had car trouble? Then told my daughter she would be taking the test again!?!? Unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I took an hour lesson with Golden Wheel driving school a day before my road exam with Entcho as my driving instructor. I've had lessons with another driving school and tips from family, but he's the only one who made me feel that parallel parking is easy. For a person in her 30s, who has driving anxiety, Entcho makes you feel that you can do it and that anything is possible with practice and ofcourse his tips. He is a very kind, easy going and calm person. He also took me to my road test using their car and everything was a breeze. I believe I aced my road exam because of him. Passed my road test the first attempt. Thank you so much Entcho! Also shout out to Lucy, who never fails to respond to my email/phone inquiries. I know scheduling lessons can be hectic but you always handle it with grace and positivity. I highly recommend this driving school to anyone looking to pass the road test.

Fantastic experience: I booked lessons with Golden Wheel Drive and I am so glad I did! It was my very first time learning how to drive so my nerves were above and beyond, but luckily I had an amazing instructor, Entcho, who was very cool, calm and collected and made me feel confident even when I was overthinking and anxious about getting on the road. He was super professional and his relaxed energy made my experience very comfortable. It also helped calm my nerves. He taught me everything I needed to know to pass the road test and be a better driver. Literally he is the definition of a great teacher, with his help I was able to perfect my K-turns, parallel parking, and driving in reverse in 6 lessons. I never thought I would be able to learn as quickly as I have, but thanks to Entcho my perspective on driving and driving skills have improved immensely. Thankfully I passed my road test on my first attempt!!!! Also big thanks to Lucy for all your help on accommodating me with my schedule and getting me on the calendar asap, you were super helpful, professional and overall pleasant to talk to, great customer service skills! Negative experience: My driving instructor was super unprofessional and didn’t really help me with anything. He would get out of the car to smoke during my road test while we waited in line. He didn’t really help me with anything during the 3 classes that I took. Would not recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: Great company. Office customer service is fantastic. I had three instructors throughout my lessons and every single one of them have been wonderful. Patient,knowledgeable, explain everything very well. I passed on my first try. Highly recommend this place. I will be using them to learn highway driving/defensive driving. Well worth the money.
