Fantastic experience: Juan Linares did a fantastic job! I booked for a 2 hour driving session and a Behind the wheel test and I passed on my first try! I’m grateful for Juan’s advice and guidance, he provided insightful knowledge and made the test feel less stressful. Thank you Juan and Thank you Kanor for your flexible arrangements that made this achievement possible. 10/10 service and 10/10 worth the price tag.

Fantastic experience: I switched driving instructors and had Mrs. Evelyn, who was the best. She made me feel comfortable enough to drive on the freeway while having a conversation. She took me to practice for the DMV test twice and provided clear, easy-to-follow directions.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful staff from office to the driving instructors. I had Alice and she was a wonderful teacher. Very patient, funny friendly, and good at explaining the concepts of driving. Helped me easily understand concepts such as parking, reversing and turning. The day I took my test I honestly felt confident because of her teachings and confidence she put in me in her behind the wheel classes. My friends recommend her to me and I will most definitely recommend her to you and anyone looking for an instructor!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my last in-car driving lesson with Kanor Driving School! I couldn’t have asked for a better school and instructor. I signed up for 5 lessons, 2 hours each. I spread them out to have them weekly, and I did them all with the same instructor, Rebecca! She was always professional, encouraging, and reassuring! Each time we had our lesson she made sure to ask if I had any questions and reminded me of things I would forget. Overall, I would recommend this school and Rebecca to anyone looking to learn how to drive. Thanks Kanor and Rebecca!

Fantastic experience: I believe I worked with Rachel, she was super patient and super friendly! I would get nervous and she was very reassuring, I recommend her!

Negative experience: Your experience will differ depending on your instructor. The first two lessons with Ms. R were terrible. She was on her phone texting personal messages (including kissy faces) and did not teach any of the required content needed to pass the test. She was unfriendly and unprofessional. The next two lessons, which included other employees, were good. I am leaving the review only because I called to discuss this issue privately with the staff and they did not take it seriously.

Fantastic experience: Kamor Driving School This is the best driving school and ask for Augusto . He’s the best instructor and just met with him for the 2 hours and went straight to the DMV and I passed on my 2nd try. Gustavo really helped me think positive again and help me feel confident about my behind wheel test . I’m very happy that I passed and glad I chose this company for driving school!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Kanor was amazing. I had a few teachers, but my favorite were La Shon and Ian. I am grateful for both of them and passed my test the first time. I highly recommend Kanor, they were professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I couldn’t have passed my test without them.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor, Pamela Barron, was very knowledgeable about not only the rules of the road but also driver ettiquette and what DMV examiners look for on the test. She patiently corrected and trained me to scrupulously follow the rules and stay safe. She has a straightforward style of communication. I passed the DMV test on my first try. As a whole, Kanor was quick to schedule appointments, and their website was easy to navigate.

You all were my Office hrs of Learning-to-drive. (Passed written test: 2019) (Got License: 2022) (Started driving: this yr) As I smile about having arrived home, after having driven my first car four times now, I honestly would not know what I'd do had it not been for Kanor. Hats off to Tony for the endless knowledge I was able to gain all from him!

Positive experience: If you are new to California and want to learn how to drive, I recommend taking lessons with Antonio. The reason I gave a 3-star review is that the other instructors I took lessons with—three in total—seemed to just want to drive straight and finish the session without bothering to explain anything about the streets or what we were doing. Despite spending my money, after six lessons, I still didn't know what the rearview mirror was for or why we use it.

Fantastic experience: My first time taking the test I was nervous about it, but by the end of the practice we went through everything and everywhere that the test would have /be and I felt very confident. There were things that I didn't know you had to do on a drivers test cause the normal everyday person doesn't do them, but he let me know beforehand. My instructor (Juan) was very good at not only giving information/tips clearly and in a non discouraging way if I messed up a bit, but also was good at breaking the ice when we first met up. I'd recommend this company to anyone that has trouble passing the test or is very nervous about it.

Positive experience: Hi, I had my drivers license test on January 25th and passed! I thank Kanor, specifically La Shon Hunter who helped me the most! Although I had 3 different instructors, I felt calm with her and wasn't anxious like I was with my other instructors. I was upset and embarrassed after having my lesson with the other 2 instructors (not going to say names) but with La Shon Hunter she truly made me feel confident in driving again! All her tips were helpful and she didn't get mad once. She had a good attitude and was quiet throughout which helped me focus better. Without her, I would've failed my drivers test, so I want to thank her a lot! I recommend her :)

We have already told 2 people about Kanor Driving School. We will recommend them to everyone. Since she had been driving with her permit for a while, I purchased the 2 hour lesson before the test. They came back and she was a licensed drive.

Fantastic experience: I had zero driving experience before my first lesson with Kanor, and thanks to them I got my license in November! Every instructor was great. I scheduled lessons with Juan most often, he was super friendly and a really good teacher. I didn't have access to a car to learn to drive in at home, so I learned everything I know with Kanor lessons. I was even able to schedule appointments where I could use one of their cars for my behind-the-wheel exams. I definitely recommend this school for other learning drivers!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test on the first try, big thanks to Kanor driving school. Scheduling the lessons and test is very easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My main instructor is Toni, and he's an experienced teacher and very knowledgeable. As a beginner, I learned a lot from him. What I like from his teaching method is he's emphasizing on awareness when driving, checking the surroundings not only for the sake of checking but really understanding the importance of it. I want to be a driver who drives safely and Toni had helped me to improve my driving skills so much.

Fantastic experience: As a former student of Kanor Driving School, my main instructor was Henry Rodriguez. My second instructor was with Mike Maia, though I only had Mike for one day. Both instructors were very patient and calm during every lesson, which helped me ease my tension behind the wheel. They were highly informative and gave important advice on what I needed to work on. I took my driving test back in April 2023, and passed on the first try. Communications were clear, and rescheduling appointments was easy to do. Overall, this is a great driving school. Recommending this to others!

She is a very knowledgeable and patient instructor, and she helped me overcome some of the anxiety I had about driving to become a more confident and safe driver. She gave valuable feedback at the end of our sessions on aspects that needed improvement. The portal through which payments and bookings could be done worked great and the front-office staff were always very polite and helpful over the phone. Fantastic experience: I had lessons from Mrs. Pamela and I really looked forward to every session! She gave very thorough evaluations and since I’m a visual learner, she was very patient and helpful through drawing out different situations on a whiteboard to help me learn best. We also always drove warm-ups in the local area at the beginning of each session and I felt very comfortable learning from her and listening/sharing lots of stories! She is also kind and flexible and in the end, she gave me a little taste of the general area near where I planned to take the driving test and a bit of the highway! With the help of Kanor, I passed with flying colors on the first try!

Fantastic experience: Tony is a great, patient, understanding and knowledgeable instructor. He explains very well and understands a new driver's mindset. Initially, I was terrified and stressed with zero experience. I tried learning how to drive with my spouse first and it was too stressful for both of us. After several classes with Tony my driving noticeably improved and now I feel much more confident and calm. I still need more practice but it's just me. Some people need more time. The administrators are very helpful and always friendly. It's easy to make an appointment and pay for the classes. I only have a positive experience with Kanor driving school.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience here at kanor. I had Mike, Paul, and another Pamela. they all should get raises, but Paul especially should get a raise. He was so awesome and gave me really good advice! I also just passed my test this morning! Def recommend. Also, I took my test at the Westminster dmv. the test will require you to know how everything functions. For example, the instructors stand outside the vehicle and tell you to show them the right signal, left signal, the hand signals for slowing down, yielding and stopping as well as right and left, so be sure to pay attention to the instructors when they tell you about the main interior buttons!

Fantastic experience: I had 3 different instructors, each were very kind and patient with me as I am quite a paranoid, fearful/anxious beginner but learned a lot. By the end of my 2nd session, I was able to hit the main roads, just need a lottttttt of practice. Hope to practice more with Kanor'a instructors and get in more hours with them soon!

Fantastic experience: Excellent driving school! I'm so glad we chose this school for our student! The online class was educational & helpful. They were also very accommodating with making driving appts & sending reminders for the appts. For the driving part, our driver was Antonio B. He was so helpful, very patient, answered all questions we had & would listen to our concerns for our student driving. He was very detailed in letting us know how well the driving was & let us know what to work on. He sent evaluations of the driving experience after each appt also. I feel very lucky we had Antonio B. for our student driver. I can not say enough good things about this experience. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Such a great program. The instructors are very relaxed and nice. It was easy to talk to them and express what I needed to work on. I can say that they really helped me work on the little things and gave me a better understanding of what would be focused on for the driving test. I feel much more confident in my ability to drive now.

Fantastic experience: The driving instructor I had was Paul. He was very through on what to do. He also made sure to help me on things I needed to work. Overall he was a great instructor and very helpful. I passed the driving test on my first try! The school makes it very easy with payments and setting up appointments. They are very quick with their response to any questions you have. I definitely recommend this school!

Fantastic experience: Every lesson has enabled me to grow in my learning experience thanks to the awesome instructors I had to show me step by step the rules and guided me in my driving experience. I very enjoyed that they weren’t to distant and were very friendly, they made it less tense and enabled me to be relaxed while driving and if I were to make a mistake, not one time did I feel unmotivated to continue to drive as they game me advice. Fantastic experience: I took a lesson with Pamela. A little bit of background information: I have a deeply rooted fear of driving. I haven’t driven in eight years after working in NYC. After being avoidant for the last five years I finally decided that this was a year that I would drive again. Pamela was so encouraging and patient and more importantly, she helped me navigate the roads safely and overcome my phobia of driving. Since our lesson I haven’t stopped driving haha

Fantastic experience: I had two different instructors and both were amazing. My instructor took me to the DMV where I would take my drivers test and I got to practice the test route multiple times over which helped me get my license first try.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. Henry was my instructor, and was awesome. With his help, I was able to overcome my fears of driving on main roads and was able to improve at turning and parking, as well as learning basic but important maneuvers. He would politely show me what I needed to work on, in a constructive and informative way; and I was able to apply that to my driving to improve. I now feel ready to take on the DMV driving test thanks to his instruction and encouragement. Kanor is nothing short of professional and accommodating, I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to learn from them again.

Fantastic experience: My daughter just passed her driving test on the first try. The instructors were great and told her after each lesson what she needed to work on.
