Thanks My instructor, Ray, was pretty much good guy and knowledgeable, and made me feel confident behind the wheel. His teaching methods were clear and effective, addressing my specific concerns and helping me build confidence as I learned. I appreciated his emphasis on both skills and safety, which made me feel fully prepared for my driving test. The vehicles were all in excellent condition and equipped with the latest safety features, which added to my overall comfort. The driving routes they used were well-planned, allowing me to become familiar with a variety of driving conditions, from residential streets to busy intersections. Thanks to Ray and stevens Driving School, I passed my driving test on the first try! I am now a confident driver and ready to hit the road. Fantastic experience: I haven’t seen anyone post about Roy yet, so I’m going to try to give him justice! He’s the absolute best, and he made me feel so comfortable being behind the wheel. He is very calm and patient and he helps explain anything that you may be confused about so that you know what you are doing! I used to have extreme anxiety when it came to driving, but being with Roy helped me calm down so much! Remember that you control the car.. not the other way around! Roy also divides up what you do in lessons into parts so that you’re practicing everything that you need for your road test and after that! If I can give anyone advice, especially people who may have anxiety when it comes to driving, please please please take your lessons with Roy! I promise you won’t regret it at all! Stevens, give this guy a raise!!!

Fantastic experience: This experience was very calming. I had randy as my instructor and he made everything seem so simple and even when I did have little mess ups he was always very calm and explained how to fix it and why I can’t do it. He made the car rides very calming by keeping conversation. He was an amazing instructor and helped me pass my road test with just 7 lessons!!!

Fantastic experience: Stevens driving school is amazing. My instructor was Randy and he is phenomenal. Randy is knowledgeable, patient, funny, and calming on the road. He eased my long-standing anxiety about driving and with his help, I passed my road test on the first try. I highly recommend Randy to anyone seeking driving lessons.

Negative experience: The actual lessons are good but im currently sitting on hold and have been for the past 17 minutes at 9 in the morning with nothing as little as you are this place in call I have to cancel an appointment but can't because no one will pick up my instructor is amazing but the customer service isn't there.

The office was always available and informative anytime I needed to call them. We had some issues with mail and they made sure to get me the paperwork I needed. Fantastic experience: I enrolled in the 3 lesson plan and it was great. Rick taught me exactly what was needed with simple to remember tricks to pass the driving test. The home pickup and dropoff was super convenient. I also got an extra lesson on the day of the driving test as he picked me up around 1.5 hrs prior to my test which was super crucial to refresh what I learnt. He also gave me super helpful tips on the way back after the test. I got my driver's license after my 1st test. Would recommend 5/5.

Fantastic experience: Steven's Driving School was amazing. I assumed I could teach my daughter how to drive but found it hard to separate the father daughter from the teacher student roles. I called Steven's and explained my difficulties and the reassured that they had the right person for this situation. Tucker was my daughter's instructor, and I noticed a difference in her confidence, emotions, and over attitude towards driving after one lesson. We paid for the 10-lesson package, and it was worth every penny. My daughter became more and more confident after each lesson and when I drove with her, I could see and feel the improvement. They also took care of all the paperwork for setting up the road test. I didn't even have to go to the DMV for it and Tucker came over an hour before the road test, practiced with her, and then drove her to her road test. She passed with no errors! What I didn't realize it included the mandatory 5-hour course. We did it virtually and my daughter said it was the best virtual class she took. Words cannot express my gratitude and respect for Steven’s driving school, from the people answering the phones, to Tucker the instructor, and how they made this process simple and stress free.

Negative experience: I don’t know who operates the customer service of this school when you call to inquire about lessons & driving packages. Whoever that is, is very rude! The most impatient and arrogant person I have ever spoken to and to think he/she mentioned that they were once a driving instructor. I can’t imagine having such a rude & impatient driving instructor. Stevens Driving school should note that whoever picks up their phone is a representative of their brand. This person was sooo rude to me, didnt let me finish talking, very impatient with my questions and nonchalant to helping me find a plan that meets my schedule. Where do you get off talking to people like that? So nasty and unempathetic. Are the calls even recorded? Terrible! Terrible first impression and I haven’t even booked with them. Whoever is answering the phone at Stevens currently needs to be relieved of their job. If you hate your job, quit! Don’t be rude or pour your frustrations on poor people looking to make their lives better!!!

Fantastic experience: Antoinette was awesome I was very impressed and comfortable with her. She was teaching me how to use hand controls so I could get my truck equipped with hand controls. Great person and great instructor!!!!!!

Negative experience: Awful! What a nightmare. I singed up in December 2023 and had my last lesson today and will NOT be getting my CDL license after the initial $6,000 for "lessons" not to mention all the gas, tolls, and time and effort spent dealing with this company. The first instructor would routinely FALL ASLEEP in the passenger seat instead of giving a lesson as he's paid to due. The lessons were sporadic and it's hard to maintain focus after being away from the truck for weeks at a time. After so many wasted months, I was given a different instructor (a quick Google search of his name would show he's probably unqualified to be driving a tractor trailer much less giving instruction) who instead of instructing me, sat in the office while he left me alone in the training area to essentially train myself. The office personnel of course found some way to blame me yet they cannot refute that they have instructors that fall asleep, don't do a quality job scheduling lessons, and that sit in the office instead of instructing students as they're paid to do. I strongly advise EVERYONE to stay away from this company or else you too might be out THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and over HALF A YEAR of your time wasted!

Fantastic experience: The staff in the office explained how to get my class a permit and got me enrolled quickly after I received my permit. My instructor John worked with my work/personal schedule to get me drive time that was convienent for me. Passed the pre trip, backing, and driving test on the first time. Would have been alot harder with out their training. Great driving school.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with a rare stroke that caused me to loose function of my lower extremities. I was able to gain enough function to be able to move my left foot. I looked into being able to drive again and I got a great referral to call Steven driving school. I was able to work with Antoinette who was very knowledgeable in the field of people with disabilities and getting them to drive again. I was able to see what driving appliance was right for me during my consultation. I took several road test and with her, with her great guidance and personality I was able to feel comfortable behind the wheel. I fully recommend Antoinette at Stevens driving school, if you have any type of disability and want to be able to have your driving freedom again. Thank you Antoinette and Stevens driving school.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to thank Harry for being such a great driving instructor to my daughter! She was very anxious about learning to drive; however Harry helped her work through her worries so she could build more confidence each time she went out for a lesson with him. He did a good job explaining where she needed to improve, and made sure she felt prepared for her road test, that she passed the first time.

Negative experience: Whoever answers the phone has absolutely no customer service skills, like at all. Clearly very miserable with her job. She literally mocked my voice because I asked if I could be mailed a new 5 hour certificate apparently you can’t have it mailed although that’s what it states online. I don’t have a license so I can’t drive 45 minutes away to pick one up obviously. Misery loves company I suppose.

Fantastic experience: I did the 10 lesson package with Dan and I had an amazing experience! It was my first time driving but Dan was incredibly patient and attentive. He made me feel secure and safe as a new driver! The administrative staff were really nice and efficient too. I appreciate all the staff at Stevens Driving School!

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Steven's Driving School was amazing and flawless from beginning to end. They took care of everything for us. I was so nervous to sign my daughter up for classes. We didn't know what to expect and she was uncomfortable taking lessons from a stranger...until we got Dave Stewart as her driving instructor. He is one of the best humans we've ever met. He breaks the ice immediately. Patient, funny, very knowledgeable, and full of great energy. Always on time and always so accommodating! He cares so much and it shows. My daughter passed her road test with no issues today, but that isn't the best part at all. Best part about this whole experience was just meeting Dave. He is a ray of sunshine and we can't thank him enough. I look forward to seeing him again..which I know will happen because I see him everywhere on the road all the time Thank you Dave! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you.

Fantastic experience: I had ray as my instructor at the eastern hill mall, I had three lesson than my rd test. Ray help me get ready in three lesson to pass my rd test . I recommend everybody ask for Ray.

Fantastic experience: Signed up for CDL classes and had Al as an instructor. He was awesome. Great communication, super knowledgeable and was very patient. Would definitely recommend Stevens to get your CDL. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone there!

Positive experience: So in theory this is a good service, however there are some glaring issues with delivery. 1-doubling up on lessons. I paid for 10 lessons, without asking me, the instructor asked my daughter to do back to back lessons so she really had 5 1hr lessons instead of 10 1/2 hr lessons. Does this make a difference? That probably depends on the student. 2-it was my understanding from the beginning the student had 2 attempts at the road test with the package I purchased. My daughter did fail the 1st attempt. She was able to schedule her second attempt through Steven's. The day of her road test she calls my from the vehicle saying that we owe an additional $70. We already paid $800 (10 pk + 2 thruway lessons). My main complaint here is that you are having the child reach out to me while I am at work minutes before her road test. Why would you not be contacting the person paying for it? 3-phone service, wow this is why I'd so much rather pay online. I was told I was not contacted because I must have only provided my daughter's number. That is hard to believe because her instructor was contacting me prior to lessons. Both numbers were provided seeing as how you need to get ahold of both of us. Let me be clear, this is not an attack on the instructor in any way. Your customer service needs some serious improvement though. Get an online chat or something if you can't control your tone talking to customers. Be prepared for people to question additional charges when they've already paid you $800 and their child has failed a road test. Questions and reasonable explanations are to be expected when providing a service. And seriously do NOT tell a student while en route to their road test that they owe additional money!! While I thank you for your response, I certainly will be using other services in the future. I don't expect everyone to pass on the first attempt. But to charge us an additional $70 for the road test appointment seems a little steep. Last I checked a road test cost $10. As previously stated I already paid $800 for 10 lessons, and 2 thruway lessons. Again I thank you for your response, but I will not be endorsing Steven's in anyway

Fantastic experience: Everyone is professional starting from Amy on the front desk, John was helpful my instructor Albert is a little bit older but he shows that age is just a number and experience is definitely there great experience for me only one serious driving school in hole Buffalo go for it guys

Fantastic experience: Fantastic driving school, took the time right from the beginning to get a good idea on where you need the most work in getting your cdl. Instructors make sure to let you know when you do a good job and also when you don't get it right, which to me personally is fantastic. Extremely flexible scheduling was a life saver while still maintaining a full time job. I personally had Al as an instructor who right from the beginning made me feel welcomed and always took the time to listen to any questions or concerns. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the instructors though personally. The whole company is very professional and more importantly to me personable. If you want your CDL of any class check these guys out.

Fantastic experience: I had Tabitha as my instructor for my driving lessons. I took a 10 lesson course and she was great. At each lesson she was attentive and helpful, she taught me something new each time while also reviewing old material. She was patient and allowed me to correct my mistakes. Overall Tabitha was a great instructor and I am happy to have had this time with her!

Fantastic experience: I had the instructor harry at Steven’s driving school and so did all my friends, we all passed our Road test first try and the courses are affordable. For some insurance companies doing this course gives a discount I overall recommend this course to anyone who didn’t have the opportunity to do drivers ed or did do drivers ed and need more help, it is a great program.

Fantastic experience: Harry Meyer did an outstanding job teaching our 16yr old how to drive, and be prepared for her drivers test. We’d highly recommend Harry, and Stevens driving school.

Positive experience: Charles was straightforward and taught me what I needed to know to pass my driving test! My parents aren’t around, I was raised by my grandma and she has brain tumors so it was hard for her to teach me how to drive, she helped me pay for driving lessons and I passed my road test and finally have my license at 21! Don’t ever let anyone discourage you for not having your license at a certain age not everyone has it easy and not everyone understands! Thank you Stevens Driving School for helping me reach my goals!

I didn’t know how to drive at first but Tabitha stuck with me the whole way she cheered me on, she helped me understand the road a the car and everything, car was clean and she was very nice overall she made me feel comfortable in the car with she wants nothing but the best for her students no matter what. I personally recommend Tabitha to any new up coming drivers.

Fantastic experience: I went to Stevens Driving School to obtain a CDL and got John Pezzino as an instructor. John had great communication with me especially when it came time for my road test. In driving sessions, he took his time and made sure I understood before continuing on. Would recommend everyone if they are trying to obtain a CDL, to go and specifically ask for John. Was well worth the money with an instructor like that. John definitely deserver's a pay increase!

Fantastic experience: I recently passed my class B driving test and I owe it all to John, my instructor, from Steve’s Driving School. I was “that customer” calling the main office in West Seneca weekly, daily with questions about all the new NYS requirements needed before you can schedule your NYS road test, and I owe a special thank you to Amy and Michelle for putting up with me, and helping me through the Theory and BTW questions I had. They signed me up with John, literally the BEST instructor they have (not biased, the truth ) and he then set me up perfectly w/ the tools I needed to study and build my confidence to pass my test with ease. I passed my test the first time, and the relief off my shoulders is tremendous. Thank you John and girls in the office for all your help. I would 101% recommend Steve’s Driving School for your CDL needs.

Fantastic experience: My Instructor was Rick. Definitely recommend him as your instructor. Very fair and teaches everything necessary to pass your road test, be kind to him and respect his teachings and you will do fine. My overall experience in Stevens has been very good, they were flexible with my schedule and accommodated me in my 5 hours and road test with the package; otherwise I would have had to pay extra. Good luck to anyone reading this and making the decision to take lessons and passing your road test!

Fantastic experience: I was gifted lessons for Christmas from my siblings and they had everything all set up for me to begin a few weeks later. I had Antoinette as my instructor, and hands down she was the absolute best. She was always so calm and didn’t make me do something until I was completely comfortable. She made parallel parking so easy and helped me pass my road test on my 1st try! Each lesson, she helped me with something new and we would go back and continue with each previous skill. Definitely recommend Stevens and of course Antoinette as an instructor!

Fantastic experience: Tabitha is a great driver instructor. When I first started driving school I was scared to drive and didn’t think I would be a good driver , but lesson after lesson everything became so simple.

Fantastic experience: It is definitely worth the money. You learn everything you need to know with driving and how to drive safe on the roads. My instructor Randy was amazing and always patient with me. I would have preferred him as my instructor than anybody else. I definitely recommend you take Stevens Driving School and have Randy as your instructor as well!

Fantastic experience: I had both Rob Ziehm and John Pezzino as CDL Class A instructors and they were both awesome! Both are very helpful and insightful in what they do! They are both funny and entertaining to train with! One thing I would recommend to any future students is while you are taking cdl lessons is to only work a part time job/schedule or to have an open schedule if possible so you can get in as many lessons as possible! That worked out really good for me!

Fantastic experience: Tabitha was a great instructor. Helped me throughout everything that I needed help with. I was very nervous on my parallel parking but she talked me all the way through it and now I feel very comfortable with doing it!! Although I wasn’t a talker during the classes I eventually became comfortable and started talking more and asking questions.

I loved every day with her those 45 minutes felt like seconds with her that’s how nice and learnable the lessons were. When you go please ask for Tabitha.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Stevens to anyone. I had a great learning experience! Scheduling and preparing for lessons is very easy, the schedule was flexible, which I appreciate. My instructor Jeff L. was more than helpful! I was so nervous when I first started and he is an amazing instructor, kind, friendly, patient, understanding, and very informative, because of him I just passed my road test yesterday! I 100% recommended him to be your instructor if you go to Steven's driving school! I also recommend the 5-Hour Prelicensing course at Stevens. I completed it through a Zoom conference, and it couldn't have been easier.

Fantastic experience: Antoinette was phenomenal. She worked with our son and he passed his test on the second try. He had been really struggling but she was able to get him through. We would give her 10 stars if we could. I not only highly recommend this school and Antoinette specifically, but would say they are the only choice i would make. She succeeds where others fail. Antoinette fully invests herself in her students and was just as excited for our son passing his test as we were.

Fantastic experience: Manny was my instructor and I couldn't ask for anything better. The guys methods work, really work. And I'm not the most experienced but after training with him who could tell! I forget the other instructors names but it was nothing for them to lend a hand or offer some great tips. Great experience and I passed my CDL A on the first try thanks to Manny and the others! 10/10

Negative experience: 5 lessons in out of 7 Our son said the instructor gives no advice just told him he's far behind others of his age in driving skill . The instructor told him he doesn't have control of the car . We take him driving at home like we're supposed to and noticed he took corners to fast so we worked on turning corners and explained to slow down when turning . I asked him if the instructor explained that to him . He said no he just says I have no control and has me drive for 45 minutes. The instructor has worked on three point turns only once with him . We are fine if our son needs more lessons than another student . We are fine if he needs more than 7 lessons we just expect that the lessons paid for actually have the instructor sharing knowledge

Harry was an awesome instructor … great guidance, easy to talk too and over all did a fantastic job teaching our daughter to drive safely. I loved the convenience of meeting him in East Aurora at mighty taco parking lot. I will and have already recommended the school and him to other friends. I'm so glad we chose to enroll him in this program. Teaching your kids to drive is much harder than I ever imagined and Harry made it so much easier. He was always on time, communicated great and answered our many questions with patience and understanding. You could tell he really enjoyed doing this. It was also great to have them schedule and take him to his road test. Thank you Stevens and especially Harry, we will definitely be back when our next driver comes of age.

Fantastic experience: I love my driving instructor Tabitha. When I started my lessons with her I didn’t know anything. But she was patient and overall A great teacher. I would definitely 100% recommend her and Stevens Driving School if anyone was looking for a Driving School

Fantastic experience: I had Randell and he was a very great instructor, I learned how to drive and actually enjoyed it. He kept me calm while still doing his job and he was very good at it. I’m very happy to have had him as my instructor!

Positive experience: I’d give a 0 star review if he was my only instructor, but Chuck was rude and set a very nervous learning environment. Thankfully I had Mary for a few lessons and she was an amazing instructor, very nice and set a calm learning environment. I’d ask if you pick Mary for an instructor if you chose Steven’s Driving School. If you have Chuck it is not worth the money!

Fantastic experience: Tabitha was an amazing instructor always giving me good encouragement when I was nervous. The way she explains parallel parking truly help me since that was my number 1 concern. I was able to pass my test 1st try with ease. Truly amazing.

Fantastic experience: I've just passed my road test today! It becomes so easy with the great instructor! I'm very grateful to my teacher Harry for his caring and effective lessons. As a foreigner, I learned everything more difficult by English, not my mother language. Harry was always there to help, patient and encouraged me every lesson. He really inspired me. I used to learn driving with 2 members of my family and 1 teacher before, but still bad and very anxious to drive. Now I'm so confident and can drive well. Thank you a lot Harry ❤

Fantastic experience: Both of our children have attended Stevens driving school. I just have to say that everyone I've spoke with was kind and the instructor, Dave, was outstanding! He made our daughter feel relaxed and comfortable which meant the world to us! The whole process was seamless and we have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

Fantastic experience: I went through Steven's and got Tabitha as my instructor. She was not only great at keeping me calm behind the wheel but made so much of an effort to ensure I got my lessons when they worked for me. She is a great teacher and definitely helped me gain more confidence driving. The car was always kept clean, and she was always on time. I highly recommend her services.

Fantastic experience: I have had a most wonderful experience with Stevens and I dont even have my license yet. I failed my first road test due to school zone and just had my second attempt. No idea if i passed yet just wanted to say Randy has been a most amazing instructor and made my time with lessons enjoyable and fulfilling. My failure had to do with my own fault as he drove home (lol) the importance of safety and every aspect of driving even beyond just passing my test. Really thankful for his instruction and ive been recommending my younger employees at work to both go to Stevens and try to get Randy!

Fantastic experience: My Instructor Was Tab. Through my weeks learning from Tab she comforted me like a mother & For sure her teaching is genuine. I hadn’t always been studying as I was supposed to but every time I got in the car with Tab, she held her ground as a teacher/instructor & Helped me understand, get me through & persevere when there were difficulties, confusion & times of low confidence. God bless you Tabatha!! I know where I’ll have my kids getting taught to drive now that we’ve met!!

Fantastic experience: Tab is a great instructor. She helped me with a lot that my mom couldn't teach me. She taught me how to make a 3 point turn, how to parallel park, and how to make good right and left turns. I recommend you ask for Tab if you do driving lessons with Stevens driving school.

Fantastic experience: I had recently attended Stevens driving school and words can explain how good this driving school actually is! I had John for my entirety of my time at Stevens and he was a top notch trainer, very very knowledgeable and an all around great teacher. I was successfully able to pass my CDL A road test on the first try due to the effort put forth my my trainer John I will be telling everyone that wants to get their CDL to go see John at Stevens!
