Side blocks are the better parking, Sundays no meter and the location is close enough to a variety of food for the short breaks you get. I hate TLC for making me take this class because for me the information is what EVERYONE should already know. AND have to take it again in 3 more year? Its a money grab but Jose made it tolerable
