Fantastic experience: As a person who was always afraid to drive and previously went to another driving school to take my first attempt at a road test the experience I had here does not compare. I came to this school for my second attempt and it was the best decision I ever made. I purchased a package with them where an instructor taught basic road skills and practiced with me she was awesome and super cool! When it was time to take my exam the other instructor was very nice as well, made sure I was comfortable and gave me instructions for the test. Best experience ever and I got my license! Thank you Guys! 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my driving test a couple days ago with this driving school. Everyone there was kind, friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Jonathan was super easy to talk to, and even offered to give tips/pointers before I took my test. He reassured me, and made sure that I was relaxed. My driving instructor Mariana was the sweetest person ever, and made the test feel easy even when I was nervous both times. I highly recommend this driving school, and the pricing is definitely fair compared to other schools I contacted prior to them. They also accept walk ins, which is what I did my first time out. Thanks to Jonathan and Mariana, I have my driver’s license!

Fantastic experience: My teen took lessons with this school to prepare for his driver's license exam. The instructors he worked with were wonderful and patient. After just one two-hour lesson he was ready for the driving test, which he also took with Continental. That also was a very smooth process and my son got his license with no hassles at the DMV. More importantly he is a very confident and safe driver. I highly recommend this for parents like me looking for peace of mind before they send their young drivers out on the road by themselves.

Negative experience: This review is solely based on the quality of service I received the day I was supposed to take the drivers test. The service & driving lessons I received by Shetty were phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable driving and gave me the confidence to finally get on the road. I took 6 hours of lessons for about a month. Prior to booking lessons with Continental I had made it clear that I had a New York State permit. I received false information letting me know that everything will be fine with the permit and that I would be able to book and take my test with my New York State permit. I made sure to inquire about this as to not waste my time or the company’s time. After taking my lessons, my test was booked and no additional information/instructions given. I arrived early to the test site and waited for the person administrating the test to arrive. When I was going to fill the forms to get started, I presented the gentleman with my New York State Permit only to be denied. I let him know that I was not told that I needed a Florida permit in order to take the test and that I was misled into thinking I’d be able to take my drivers test that morning. The lack of clarity from the company is abhorrent and a money grabbing scheme. At this point, I was hysterical because 1) I spent money on transportation to get to school 2) I had wasted my morning waiting for nothing and he offered me no solutions 3) the man continued to argue with me saying that I heard the wrong information. I am not in the business of wasting my time or anybody else’s time so why would I book an appointment if I did not have the correct documentation for the test? Instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience he caused, he continued to argue with to tell me I heard wrong and calling me a liar. I ended up getting refunded for the test but this review is about the lack of clarity & communication from this driving school. Calling a client a liar & not admitting your mistakes is horrible customer service. I implore you to take a course in providing great customer service as to not lose future customers. This information should be on the driving schools website as to not mislead future drivers. Although I was satisfied with my classes, I would never recommend this school to anybody I know just based off the interaction I had on the day I was supposed to take my driving lesson. Editing to reply below: as you can see by the response below, the business owner continues try to put blame as opposed to offering a solution that would satisfy me, the paying customer. It has never been stated that I believed continental made the rules nor was there any blame for the rules in place. The issue in this situation is the company giving paying customers misinformation. Book at your own discretion. You have been warned.

But my instructor Shethy and Mariana both taught me so well I passed my driving test. 100% recommend taking those instructors, they were super patient and understanding. They have taught me little hacks and ways to help me better understand the skills needed to drive. I took 10 sessions and It was worth it!

Fantastic experience: To begin, I was kinda anxious when I started the classes. I was unaware of what to expect. But as I got more practice, I was able to control myself and perform well. Overall, these classes helped me realize the dangers and be cautious of my surroundings. I know that I will have to practice more. And I have no doubt that it will take time but I'm ready for any obstacle.
