All Star Driver Education - Road Testing

Fantastic experience: My daughter took her road test with Kyle Bonnell at the Ann Arbor location. He was incredible. He came right up to the car to greet us and made us feel comfortable. I had to get my registration reprinted and he was nice enough to wait for me to do it. On the test itself, he was fair but kind. Afterwards, he gave helpful tips both about the test and good driving in general.

Fantastic experience: My wife Yawen took the road test with Jay Beck from All Star Driver Education. Jay showed his great patience to my wife and gave her detailed feedback after the test. My wife was concerned about not being able to follow the tester’s instructions before the test, but Jay’s instructions were very clear throughout the test. As a tester, Jay is very knowledgeable and professional. My wife passed the test!

I was nervous at first because English is not my first language, but he was super polite and understanding making sure that I felt comfortable throughout the exam, he is very understanding in terms of the difference in language and makes sure that you have understood the instructions he gives during the exam, and gives you excellent feedback at the end of the exam. From my experience I highly recommend it to anyone who takes their driving test he is an incredible examiner and very professional. Fantastic experience: Easily passed my road test here renting their car. Car is a bit old but Kyle is a very nice and friendly tester. He will chat with you to relieve anxiety and explain the driving safety in detail, more than just passing the test. Learn a lot from the experience.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a very pleasant experience to pass a road test with The All Star. I came US for the first time recently, and I am not so good on spoken English. But my instructor Jay Beck was so professional and polite from the beginning to the end. I felt easy and comforting through the process despite the fact that a had two minor mistakes. Fantastic experience: Would really recommend, although I had a automatic failure the first time, but I passed the second time. Kyle is an excellent examiner he tries to reduce your nervousness and explains all aspects and reviews in detail. Overall he is very professional.

Fantastic experience: As someone not from the area, I booked a road test not knowing what to expect and I was thoroughly impressed. Kyle is a fabulous tester who went through all the instructions and protocol and made sure the rules and instructions were clear. He makes sure you understand all the expectations and allows you to ask questions as needed. His friendly, professional, and cheerful attitude made for an stress-free experience (well, as stress free as a road test can get LOL!) He was fair and stuck to the state guidelines and expectations. Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend all star for their road testing services! I tested twice. The first time I failed the basic skills test because I did not know a few tips and tricks that could help me out on that section of the test and Kyle sat down with me for 20 min after the test to give me tips and tricks. I came back two weeks later after taking his advice and passed my driving test today! Would highly recommend Kyle for being a calming examiner and making sure that people get the best advice they can when it comes to passing their test!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience taking my driving test through All Star! My instructor was Jay Beck, and he was a great tester. He emphasized the importance of safety when driving, and gave useful tips on how to better and more safely drive while sharing the road (especially if there is lots of traffic). He also reminded me that while driving is supposed to be done cautiously and carefully, it is also quite enjoyable! 5 stars, would recommend taking your test here. :)

Fantastic experience: All Star has been great throughout my daughters entire drivers education. They're locations and hours of operation through segment 1 and 2 were very convenient. I would suggest offering more locations for the driving road test examination. Sam Lindstrom was a great examiner, even very early in the morning. She was enthusiastic and kind, which made the test overall much less stressful for my new driver. Will absolutely use again for our next child.
