Fantastic experience: Choosing Image Driving school was the best decision I could have made while considering a driving school. My instructor was Jamel, the most patient, knowledgeable and supportive person; for someone as nervous as I was, to learn from. He understands the psychology attached to the fear of driving which makes him such a great instructor. I highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Purchased a package that included the 5 hour class & car for the road test. They schedule your road test & drive you to the testing site & back. It’s easy to make payments online & in person. Scheduling driving lessons is simple too, they have a reasonable cancellation fee. They have different instructors. Lopez is really good if you’re a beginner & have no idea what you’re doing. Lopez will talk you thru everything. If you’re struggling with parallel parking he’ll show you an alternate way to consider & he emphasizes important things habits to have for road test. Julian is good if you have some experience. He’s good at assessing what areas you’re struggling in. He’ll also emphasize practicing in any driving situations that makes you anxious (high traffic, broken U-turn, etc).

Fantastic experience: Thank you for the opportunity for my road test. My instructor was Shaun. He really helped me before and after the road test and gave me some tips on what do. As well as gave me encouraging words when I was nervous.

Fantastic experience: Image driving school helped me get my license almost 10 years ago. I decided to take another package with them to brush up on my skills before I got my own vehicle. Surprisingly I got the same exact instructor Jamel (who I recommend to all). He gave me a solid driving foundation in a short amount of time. He is ALWAYS booked that's how amazing he is but I will say he helped me tremendously and I appreciate it.

Negative experience: I had an unpleasant experience with this driving school. The instructors' teaching methods were not effective, and they all made similar accusations about other instructors, claiming that they only wanted money and would intentionally underprepare students to make them fail. I felt undermined and uncomfortable during my interactions with the instructors. Some of them engaged in inappropriate behavior, such as flirting with me and addressing me with terms of endearment instead of my name. One instructor even made a comment about "taking over the world together," which was distracting and unprofessional. Needless to say, learning how to drive at this school did not help boost my confidence.

Fantastic experience: This was my introduction to driving, Julian was my instructor and he was really good at making driving simple while teaching me the important stuff and he’s really cool/personable. Overall great school and really nice people

Fantastic experience: Listen you want your license book your lessons through this driving school and ask for Marc. You can’t go wrong with any of the instructors in this schools they genuinely want you to get your license. I procrastinated forever on getting my license Marc encouraged me it’s possible for me to get it and was brutally honest on what it would take for me to get it i can’t thank him enough and the incredible staff .

Fantastic experience: Image driving school is the best this is my second driving school I attended (I had failed before with another school and been in a car accident before my second try) my instructor Mark very good.i was nervous to get back on the road mark,s approach was full positive reinforcement and understanding and he really help me to fairly understand and correct the mistakes I was making I pass on my first try whir this school having him as my instructor truly made a difference in my confidence going into the exam and driving on the road.

Fantastic experience: Hi how are you I am writing a 5 star review for the image driving school been trying my best spending money with other driving schools wasnt teaching me properly to take the road test been driving for 3 years with my learners permit a soon as I did my research and found out about this I just scheduled one pre evaluation road test practice lesson and I finally passed my road test I am sooooo happy and excited about this I never gave up !!!! He is the worst instructor known to man kind. If you’re looking to fail he’s your guy. I recommend Mr. Ernest. He’s literally the best instructor possible! I’m saying this because I’ve seen others pass with him. His teaching is straight to the point! I literally passed my Road Test yesterday and I feel great. Fantastic experience: My friend referred me to Image Driving School, and based on my experience, it has proven to be the best. Thanks to my instructor Phil ,he is an awesome instructor!!! As a person who never drove before I came to this school, I have left prepared with a great foundation be able to drive on the road. The customer service was A1, the process to get anything administrative done was quick and easy, and the preparation for the road test made me less anxious for the road test. My instructor, Earnest, is all I could have ever asked for in a driving instructor: caring, while being able to give honest feedback to prepare you for the road test and the road. I recommend!

Phil Hall is an excellent, understanding, to the point and experienced instructor. He ensures that you get it and prepares you for driving beyond just the road test day. Before, I was very hesitant on the idea of driving on New York Streets, but the schools instructors helped me ease into the process. Marc and Julian, the instructors that taught me, were very detailed and patient about providing the rules of the road. I recommend it for beginners and newcomers alike.

Positive experience: I went here but the women who wasted my 4 lessons at the beginning wasn’t nice but the old Jamaican guy that took over he teach me to drive after 2 lessons an park an I was so comfortable with him learning

Negative experience: The driving school has become really unprofessional. I wouldn’t receive text messages about my upcoming driving lessons nor any cancellations. When it came time for my driving test, I wasn’t notified of the date nor cancellations either, and had to call many times just to get a finalized date and time. The people who answer the phone are also very disrespectful. I never had issues with the company during December - January, but this summer they’ve been nothing but a nuisance.

Fantastic experience: Image Driving School is a really great school. I’ve been to two other driving schools and have had terrible experiences. Everyone is so professional and very helpful and super organized. It was very easy to schedule my lessons and reschedule if needed. I took all of my lessons with shaun. Shaun was helpful and had so much patience!!!! He provided detailed thorough lessons and provided an unlimited amount of support. He helped me remain calm and less anxious behind the wheel and enhanced my confidence. His focus wasn’t solely on passing the road test, he provided knowledge and skills that would be essential for safe driving . Negative experience: The front house representatives are really sweet besides that Felt like I’ve been robbed. I scheduled two road lesson 1 day apart from each other including having the same instructor Julian. He very difficult to work with & disrespect. unable to give correct instructions gave me hand signals numerous times like I wasn’t suppose pay attention to the road. Totally half a$$ job.

The entire staff is not only knowledgeable, but they are also courteous and extremely easy going. The pricing for their packages is a great value. I signed up for 5 lessons, my 5-hour class, and my road test (including the vehicle) and I spent a couple of hundred dollars less than the packages I saw from other schools. I was lucky enough to get Mr. Richard as my instructor, and I recommend him to anyone looking to learn to drive. He is professional, down-to-earth, patient, and it is obvious that he is invested in educating prospective drivers. I enjoyed every single lesson, and I ended each feeling more comfortable and confident behind the wheel. Fantastic experience: I took 5 lessons with Richard to brush up on my driving because i hadn’t been behind the wheel in almost 2yrs and i passed my road test on the first try with an almost perfect (in the rain) . Richard is the realest he will not baby you and i liked that because it made me a better driver. PICK SEAVIEW FOR YOUR ROADTEST!!! There is no traffic over there at all and in my opinion taking it during school hours is the best because everyone’s at work and school so the roads are empty. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming which was nice because i am generally shy, also the text updates are amazing so you never forget when you have a lesson.

The first time I did my 5hr class that was calm, I just didn’t have the time to take the driving test before it expired. Last September I took the 5hr class w Michele and that was amazing! He’s super interactive and the analogy’s and such he used made everything make sense to me … now for my driving instructor. I believe his name was Albert, but he was horrible. I booked 3 classes and they paired me with him. Not one time during the classes, did he actually teach me anything. I already knew how to drive I just needed help with parking and k turns. When we went to do them, he was on the phone the entire time. He also controlled the steering wheel by grabbing it and then using his e-break to make the stops. I called to complain and they still sent me Albert. When I took my test, I failed, and I personally feel if I had a better instructor I would’ve passed. I didn’t know how to park, and that was my biggest struggle. A waste of money that I can get back. I ended having someone else help teach me the turns, parking and such, and through them i was able to pass my test and obtain my license. If you’re looking for a good 5hr class, go ahead but make sure Michele is teaching! Other than that save your coins.

Fantastic experience: (Alpha) was my instructor, and he is an amazing instructor. Alpha is patient, diligent and calm. He showed me different techniques for all of the test requirements, and I of course chose the techniques that were the easiest for me. He even gave me a pep talk before my road test. The ladies at the front desk are prompt with scheduling and answering your questions. I fully recommend Alpha and Image Driving School!

Fantastic experience: I could not have picked a better place to learn to drive with! Their website is kept well up-to-date and is easy to use. The people working at the office are also kind and prompt and took care of everything smoothly and seamlessly. I took lessons years ago, failed my driving test, and was afraid to try again. My instructor Alpha was calm, patient, and a great teacher. I took 16 lessons with him. This gave me all the help I needed to pass my test on my first try this go around. I couldn't recommend a better school and a better instructor for anyone looking to learn!

Fantastic experience: Shaun was a great instructor. I’d recommend taking a few classes even if you have experience driving. Everybody at Image Driving School was super nice and supportive. My test was at 1145 and at 1130 I called them for a car because my original arrangement with my licensed friend and car did not come through for reasons out of our control. Image Driving School came to the rescue! And I passed my road test. I’m super grateful.

Fantastic experience: My driver instructor Mr. Earnest was the best of the best. Didn’t know how to do a 3-point turn and he taught me that and how to park in 45 mins. The same day I had to take the test, and I passed, absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: I’m a 31 year old man and I had little to zero driving experience after living in NYC my whole life. I chose this school because I noticed their website was being updated consistently - it showed me that they were active and on top of things. My instructor was Shaun and I am so grateful that we were paired together because his knowledge of driving techniques and his calm demeanor suited my learning style perfectly. He gave me a rhyme and a reason for everything you need to do while driving. I took about 13 lessons for my own comfort and passed the test on my first try. I’m happy that it only took one attempt but I was a little sad that I wouldn’t be seeing my instructor on a consistent basis. All in all I’d recommend this school to everyone who lives in an area they serve and pray that you get Shaun. In fact they should promote Shaun to train all of the driving instructors so that every Image driving schools student has a similar efficient experience.

Fantastic experience: This is a great driving school, they were very helpful and made it easy to create a schedule for classes, tests, etc. Shoutout to Shaun, he was a great instructor and I feel great on the road now thanks to him!

Fantastic experience: The best driving school in Brooklyn right here in my hometown Canarsie ! I passed my Road Test with 5 class package with instructor Richard . I took additional lessons elsewhere also because of my work schedule . He will be on top of you to make sure you get it right . A big staff up there that are happy to work with no attitudes and things are done with modern technology

Negative experience: This school is horrible, they cancelled lessons on me, scheduled a lesson on the wrong day, didn’t even tell me that my first instructor went on vacation, had me go through 3 driving instructors which was horrible because they each taught me a different way to drive. And when it was time to take the road test the instructor lied on the results and didn’t give me a proper examination which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If that is not the case then whoever taught me how to drive didn’t teach me the right way which is also unprofessional. They took so much money from me , I had took nine lessons and those nine lessons were in a span of three to four months long. Highly recommend not coming here .
