Negative experience: Extremely rude staff. Not helpful at all. Went there for a driving test and felt highly disrespected. Would not recommend. Also while i was there, I witnessed them forcing their students to leave them a 5 star review. Highly unprofessional.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this driving test center. From the moment I walked in, the staff, including the receptionist, were unprofessional and incredibly rude. They showed no interest in helping or guiding me, and their attitude was dismissive. The driving instructor was even worse—mean and unnecessarily harsh throughout the test. Instead of providing constructive feedback, their tone was condescending and unkind, which made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. I understand that a driving test can be nerve-wracking, but the behavior of the staff made it ten times worse. Customer service and professionalism seem to be non-existent here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: This establishment is all about sucking more money out of their customers!! they goal is not to get their customers on the road. they fail you for every little mistake during the road test and ultimately make you schedule for another test (another $86 dollars each time )…. the green light light turned yellow while my son was making a left turn so they said test over, get out of the car and make a new appointment. He rescheduled, he couldnt make his appointment so he called ahead two days before the appointment..they charge 30 for rescheduling!!! . the lady wrote down the wrong appointment time and charges a $30 fee for an missed appointment. In my opinion, this company needs a lesson in business practices which put their customers first. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

Negative experience: First of all, it’s hard getting anyone on the phone but that’s not what the review is about. I called to try to schedule a road test and the woman was extremely rude! When I first called someone picked up the phone then hung up immediately. I called back and asked if she could hear me then she said yes and answered my question. An hour later I called back to see if they had a different day available and the same thing happened, she picked up then hung up. I then called back and asked if there was something wrong with the phone because I was being hung up on. She RUDELY responded “Probably because I can’t hear you. What can I help you with?”. There is a better way of communicating with people when it relates to business. As a receptionist you shouldn’t handle BUSINESS phone calls with that level of unprofessionalism. Especially, if I’m not being rude and I’m only trying to solicit your business. Absolutely unacceptable! Would never spend my money here.

But the woman herself was not being considerate and was not speaking kindly. They’re so messy and think they are better than other non-Bangalis. SMH.

Positive experience: The instructor was kind and straight to the point but I did feel awkward about not being allowed to use my car for a brake light that normally isn’t on vehicles. If you have an upper brake light in the back window that needs to be operational. I failed because I wasn’t used to the car and wasn’t really allowed to adjust to it. I feel robbed of my 80$ (60$ before being forced to pay 20 more for the test vehicle.) You have to have your permit when you schedule and it’s 60$ fee upfront to schedule. Just make sure you are prepared to deal with any small gripe they might have with your person vehicle.

Negative experience: The trainer Rahul is extremely rude. My friend took the test. She was young and he intimidated her. Told her to turn right when the turn was approaching. When she came back I asked her what were the mistakes? He told me it's confidential. I am like what's confidential about it and why does he have an attitude. Then he understood that I am not some poor immigrant who will take his crap and explain and made no sense. I will be reporting him to the state. The owner Shahab is a nice guy though. He should look into him. I have brought several friends of mine for tests here and never again will I do it. Friend went to the other driving place near here on Canniff and passed.

Negative experience: Have to give one star because can’t give zero!! I took classes there too but the route on freeway (4 miles straight on 75 then exit) teacher there made me practice multiple times saying this is the route of your test that was not true !! It is a scam don’t believe it !! Examiner made sure to take me on a most complex highway junction (75 &94) two freeways , I have never heard anybody who had to go switch two freeways in their road test , purposely made me go to left lane even though I was clearly uncomfortable and then made me go all the way right in high traffic time !! I knew i was getting tested to fail !! He couldn’t find any mistake in my parking or local roads so deliberately made sure to create scenarios which nobody ever needs to go through on road test as a new driver !! They made us wait and wouldn’t give our money refund even though it was their fault // their electricity failure [ don’t care not my problem ] extremely unprofessional examiner , he said I did immediate fail on highway but made me drive whole test anyway just to have fun and ridicule!! I guess if you are their religion you are sure shot pass first time otherwise stay away !! I understand that now in hard way ! This is some kind of quick money making scam game !! The teacher who taught me parking was kind and good , only positive about it !! And now I am ready for them to write bunch of lies in reply !!

Fantastic experience: i checked the reviews last night and had my road test scheduled for this morning. the reviews had me so scared. i had my road test scheduled for 9am and left around 9:45, my instructor made me feel very comfortable, if you know what you’re doing then it’s a guaranteed pass.
