Fantastic experience: Took my driving test in Mount Morris. Greatest experience ever, especially as someone with anxiety. My examiner Autumn did an awesome job of reading me and administering the test in a way that way comfortable for me while being able to show my driving proficiency. You can tell how passionate she is. If I failed, I would have gladly come back to try again without the feel of shame, as she took the time to talk through everything very clearly and sincerely. But I passed! :) Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my road test with Autumn and she was absolutely amazing!! I was a little nervous going into it but she was very clear with all her instructions. She always made sure that I was clear with the instructions and made sure I knew I could ask questions whenever I needed to. I was so, so shy about my test, but I very quickly felt at ease with Autumn, and I appreciate her ability to keep conversation up, give clear instructions, and to be completely honest about what I have and what I lack. Fantastic experience: I have both the tests and driving lessons with Safeway Driving Company and the experience is more positive than negative. As a student, I highly recommend this place for driving lesson if you want to achieve something in a short period. Nick, the owner of the company, is my instructor. He is very straightforward and has zero tolerance of stupidity. His teaching method is professional and effective in my eyes (I am a teacher for over 10 years), and especially if you cannot wait (in my case I need my driver's license for my new job), he would work out something with you to the best that he can. He was a little too hard on me sometimes during the training, and made me feel like I was not sharp enough (btw I am a very intelligent person), but you would also remember his instruction after the impact of knowing why it was so wrong to think that way in your driving. He taught more in thinking than the actual driving skills. Overall, it was very effective and I used 14 days from the first lesson that I had with him until the day that I passed the test (I took three tests in total, passed the parking and failed the road test for the first one, failed the parking for the second one, and passed the third time with a wonderful score but lost some points here and there). I didn't take the second test with this company because my available time was different as theirs. My third tester's name is Danyell, I believe, who was very clear in her instruction during the test. The first tester, Colleen, an old white lady, was not professional though. Well indeed when I was taking my first test, I was not ready but she gasped constantly and so badly with a double hi-C pitch like she was going to have a heart attack, which made me extremely nervous because I didn't know if I should send her to hospital or not, over something bad but not so terrible, e.g., the right turn was too fast which was also because her direction was not so clear. As the tester, you have to express every instruction very clearly but she was ambiguous and way too dramatic. I would give a zero star to this lady. So the five star is for Nick's teaching and the third tester Danyell only. Zero star for colleen because I think she should be more professional and less dramatic.

Negative experience: It’s pretty straightforward: Autumn is chill, she seems like she’s just trying to get her job done. Gotta respect it, it’s a low bar but she clears it. The white haired woman(?) is personable, a little snarky but I mean she looks like a grandmother, all grandmothers are allowed to be snarky from time to time. Nick/Chris (don’t remember what the guy’s name is) the kind of dude whose only joy is throwing his weight around by making you feel like an idiot. Honestly driving with him makes the idea of crashing sound enjoyable. I don’t like him but you might. Honestly the one star isn’t even for the business it’s for Nick/Chris specifically.

Fantastic experience: Autumn autumn autumn , that’s it ! Really the best , she’s real enough to tell you your mistakes and will not hold back on your errors, really professional, made me feel comfortable ! And most importantly won’t make you feel nervous! She made me so comfortable it didn’t make any sense lol, I was confident! And I thank her everyday for helping me accomplish a life goal! Thank you Autumn !!!!!

Fantastic experience: I just took my driving test with Safeway Driving [7/26/2024], and I am very grateful for the experience. Coleen was incredibly kind and professional. Despite the language barrier, she knew how to handle the situation, and her Spanish helped me a lot. She explained each step precisely and gave me the confidence I needed to perform well on the test. They were very professional throughout the entire process.
