Fantastic experience: Every instructor I interacted with was AMAZING! Not only did they make room in their schedules and offer to stay late for testing but they answered any last minute questions anyone had before their tests. My instructor Rhonda was truly AMAZING, she was calm and kept things light making it super easy to relax! She even took the time to sit down and explain what you missed and why it's important to fix it. It was an amazing experience, no wonder the DMV recommends them so highly!

Fantastic experience: I had nothing but a professional experience with American Driving Academy. Do it right the first time with ease, use American Driving Academy. Even with a weeklong snowstorm causing city wide rescheduling, ADA made it seamless

Negative experience: My boyfriend had his test done today by Michell. Im sad to say it was a horrible experience. Was not paying attention to the driver and overall failed at her job as a driving instructor. She pressed on the brake during traffic when it was in no way needed. Was unsafe about how she was instructing and was just rude all together. I got my test done here 2 years ago and it was really good but since that experience I would never recommend to anyone to go back there. I'm really disappointed in this company as a whole.

Fantastic experience: I took four behind-the-wheel driving lessons with Carina. She was very kind, not a strict teacher, but she always pointed out my mistakes. I felt safe with her and never judged when I made errors. I really enjoyed driving with her and learning from the best!

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience with this company! They go out of their way to work with you, try to accommodate in any way they can, my child has a very demanding schedule and they made his BTW possible. I recommend this company!

Fantastic experience: I took my drivers test with Faris and it went great! He was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable and safe in the car. The feedback given was informative and during the test he gave me some advice. Overall he was very helpful and kind despite my being nervous.

Fantastic experience: Went in on my first test with Dina and she was so professional, observant and very calm. Gave me the confidence I needed but unfortunately I failed that test. Did my retest with Rick and to say he was the best is an understatement. He is very professional, very chill, very observant and very kind. I would recommend anyone to book their appointment with him. I did pass my test!!

Negative experience: due to the hostility shown in review responses by whoever runs the owners page here on Google, I won't be sharing why this is a 1 star review. the upside is, the driving tester (Chelsea I believe) was incredibly friendly and pleasant to drive with

Fantastic experience: I have passed my test with American driving school after two attempts but to be honest I found them respectful and fair.

Fantastic experience: did my re test with rhonda, she is a 10/10 instructor :) made me feel comfortable and gave good advice after the test

Negative experience: The place was welcoming but the driving instructor vaped in front of my child while she was instructing him on seat adjustments and mirrors. I was appalled. Reply to your reply: Actually the vaping by the instructor occurred "during the test" because the test began as soon as the instructor left the building with my child for the driver's test and asked my child to get in the front seat of her car and then was instructing my child on what to do in the car. She vaped the entire time while speaking to my child directly even though she was outside the car door and my child was inside the car door and I was in the school waiting.... just to clarify. All the instructor needed to do was have us wait 5 minutes and then begin the test. She could have vaped in private somewhere else. Imagine how uncomfortable it makes a child feel to have an instructor nervously vaping right before that child's driving test especially when children aren't accustomed to seeing their instructors doing that in the first place because most instructors preach the dangers of vaping. It was highly unprofessional and I can't believe you have replied to defend the instructor stating that she was outside the building. You should have apologized and accepted responsibility for the lack of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience here. Paula is an amazing instructor, I was with her for 2 lessons and learned much more than my family was able to teach me in a longer timeframe. She was extremely kind and very informative, and I will definitely be a better driver due to that. Chelsea was an amazing test instructor as well. She worked quickly before and after we drove, her instructions were clear, and after the test she told me some things I could work on.

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend for lessons and drivers test! Samantha and Paula were my behind wheel instructors and they did phenomenal. Both instructed me on the rules of the road, practice, and making sure I am safe while driving. In addition my driving instructor Rhonda was very insightful and helpful with explaining the instructions to me.

Negative experience: Really wish I could put less stars everyone I know that has been here failed the first time they get as much money as possible out of you and are very contradicting.

Fantastic experience: I’ll start with the registration process. It was very straightforward and the instructions were very clear for when I arrived at their building. Maria was my instructor and she was able to answer all my questions and assuage my fears. The debrief after the test was also very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I came into American Driving Academy to take my driving test. I got myself all worked up,My driver instructor Tracy was wonderful I literally was holding my breath he made me laugh he broke the ice and made me comfortable. he was straight to the point took his job very serious while we were on the road. What a awesome man of God he was thank you Tracy .

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing experience. I was very comfortable with Beth. She is an amazing instructor and she is always happy to help. She gave me very good things to think about after I took my driver's test. She taught me new laws to look out for since I passed my driving test. If you have doubts about going here just know this place is amazing and it's worth going here.

Fantastic experience: Very nice guy (There was only one when I went), small talk helped me feel more relaxed while taking my driver's test: I had gotten my permit through the Colorado DMV, an online test, so unfortunately, I wasn't able to meet any of the nice teachers and other instructors that are mentioned in other reviews...

Negative experience: The instructors are told to flunk you intentionally if at all possible in order to double charge. Testing should be run by the State of Colorado. These guys are a racket.

Fantastic experience: The people running this school are so incredible. They were very helpful when I took my test explained mistakes in a very helpful way and a year later sent me a beautiful text wishing me a happy birthday. They truly care about clients!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great classes! I had an amazing experience, and Ms. Madsen was a great teacher! She was very patient and she answered questions thoroughly. I took the 5 classes all during spring break, and although I was really bummed about not having a break, it was worth it! I learned everything I needed to, and I feel really confident about my knowledge in driving.

Positive experience: I had Jean Madsen as an instructor for the 30 hour class before getting your permit. She explained things pretty well and was very nice. She made things positive and real. The only con is that she sometimes talks too fast. I don’t know if it’s her fault because there’s a lot of information to go through.

Fantastic experience: My son attended American Driving Academy for one week in the summer for classroom instruction. After he had multiple 2 hour sessions with Paula and Mike. They were both very kind and patient, they both made the process seamless and communication was easy. I highly recommend this program for anyone seeking to acquire a license before 18.

Fantastic experience: My son had several lessons with Paula and Jesse, they were both so kind and extremely helpful. Scheduling was easy and communication was great! In the end my son got his license. I would highly recommend both Paula and Jesse for hands on lessons!

Fantastic experience: This week, I went through lessons to get my permit. Throughout, I met four different teachers, Chelsea, Jean, Mark, and Kevin. All of them were extremely nice, helpful, and easily got along with my class. Even though the material in these lessons were a little boring, my instructors found a way to make it interesting and make sure we remembered the material. At the end of the day, I actually felt like I learned something, and found it easy to apply my new knowledge to both assignments and the real world. I honestly think that my time there was the best it could’ve gone.

Fantastic experience: I took the five day driving classes, and I learned a lot. I did have four different teachers in the week I went but each teacher taught me everything I needed to know and had really great teaching methods. Thank you to all of teachers!!

Fantastic experience: Gary was patient, respectful and informative. I said I was not nervous for my test but I totally was! He made me feel less anxious and guided me to success. These things were just the cherry on top.
